Squisita cortesia del personale, sopratutto il direttore della sala pranzo, sig. Nino, sempre disponibile a soddisfare le ns. richieste per i suggerimenti turistici sui luoghi di interesse della zona. Camere pulitissime e sempre in ordine. Ottimo cibo, sia a colazione che a cena: molto curato nei particolari. Buono il servizio Wellness; sarebbe utile, oltre la sauna, la dotazione di un Bagno Turco.

Cons:

Le tovaglie sui tavoli troppo lunghe, creando difficoltà ad infilare le gambe. Il telecomando della TV difettoso (cambiava i canali, ma non riusciva a spegnere la TV).

Cons:

Cibo, stesso menù a pranzo e a cena. Receptionisti freddi e disinteressati alle esigenze
La cosa peggiore il dover lasciare la camera alle 10,30 e attendere su un divano 2 ore il pranzo.

SUPER LOUD CONSTRUCTION. I was unable to sleep because the construction that was going on in the property that started at 8 AM was so loud, banging, hammers huge slams of something it was awful. I contacted the front desk, but they did not do anything about it
The key does not open the gym door. I went to the front desk. They said they fixed it. I went back to go inside the gym and it still didn’t work which really isn’t a big deal however it should be fixed. The main problem was the construction noise.

Bellissimo soggiorno ad Isola.
Pros:

La struttura è davvero bella, ci sono alcune camere moderne ed alcune non ristrutturate. La struttura offre tanti servizi, ma il servizio che a mio parere è il top e’ che offre un sottopassaggio dal quale si accede direttamente sulla spiaggia. Il mare è uno spettacolo. La struttura non essrndo alta stagione ci ha fatto un upgrade gratuito in una camera superior plus con vista mare laterale, a dir poco fantastica! La colazione è spettacolare, dal dolce al salato, forse una delle colazioni più buone e vaste che abbia mai fatto.

Cons:

Purtroppo non tutte le camere sono nuove. Le camere standard sono anni 90, ma discrete.
