Love Kirra But my stay here was the poorest experience I have had in over 300 holidays

The staff the lady in reception is the rudest person I have ever dealt with I have been coming to Kirra for 22 years I will never stay at these premises in future due to unprofessional from reception staff couldn’t take booking on phone due to communication break down really need to employ people who can talk Australian or communicate with clients some how Very poor service in every department

We’ve stayed in other apartments before that are spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. Given this was advertised with 2 double beds we expected the same. But the second room was way too small for a double bed. Especially worth a bunk above it. The mattress was really uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the lounge.

A lovely central apartment perfect for a family holiday.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable apartment, great views and very central to shops and swimming beach. Jo was lovely in reception:)

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work very well and not enough basic essentials dishwashing liquid and toilet paper for 6 people. The reception area also stunk of cigarette smoke, not very nice when walking in and through.
