Staff were lovely however our stay was not.
Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, looked nothing like the online photos so it was very deceiving, very outdated.. furniture was broken & hand railing in bathroom was falling apart. The cupboards in the kitchen area were broken and screwed back together unable to be used. There was also a random box cutter knife in the cutlery drawer which wasn’t a pleasant find when having young children with us. The bed was absolutely appalling, so uncomfortable and hard. Carpet was lifting all throughout the room, tv only had 1 channel that worked, lights inside the room were awful and not bright, cigarette butts everywhere throughout the whole complex, a huge gap under the main door to the room which allowed bugs to enter our room. Shower pressure was non existent & mould was on the roof of the bathroom. Wouldn’t not stay here again.

Easy, convenient, comfortable and good value!
Pros:

It's great value - I've stayed before and it's very comfortable and convenient. It's not somewhere you'd rave about for style, the wifi isn't great, but I honestly just want somewhere to crash and focus on writing when deadlines collide, and it's near my work. Nice people at the desk, biggish room, comfy bed.

Cons:

Some minor maintenance things could use attention (e.g. tap slightly leaky). The Wifi isn't very good but that's not a big deal to me as I just use my hotspot.
