Kindly note that :

From June 1 to November 1, 2026, the hotel’s balneotherapy area—including the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room—will be closed for renovation.

Spa treatments will remain available by appointment and subject to availability.

Guests who booked before April 1, 2026 and whose stay falls during the closure may postpone their stay free of charge until March 31, 2027, subject to availability and excluding July 14–August 15 and December 31.

As a gesture of appreciation, the hotel offers a €5 voucher per person, per night, valid during your stay for eligible activities and services at the hotel or Casino, excluding accommodation, breakfast, services included in your package, and cinema; the voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and subject to the hotel’s terms.

For spa treatments, please contact the hotel at least 2 days before arrival to schedule an appointment.

Reception is open 24h/24; for late arrivals, please contact the hotel in advance to obtain the entrance code.

Guests wishing to reserve parking should contact the hotel beforehand to receive access details.

L’hôtel est actuellement en plein travaux, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un très bon moment. Nous avons dîné au restaurant le soir et franchement, rien à redire : la cuisine était au rendez-vous, aucune fausse note.

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, simple et naturel. On discute facilement avec eux et en même temps on sent qu’ils sont très professionnels.

Il y a de gros travaux en cours et forcément cela se ressent un peu pendant le séjour, mais quand on voit ce qui est entrepris, je ne doute pas qu’une fois terminé, cet établissement deviendra une très belle adresse et certainement l’un des hôtels de référence de Bagnoles-de-l’Orne.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour voir le résultat !

Séjour très perturbé par les travaux. Bien au-delà de ce qui m'avait été dit au téléphone.

Hotel difficilement accessible pour une personne en manque de mobilité. Gros travaux très bruyants (marteau-piqueur). Camions bloquants de nombreuses place au parking rendant le séjour compliqué et peu agréable. Il serait préférable de fermer l'hotel pendant quelques mois pour procéder aux rénovations nécessaires.

Great location, comfortable bed, tasty food in the restaurant

Cons:

Renovation works make the hotel dirty, and the interior is old-fashioned, too. Stepping out onto the balcony in the evening, there was a strong smell of manure—which was surprising, given that it's a city!

Vue superbe sur le lac de Bagnoles de l’Orne
Pros:

L’emplacement , la courtoisie du personnel. L vue sur le lac est super surtout du 3 au 4eme étage.
L’attention que met l’établissement à prévenir de la fermeture du SPA et des éventuelles nuisances sonores. Pendant les travaux de rénovation.

Cons:

Le Spa est fermé pour rénovation complète ce qui entraîne des travaux pendant les jours de semaine.
Mais c’est pour une bonne cause et on y va en connaissance de cause.
