The minute I walked in the hotel I was met by an aggressive guy asking me what I wanted ! After explaining that I was there for check in ! He let me in. In less than a minute he informed me that I have no reservation since they stopped dealing with hotels.com! And in all cases they have not received an email from your end confirming the reservation. I insisted to get a room though since I have already prepaid for it and it was almost midnight.they insisted they are fully booked then magically there was a room after I escalated ! The tc in the room was not working; phone not working, extremely noisy AC and very dirty dusty room and linen. Terrible terrible sleepless night! Kindly arrange for a refund ! Many thx.

The apartment is huge but furniture is not that good and not maintained well. Breakfast is below average but price is reasonable.

Price paid for one day not worthy.

The staff is very friendly and supportive.

it was a nice place for family and group . it also has a good location

I’ve been staying at Hani Suites for a long time now, probably more than 4-5 months.. as I go back and forth to Bahrain.. they just recently changed the management and I think the owner.. which led a to terrible experience!

I’ve always been comfortable with my stay as all the staff were friendly and got to know me.. never have I ever been charged for any extra thing ever!

When I checked out today.. they literally made me pay for a broken ashtray which my friend broke by mistake.. and they wanted to charge me for a very dirty towel which we needed to clean with.. I promise you that I have done that before with the previous management but they cared most about my experience and my happiness.. not for the price of a freaking towel!!!

The whole management and staff changed and they’re not nice nor friendly.. I mean the building itself is pretty old but convenient location and spacious.. that’s why I stay there.

And last but not least, there were two rooms and one of them was hot and I called them to come fix it and they claimed that they did but it was still very hot in the smaller room.. and Imagine all of that in the heat and humidity of Bahrain!

From manager to the reception desk staff , all super rude .
rooms are dirty and smelly
utensils are not there.
washing machine not there
walls are breaking
had booking for 7 nights , left without staying even 1 night.
never coming back

The appartment they did not provide kitchen items and we have to ask for it. The bedsheets was dirty and not changed even we found body hair from the previous customers. We try to operate the kettle and there was stinky smell coming from it because it was not cleaned. No hangers in the wardrobe, no enough towels. Next they did not clean the appartment and we have to ask them or beg them to do it. In the second night the airconditioner stopped working and they did not solve the issue. It is horrible place and dirty.

wonderful location near to Al seef mall (shopping area), the suite is very comfortable and wide, there is a very professional Manger Mr. Ayman I was met him during my stay and welcome us and anything needed he was assisting, cleaning is very good

whenever we went Bahrain we always use to stay at Hani suites & spa .but this time totally not like before .the bad service start at airport pickup guy from hani he at airport but hes refuse to pickup and say i don t have your name even we already update at hotel and we have to wait 1.30-2 hr. at airport for pickup. in room service also very bad safe locker is not working , wardrobe door not working ,they not clean room on daily even you put tag on your door , for room service you need to call for room servies

it was only one night with my family in 2 bedroom apartment, but we really enjoyed the place a lot, very nice furniture, modern looking apartment, internet service very nice, location very good and easy to access.

Very big suit and good service, the only issue about this hotel is parking (small and scary to reach..specially the second floor parking). The location is perfect and near shopping centers. I advice this place to big families..

OK location, Ok food. Cheap stay, Poor service do not expect much. I could call it budget 4 star.

I stayed at Hani suites and spa, Manama, Bahrain, for about 20 days.
Rooms are spacious and well furnished. They provide almost everything you need for cooking except groceries. There is a shop about 200 mtrs from hotel at Petrol pump which sells all daily need items. View from the rooms are ok ok with sea being close by, I stayed on 6th floor, can't say about other floors.

The hotel is run mostly by friendly staff from Phillipines, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

The food here is very monotonous, probably for an Indian who care for taste it's little bland and mundane. Although, I never had any complaints on the way it's cooked or presented.

They have a swimming pool on roof which is rarely used due bright sun all day, a small bar is also build along with pool, I could not find many guests exploring that.

Most of the crowd here are from India, Pakistan and Srilanka who come for long stay, primarily for training with GAA. Hani suites and Hani Royal has tie up with GAA.

There is a big mall another 500mtrs from hotel named Seef mall, it is good shopping paradise if you don't compare cost with your own country. As Bahrain imports almost every thing, they got to carry a higher price tag. You can exchange currency here in mall.

I would rate hotel as 4/5, and will return back here during my next visit.

Booked Hani suites penthouse for a three day family trip with a price similar to other hotel suites in the same category. We received two calls from the hotel staff confirming arrival time to get the suite ready but still had to wait 45 mins at the check in desk as the room was still being cleaned when we reached - ROOM WAS NOT READY!....too many ppl at reception but no one had any information about booking details etc that just added to the frustration of waiting upon arrival....nice penthouse suite in terms of design but again tv lamps electronics sockets not connected....no bulbs in the lamps no batteries in the remotes for tv av systems...not all electric sockets were functional,not enough towels in the bathrooms for numbers booked. Major issue was roaches in the bathrooms and the kitchen counters - cleaning staff just kept on giving excuses but didn't even bring the spray to kill the roaches - had to buy our own to cope for the stay. The accommodation was visually good but the overall experience was poor! I wouldn't recommend this to my friends or visitors.

The room has leakage in the walls, dirty bathrooms, the flush doesnt always work and their treatment to costumers is by far the worst i have EVER seen!! I spent a full day not able to sleep because their windows have problem and spent all night hearing the wind whistle. When i spoke to them they told me my options were;

1) wait til 2pm the wind will go down by then

2) we can upgrade you to a new room, but u need to pay that room.

The 2 men incharge spoke in the worst manner; that i was speechless to how some people are in this business to begin with

If i put all this aside i still wont recommend it. Bad food, no car service, very bad furniture quality. And the worst so dirty, my sister found a used ear bud in the bathroom so please save yourself from being here

Very nice apartments modern, very stylish and sizable however, not properly maintained. You will need to search for working outlet and will need to be in shape to open the sliding bathroom door.

This hotel is within walking distance from Seef Mall but no in summer and you can get good foor from nearby La Chocola fine restaurant.

Very stylish fully furnished serviced apartments with good pricing compared with the hotels in the area. However, it was poorly maintained when i visited august 2015. The outlets aren't working, the bathroom door was heavy slid wooden door due and other sumptuous of like cracks etc.

Size of the rooms is big and can easily accommodate big size family.

Got an upgrade to the Italian style suite. Just lovely in cream and black and lots of mirrors and light. Floor to ceiling windows. Lots of space and a dining table to have a sit down meal also living space to sit and watch television. The staff were nice and let us have late check out. Enjoyed the pool and went at sun down so the neon lights/fountain were put on and looked pretty. Breakfast was OK enjoyed the hash brown and there is view of the sea from the Italian Restaurant. The spa is stylish too. Would stay here again. Only negative is that if you ask for cutlery you might be waiting for ever!

they came to my apartment to check for maintenance and when they left 160 BD has been stolen and when i confronted the employee she insulted me
its a very bad building with bad employees they do not have any respect to their clients and their employees are untrustworthy
