Nao tive um tratamento e nem se quer consegui entrar no estabelecimento porque nao abriram a porta e nem atenderam o celular.

Room was clean & comfortable but customer service is poor
Cons:

On arrival - no one at the reception. Had to call and wait for assistance
No information was shared with us regarding restaurants around
No information shared with us on how to check out - whether you leave the key in the room or bring it at reception. We decided to bring it at reception and found no one there

Not much to complain about but will still be using the facility as the staff are extremely kind and
Pros:

Friendly staff from the housekeepers to the receptionist. They try by all means to make guests comfortable.

Cons:

Housekeeping needs to be improved. Broken beds and old furniture not to be stored in sight of guests. Also fumigation is recommended as there were roaches in the apartment.

I love my stay, the staff was friendly and the facilities were clean

Peaceful and relaxing stay overall
Pros:

Breakfast purchased from fox and bagel.. bagel, scrambled egg and bacon ,excellent. As restaurant closed down.

Cons:

Pool advertised, however was drained. It would of been a perfect relaxing spot

I chose the facility as it was close to my place of business the next day.
Pros:

The rooms are well furnished and quite comfortable. Very comfortable double bed. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Breakfast was well presented, a bit limited but nevertheless sufficient for the purpose. The area and hotel is very quiet so no disturbances when working at night and sleeping. Eating utensils in the room are very handy

Cons:

The TV was dysfunctional. No bar fridge in the room. No restaurant for dinner. No bar service (unless I missed it). The terrain / garden is not very well managed. Needs more regular maintenance.
