Nice big rooms

Cons:

between cockroaches in the rooms, had to move guest due to this, lukewarm water in the shower, when complained about the water, we were told to just run the water longer, this did not help.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable on one half. But had a hard centre that kept hurting my knee.

Cons:

There are cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. I asked them to fumigate or spray. I doubt they did cuz I still had to deal with cockroaches for both nights there after.

On arrival - no one at the reception. Had to call and wait for assistance

No information shared with us on how to check out - whether you leave the key in the room or bring it at reception. We decided to bring it at reception and found no one there
