If guests require the hotel to send booking confirmation to an embassy (for visa procedures), please be informed that the hotel will charge the full, nonrefundable amount of reservation costs to the guest's credit card beforehand. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of 60 PLN per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.

A cleaning service is available after every fourth night. If you'd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, please let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.

Gutes Hotel für eine Geschäftsreise

Lage zur Altstadt, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr dunkel, versprochenen Gutschein für ein Freigetränk in der Bar der bei abbestellen der Zimmerreinigung versprochen wurde ist nicht ausgestellt worden 😞
Lüfter der Klimaanlage machte in der 1. Nacht laute Quietschgeräusche und man könnte sie nicht abstellen. Klimaanlage wurde allerdings nach Reklamation für 2. Nacht instand gesetzt.

Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Pokoje bardzo czyste !Obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Dużym atutem jest również świetna lokalizacja, dzięki której łatwo można było dotrzeć do najważniejszych atrakcji i restauracji. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel.

Spełnił wszystkie oczekiwania na krótki pobyt.
Pros:

Czysto, ładne zadbane pokoje oraz wnętrze. Dobra lokalizacja, nie ma parkingu przy obiekcie ale można skorzystać z pobliskiego parkingu który współpracuje z hotelem - kilka minut spacerkiem. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna.

Sehr gut für einen Kurztripp nach Pozen geeignet.
Pros:

Für einen verlängerten Wochenendurlaub war das Hotel gut gelegen. Der Hauptbahnhof sowie das Stadtzentrum waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

perfect for our needs
Pros:

room - perfect silent; staff - always smiling and accomodating any request immediately, very kind and professional; breakfast delicious and varied. Just how we like it. Location - central.

Cons:

Filtered water on the corridor and gym was available only in the last 2 days out of 5, I guess the refill order arrived late...
