Convenient, comfortable, central and affordable
Pros:

spacious room, all required facilities, fridge is only a bar fridge, not full sized. Bed was very comfortable 10/10. Location is so handy, very central to everything, supermarket, liquor store, food court, bars...... all within 100m walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was enjoyable and the facilities overall were better than expected. Only down side was cleanliness of the crockery and cutlery. Some items were visibly dirty. The floors bathroom bedroom were all adequately clean. I would stay here again.

Cons:

the crockery was not clean and we had to wash all of the items prior to use. Having said that I usually wash items before I use them any way.

Pleasantly Suprised!!
Pros:

The location, right in the city, free secure parking. Fully contained apartments. Very nice!! Was also quiet!!!

Perfect location with undercover parking.
Pros:

Perfect location WITH under cover parking. One block from Rusty’s markets and 1.5 blocks from night markets.

Spacious & convenient, but getting old and needs some maintenance
Pros:

Excellent location right in the centre of town. Everything you need for a short or long stay in Cairns. Hosted our family Christmas in the lounge room.

Cons:

There was an incident where smoke filled the building and we had to evacuate and it was handled poorly by the onsite managers. The smoke detector in our room was covered by a plastic bag. Safety procedures need an overhaul with training for the onsite managers.
