If guests require the hotel to send booking confirmation to an embassy (for visa procedures), please be informed that the hotel will charge the full, nonrefundable amount of reservation costs to the guest's credit card beforehand. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of 60 PLN per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.

A cleaning service is available after every fourth night. If you'd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, please let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.

Perfect for City Break
Pros:

Excellent central location, and the staff were very helpful, particularly when I needed information about public transportation. Hotel upgraded my room so facilties more than adequate.

Cons:

Wifi signal seemed a little erratic.

Resepsiyon ilgisini, otelin temizliğini yürüyerek bir çok yere ulaşılmasını

Cons:

Tuttuğum odanın tanıtımında bir uzanma koltuğu vardı fakat bizim odamızda tek kişilik bir sandalye vardı koltuk iki kişi için iyi olabilirdi resepsiyondan böyle bir oda talep ettiğimizde bu odaların tamamen dolu olduğu söylendi

Fajny na krótki pobyt
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko!
W miarę czysto i dość ciepło jak na pobyt zimą.
Ogromnym plusem jest przemiły personel - po poproszeniu dali nam dodatkową kołdrę, poduszki, a szlafroki do sauny czekały na nas jeszcze przed przyjazdem.
W hotelu podczas naszego pobytu było bardzo cicho.
Na plus jest też to, że do sauny zapisujemy się jako goście hotelowi na konkretną godzinę i wtedy jesteśmy sami.

Cons:

Niewiele tu napiszę, ale:
- lodówka mogłaby zdecydowanie lepiej chłodzić
- niestety średnio wygodne łóżka, nie byłam w stanie się wyspać, co wpłynęło na ogólny odbiór pobytu
- hotelowi przydałoby się odświeżenie, bo już „trąci myszką” (ale jest czysto)

na 1 noc ok ale czy na dłużej?
Pros:

lokalizacja OK. miejsce parkingowe pod samym wejściem, na 1 noc sprawdził się dobrze

Cons:

zepsute okno z hałasem tramwajów, zniszczone krzesło i oznaki zużycia materiału. uszczelka od szyby pod natryskiem do wymiany albo do doczyszczenia.

Moim zdaniem ta oferta powinna zostać poważnie sprawdzona przez booking (ponieważ apartament nie nadaje się do użytku).

Kontakt z właścicielem utrudniony. Zostałem oszukany (ewidentnie wyłudzenie pieniędzy). Po wejściu do apartamentu zobaczyłem że cały apartament jest brudny i śmierdzący. Każde łóżko miało brudną pościel, brudne ręczniki, brudną deską toaletową, wszędzie zapach po papierosach. Nikomu nie polecam (unikajcie)
