Tutto ben fatto!
Pros:

La gentilezza dello staff e la disponibilità hanno fatto sì che questo posto possa essere consigliato senza alcun dubbio.
Ci hanno concesso di utilizzare i servizi della struttura sia prima del check in e sia dopo il check out, questo inevitabilmente ci ha fatto guadagnare tempo per continuare il nostro soggiorno.
Parcheggio sempre disponibile.
Colazione ricca ed internazionale.
La struttura balneare che offrono è un servizio che ti permette di poter scegliere se allontanarti o restare in zona in uno dei lidi più belli della località.

La struttura aveva un’ottima posizione sia per la vicinanza all’aeroporto che alla spiaggia .
La colazione è ottima.
Una menzione particolare al bagnino Marcello che mantiene l’ordine in piscina.

Cons:

La struttura essendo molto grande, quando è piena, si riempie veramente tanto di gente, rendendo gli spazi comuni molto affollati.

La nostra camera ha avuto un problema di tubature e perdita d’acqua, ma lo staff è stato pronto a cambiarci la camera anche in piena notte.

Il fatto di passare dalla struttura al mare con il sottopassaggio.

Cons:

Il fatto che non hanno allargato i bagni al mare e che vengano puliti più spesso.
Questa settimana il menù si ripeteva molto spesso le stesse cose le patate in tutti o modi e tutti i giorni
Secondo me manca un controllo in più, ci vorrebbe del personale che controlli se gli ospiti sono contenti,sono a posto, manca un tocco di sorriso accoglienza e accompagnamento e disponibilità alla fine della vacanza.
La struttura è molto grande eventi ne fanno tantissimi in altri periodi ho trovato moltissimo cibo ( questo non vuol dire che non c’è nera)
Le colazioni sono meravigliose tantissime torte brioche ecc..
mi spiace perché comunque i prezzi sono medio alti e non sempre rispettano le aspettative.

A causa dei congressi, la mattina ci siamo svegliati dal troppo baccano che facevano all’esterno .. reception stra piena di gente non si capiva niente, per chiedere una cosa dovevi aspettare mezz’ora, inoltre la cena è stata piuttosto scarsa siamo rimasti completamente digiuni…. I prezzi del bar all’esterno erano esagerati

Lage gut, große Zimmer, Pool schön, Sauberes Meer mit kostenlosen Liegen. Frühstück ok.

Cons:

Auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne! maximal 3 für Sizilien. Kein Balkon, keine Möglichkeit für nasse Wäsche, vieles kaputt, keine Ausstattung für 4 Sterne, kein Wasserkocher nichts, Fernseher klein und nur italienisch! Hotel alt vieles kaputt was gemacht werden muss. Hellhörig da von draußen ständig Lärm. Preisleistung stimmt nicht!

Ci è piaciuta la struttura, buona varietà per la colazione e la cena, buona pulizia anche negli spazi comuni. Camere moderne e spaziose. C'è anche una piccola palestra a disposizione.

Overpriced resort that appears to be cutting costs everywhere
Cons:

The internet was useless, we would be lucky to get 5mps speed and it dropped out frequently. The room was far too hot as the air conditioning was also useless. The swimming pool was closed for a couple of hours during the hottest time of the day. It would of been nice to have a cold drink from the fridge, but that too was useless as it hardly worked.

Not a place I’d return to ever.

Great position. Beach was lovely.

Cons:

Did not have any activities running and no facilities open to use. Sunbeds only selected ones available or you had to pay extra. Food was disgusting. Told where we had to sit amongst over 100 bus tour guests in the restaurant. Only was offered buffet where bus tours ate. Head wait staff rude. The map of facilities had a jacuzzi on it. Doesn’t exist. Map was incorrect. It was very disappointing. Spoke to staff about issues. They didn’t care.
