Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks with our 85-year-old mom, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The animation team was amazing—always smiling, friendly, and full of energy, making every activity enjoyable. The staff in the restaurants were also welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. Everyone made us feel welcome, and their positive attitude really made our holiday special. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality. We would be happy to return!

Everything.. the air conditioner didn’t work. The staff didn’t resolve any of our issues. They knocked on our door at 1:30am waking us up. At 8am the maintenance guys entered my room while I was sleeping without my permission. The staff didn’t care. They didn’t have the manager come talk to me once. I asked every single day and they said she was busy

La spiaggia privata con ombrelloni assegnati.

Esperienza davvero deludente, non sembra affatto un hotel 4 stelle. Lo staff della reception a malapena ci ha spiegato dove fosse la camera: non una parola sul Wi-Fi, sulla colazione o la cena. Ti parlano il meno possibile e ti fanno attendere per un check in anche 20 min. Ho dovuto chiedere io della spiaggia e subito hanno tenuto a specificare che i teli da mare sono a pagamento.
La cena davvero pessima: un buffet che ricordava più una mensa che non un ristorante.
Camere rumorose, non solo non sono insonorizzate, ma le porte per essere aperte o chiuse vanno praticamente sbattute , quindi ci sono rumori forti anche in piena notte. Inoltre, accettano gruppi come convegni e squadre di calcio, posizionandoli sullo stesso piano degli altri ospiti, perciò si crea enorme confusione sui piani e nessuno che controlli. Siamo stati svegliati in piena notte ripetutamente da adolescenti urlanti, senza che nessuno intervenisse.
Camere sporche e con mobilio vecchio, l’intonaco delle serrande cadeva a pezzi, serrande ancora a nastro rumorosissime, che nemmeno si aprivano o chiudevano del tutto. Niente stendino, le sedie e il tavolo sul balconcino erano luridi. Polvere appena arrivati persino sul mini frigo.
Infine, il parcheggio più vicino è a pagamento, quello gratis è sempre pieno perché ci posteggia chiunque, anche chi viene per la spiaggia o la piscina. L’ultimo parcheggio è sterrato e lontano, con posti stretti e spesso quasi pieno anch’esso.
Non penso torneremo e sinceramente il prezzo spropositato che abbiamo pagato non vale minimamente l’esperienza.

Ottima struttura, per il mare i servizi la cucina le pulizie il personale le piscine l’intrattenimento, tutto eccellente non vediamo l’ora di tornarci con mia moglie.

Pros:

Отдыхали взрослой компанией 16 человек . Вместо двухместных номеров всем были предоставлены 4 местные комнаты, которые были большими , чистыми с хорошим ремонтом очень тихим кондиционером. Отель большой , с хорошей чистой ухоженной территорией , где можно спокойно всю ночь слушать песни и тусить до утра не мешая отдыхающим . Два шезлонга и зонтик входят в стоимость проживания . Вы приходите на пляж выбирайте любой зонт с шезлонгами (кроме первых трех рядов) , приходит распорядитель прибивает на ваш зонт бирочку с вашим номером и до конца отдыха эти места ваши . Мы были в июне и было 80 % пожилых постояльцев , не смотря на это была неплохая анимация которые реально старались отдыхающих увлечь конкурсами, По вечерам было шоу аниматоров ( мы не смотрели) и каждый вечер пел дядечка итальянские песни. Питанием (завтрак очень стандартный) и ужином остались довольны ( по началу показалось что как то всего мало, привыкли к турецкому сервису ) , но потом поняли что больше и не нужно, всегда было мясо, рыба, морепродукты ( осминог, тунец,) из напитков ТОЛЬКО вода и вино белое и красное . Мороженное и десерт каждый день , из фруктов персик, абрикос, слива. Вечером , смотря на море просто БОМБИЧЕСКИЙ ЗАКАТ, каждый вечер сидели и наслаждались Сам городок совсем не туристический, одни итальянцы, есть променадная улица с большим количеством кафешек. Была в нашей компании пара которая не ужинала в отеле и в соседних ресторанах ужин им обходился не дешевле 30 е на человека. Ездили в Палермо, благо до поезда 600 м , погуляли славно. Кстати, в отеле есть постирочная и сушка ( 5 евро) есть и утюг с гладильной доской. Из аэропорта и в аэропорт брали трансфер ( почти столько же стоит как и поезд) Вот бы еще фасад здания и крышу ресторана обновить и привести в порядок . Отель реально понравился

Enjoyable.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Nice and big hotel. Close to the airport and nice restaurants in the neighborhood

Cons:

The food in the buffet restaurant was not good. Everything was cold and soggy.
We also would have loved to be able to get some food while at the beach.

Cons:

Ci sono alcuni lavori di manutenzione da fare, nella nostra camera la tazza wc aveva il coperchio rotto e lascerei l’acqua aperta in spiaggia dopo le 19 per sciacquare i piedi senza necessariamente doverlo fare sulla strada per l’hotel
