Peccato per la discoteca non comunicata

sicuramente ottima posizione per una vacanza

Cons:

Tutto sommato il soggiorno non è stato male. Peccato però che non sia stato comunicato in anticipo che sarebbe stata organizzata una serata discoteca per una scolaresca di circa 400 ragazzi, peraltro a circa 100 metri dalla mia stanza.

Ho chiamato la reception e mi hanno “rassicurato” che la musica sarebbe terminata alle 00:00. È comprensibile che i ragazzi volessero divertirsi, nulla da dire su questo. Tuttavia, per gli ospiti che non facevano parte del gruppo — soprattutto per chi viaggia per lavoro — sarebbe bastato sistemarli in un’ala dell’hotel più distante dalla discoteca.

Passare diverse ore con una discoteca praticamente nelle orecchie non è esattamente quello che ci si aspetta quando si prenota un soggiorno per lavoro. Se lo avessi saputo prima, probabilmente non avrei prenotato.

Pros:

Nagyon szép szálloda, kényelmes, tiszta és szuper lokáció. Szép nagy szobánk volt medencére néző erkéllyel. A félpanziós ellátás nagyon kiadós volt, a felszolgálók kedvesek és figyelmesek voltak.

Cons:

A wellness részleget szerettük volna használni. A recepcióról elküldtek a wellness részre, hogy ott jelentkezzünk be, de soha nem volt ott senki.
Egyik nap volt egy farsangi rendezvény. Iszonyatos zaj volt és tömeg mindenhol. A hatalmas parkolóban ezen a napon nem találtunk egy helyet se. Ez megzavarta a pihenést. És az is, hogy a szobánk mellett folyamatosan felújítás zajlott, nagyon hangos volt.

Sarebbe stato bello se…

La struttura si presenta molto bene, un ampio parcheggio uno staff molto gentile e le camere sono pulite.
La camera dove soggiornavano aveva anche la jacuzzi, era veramente bella. Un bellissimo affaccio sul mare, è una bellissima terrazza. Il letto anche abbastanza comodo.
Però ripeto, lo staff veramente gentile sei una persona molto garbata e si sono messi a disposizione in quanto più possibile . Hanno cercato sempre di trovare una soluzione di aiutarmi nonostante i vari problemi che si sono creati. Però, purtroppo, i problemi erano alla base e quindi ingestibili.

Cons:

Purtroppo la jacuzzi non funzionava. Nonostante avessi chiamato le ho chiesto se fosse calda, o se si potesse riscaldare e me ne avevano dato la certezza, purtroppo quando siamo arrivati la prima giornata è stata impossibile utilizzarla. È stata un’ansia, ho dovuto chiamare la reception e lo staff tantissime volte. Era rotto il display quindi doveva usare un’app sul cellulare ma ti dovevano spiegare tutto è stato incredibile. Alla fine, dopo un giorno intero è riuscita a diventare calda l’acqua, e sono riuscito a utilizzarla, ma subito si è raffreddata quindi alla fine l’ho utilizzata solo una volta.
La colazione è veramente scarsa e con prodotti troppo semplici. Di siciliano, mi sarei aspettato qualche cannolo o qualche cassata ma non c’era nulla. Addirittura utilizzavano i piatti fondi come ciotole del latte. Non avevano le ciotole.
Sicuramente non ci tornerei mai più.
