Tired and dated but convenient.
Pros:

Central location, easy walking distance to everything. Right opposite Woolies. Easy undercover parking.

Cons:

Very, very tired and dated. Could do with a big refresh inside and and out!!

Comfortable with everything you need.
Pros:

Really comfy and clean with everything you needed. Bed was really comfy, nice mattress, good pillows. Little kitchen/lounge. Nice sofa. Shower was amazingly good (good water pressure, could go very hot if you wanted). Effective air con held at 23 degrees Celsius despite temp outside at 30+. A sachet of laundry detergent provided (very helpful). The location is excellent, a 10 min walk from most places.

The team extended my stay for me with ease.

Cons:

The decor isn't the most modern, although I quite liked it as I didn't feel like I was about to tarnish a perfect finish. The window blinds were broken but given that you want to keep them closed 95% of the time that was not a problem. The bathroom didn't seem to have an extractor fan, but the aircon handled steam effectively.
You have to phone the reception most of the time as the desk is not always personed. Fine if your phone works! There is a free landline phone on the street, but at night with jet lag I couldn't find it easily.
These are relatively minor points though!

Pros:

Arriving, were chased to the lift to be offered and given a key to a top floor unit, which turned out to be nice, orthodox, clean and spacious enough with view of the hills and the boys’ and girls’ dormitory rooms facing us curtains drawn all night from Gilligan’s.
Location very central, pool large enough and inviting and surprisingly private and quiet.
Bed good, garage secure and staff quite left us alone.

Cons:

A solid building beginning to date but clean well-serviced and ordered.
Wifi sucks though.

Great location for a short stay in cairns
Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable. Good WiFi connection and spacious living room.

Cons:

A tad outdated (not really an issue for us) and the kitchen could have been a bit better equipped for home cooking.

Pros:

スーパーが目の前、バスステーションも徒歩5分程度と立地はよかった。
1ベットルームタイプにエキストラベッドを入れたが余裕のある広さだった。キッチンも広くて使いやすい。

Cons:

部屋の清掃が行き届いているとはいえず、ほこりが溜まっていたり黒ずんでいた。
トイレットペーパーなども補充はなく、自分で買い足した。

It was quiet and close to city centre

Door wouldnt lock properly . The carpet from the elevator to room was constantly wet. The garag3 wasn't secure . They had a bike lock on 2 shitty bits of fencing. Then when I left I didn't have enough time to wash my dishes which consisted of 3plates 2 spoons 2 forks and 2 coffee mugs. They charged me $200 when I checked out . Kept my bond for the room. Dogs...
