Exceptional stay!
Our experience at this hotel was truly wonderful. The place was clean, quiet, and perfectly located — just a few minutes’ walk from Taksim Square, with easy and straightforward access.
What really made our stay outstanding was the kindness and help of an Iranian gentleman named Arash. Even though the hotel is easy to find, we arrived in Taksim by bus, and he kindly came to meet us there and helped us get to the hotel.
The room had everything we needed, and whenever we asked for something extra, Arash provided it immediately and with genuine courtesy. His local tips and recommendations felt like having our own private tour guide in Istanbul!
Check-out was smooth and easy.
Overall, both the hotel itself and Arash’s exceptional support made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had in Istanbul.

Overall not bad but not as good as the picture

First apartment we got (and booked) was dirty and not in good condition. The staff was great and gave us a new room for the rest of the stay. Second apartment was much better, not great condition but at least clean. Ok for the price but with a bit of effort could be much better. Location is good and felt safe.

Very nice stay—staff are super helpful and always checking in to make sure you’re comfortable. If you have any mobility issues, let them know in advance so they can give you a lower floor. Best value for money in Istanbul!

Initially surprised with 3rd floor suite with no elevator access. Easily upgraded to another building with elevator. Rooms are tight for space. You get what you pay for! Hassle free stay otherwise. Helpful staff.
Location
Istanbul is amazing. This place actually turned out to be different then the pics i.e. the pics showed them to be nicely furnished and clean which was not the case when we checked in. However, Azosh and Afrasiab (staff) were really helpful - they got the apartment cleaned whilst we were there + provided alternative for damaged washing machine and iron etc. They really assisted me in making a plan on touring Istanbul as well out of their way as it was not their job. Because of their kindness + excellent central location (near Taksim Square and Istaqlal street) we enjoyed our stay.
Arrived and price was a little more than hotels.com said it like be. Room was located a block away in a different building than the main lobby. Taksim had a lot of nice areas but the streets around the hotel are a little sketchy.
