If guests require the hotel to send booking confirmation to an embassy (for visa procedures), please be informed that the hotel will charge the full, nonrefundable amount of reservation costs to the guest's credit card beforehand. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of 60 PLN per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.
A cleaning service is available after every fourth night. If you'd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, please let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day.

Posizione ottima, gentilezza personale altissima, spazio in camera, pulizia, colazione. Non ho avuto problemi con la camera, ma alcuni collghi si e sono immediatamente intervenuti a risolverli o a dare altra camera adeguata.
Orari di chiususra bar e ristoranti, mancanza di una sala interna con tavoli per eventuali soste per uso PC o altro. Vi è un largo ingresso con divani che va bene per soste brevi per attesa o conversazioni non lunghe
Lage sehr gut (Eisenbahn-Reisender). Getränk für Verzicht auf Reinigung gut. Zimmer o.k. Wasserkocher im Zimmer gut.
Karte zum Öffnen der Zimmertür funktionierte an drei Tagen 8-mal nicht. Spa enttäuschend: trotz rechtzeitiger Anmeldung: Handtücher und Bademantel mussten erst angefordert werden, kein Trinkwasser im Spender, Saunaofen max 60°, kaum Ruheplätze. Frühstück mit überlagerter Ananas und Melone, Obst musste teilweise angefordert werden.

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione dell’hotel e il comfort della camera. Il letto era davvero comodissimo e il bagno era dotato di tutte le amenities necessarie. Una nota particolarmente positiva per il phon: finalmente un asciugacapelli potente ed efficiente, paragonabile a quello che si usa a casa, cosa non così scontata negli hotel!
Tutto lo staff super gentile. Il ragazzo della reception, il giorno della partenza, mi ha accordato un late check out di due ore che mi ha salvato la giornata e l’ho apprezzato tantissimo.

The air-conditioning worked very poorly - it was very warm and humid in my room the whole time. To be fair, I did not complain about this at the time (I didn't have the time or energy to switch rooms) and it may well have been fixed if I had.
