Apartments cleaning and changes of bed and bathroom linen are carried out once a week.

Please note reception is closed after 12:00 on Sunday. If you are expecting to arrive after that time you must contact reception to make arrangements.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Gut erreichbar . 5 Minute zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Alles wunderbar mit viedeo erklärt wie man Check in machen kann, wenn das Hotel nicht mehr besetzt ist. Unkompliziert. Schnell in der Innenstadt.
Perfekt für ein kurztrip.

La posizione centralissima e il fatto che la stanza non fosse troppo piccola.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento con una camera da letto e invece abbiamo trovato una specie di grande monolocale con una zona giorno divisa dalla zona notte da una mezza parete (quindi non ci sono porte da chiudere per separare i due ambienti). Questo per noi è stato un grosso problema perché nella zona cucina c'è un frigorifero rumorosissimo che si sente fino alla zona letto (sembra un aereo che sta decollando). Abbiamo dovuto accenderlo per forza perché dovevamo conservarci l'antibiotico di nostro figlio, e anche accenderlo non è stato facile perché l'interruttore dedicato era rientrato nel muro (!!). Per fortuna avevamo una prolunga per collegarlo altrove. Oltre al frigorifero poi sopra il divano letto c'era una specie di timer che non si poteva spegnere e ha ticchettato tutta la notte sopra la testa di nostro figlio. Inoltre le pareti esterne sono di cartone e sentivamo perfettamente la TV del vicino. A parte questo, non c'è un interruttore per la luce nella zona notte (bisogna andare a spegnere la luce in cucina!) e mancano anche le abat jour, sostituite da due lampade USB del tutto inutili (una non andava neanche, l'altra sembrava più una lucina notturna). Infine, il bagno è veramente indecente: vasca piena di muffa e puzza. Anche la stanza puzza di chiuso.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte perchè eravamo di passaggio a Trieste. L'alloggio è pratico e funzionale per visitare la città. La posizione è ottima.

segni di perdite in bagno, non riverniciate
in bagno ganci rotti, sostituiti senza togliere quelli vecchi

Pros:

Poloha ubytovania v centre mesta. Blízko všetkého dôležitého. Super občianska vybavenosť. Tichý a pokojný apartmán. Keďže okná boli situované do atria absolútny kľud od hluku veľkomesta.

Cons:

Trošku slabšia vybavenosť apartmánu. Najmä chýbaly šálky alebo viacej hrnčekov. Ináč O. K. Kúpeľňa by tiež potrebovala trošku refresh. Najmä vaňa, sprcha a WC. OSTATNÉ vybavenie bolo super.
