Pros:

I loved that the staff were so friendly and helpful. Liked the self catering option.

Cons:

I cant say there is anything that I did not like. Ruslamere was once a beautiful place and with a little bit of maintenance it can be restored to its former beauty.

THERE IS NO WAY THAT WE FELT SAFE TO STAY THERE - I HAVE ALL ON VIDEO EVIDENCE
THE PLACE IS DIRTY SINCE WE DROVE INTO THE ESTABLISHMENT
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO NO NO MAINTENACE AT ALL !!!!!
THE SECURITY IS NOT EVEN THERE DURING THE DAY
WHEN THE SECURITY CAME SOMEWHERE AFTER SIX WHEN WE DROVE OUT NOBODY OPEN THE GATE HE WAS SITTING IN HIS SECURITY ROOM MAYBE SLEEPING - WHEN I SHUT MY DOOR FROM THE CAR DID HE ONLY CAME OUT !!!!

AND 99 % OF ALL THE TILES ARE BROKEN
