If you expect to arrive after 14:00 please inform the property in advance.

Apartments cleaning and changes of bed and bathroom linen are carried out once a week.

Please note reception is closed after 12:00 on Sunday. If you are expecting to arrive after that time you must contact reception to make arrangements.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

La posizione abbastanza centrale e l'ampia dimensione dell'appartamento

Cons:

Il palazzo è piuttosto vecchio e nelle scale sentivo un odore sgradevole
La zona è piuttosto rumorosa (traffico di auto e soprattutto camion della nettezza urbana che fanno casino a tarda sera)
Dal piatto doccia usciva acqua e mancavano prese o riduttori adatti alla spina del phon (problema poi risolto il giorno successivo dopo averlo comunicato alla reception, ma il tecnico che è venuto a fare la riparazione ha lasciato il pavimento sporco)
Frigorifero molto rumoroso (non c'è una separazione tra zona giorno e zona notte per cui si sentiva il ronzio) e nel bagno c'era un continuo rumore di una lavatrice che probabilmente proveniva dall'appartamento accanto
Televisore molto piccolo rispetto alle dimensioni del soggiorno

La struttura e molto vicina al centro e alla stazione, molto veloce e facile da raggiungere, ringrazio chi me lo ha consigliato, fronte ci sono tutto cio che si ha bisogno (supermercati).

Cons:

Sanitari vecchi, assenza di doccia, solo una vasca da bagno senza protezione, pulizia non soddisfacente. Neanche una cialda di caffè, che il minimo sindacale per chi paga certe tariffe.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. The surrounding area was very busy with lots of traffic, but within easy walking distance of the gran canal and many good restaurants.

posizione perfetta, a 5/10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. l'appartamento è grande e con un arredamento carino.

Cons:

Purtroppo, sarò stato sfortunato, mi hanno dato la chiave sbagliata e quando ho chiamato per avvisare non ho ricevuto risposta: fortunatamente ho trovato la camera giusta. La sera tornato dalla cena mi sono accorto che il bagno emanava un odore di scarico veramente sgradevole e difficile da ignorare. Al mattino il check out doveva essere dalle 08.00 e il personale è arrivato alle 08.30: avendo degli impegni di lavoro non è stato ideale.

Solide Unterkunft für ein Wochenende in Triest
Pros:

Die Lage war gut um Triest zu erkunden. Die private Parkgarage befindet sich gleich um die Ecke beim Post und Telegrafenmuseum. Die Einfahrt ist nur mit einem Schlüssel möglich, den man zuvor bei der Rezeption bzw. einem Schließfach neben der Rezeption abholen muss.
Check in nach den offiziellen Rezeptionszeiten war unkompliziert. Man bekommt recht spät, aber immerhin eine Anleitung per Whats App, mit der man sich gut orientieren kann.

Cons:

Zimmer stickig und warm. Alles in allem etwas abgewohnt. Aber für 1-2 Nächte kein Problem.
