For me personally, number one place to stay in Italy.
Pros:

Myself and my good friend loved the room, loved everything about the property. Everyone we dealt with was always looking out for our needs and to be perfectly honest, this was the best lodging I've ever stayed at in Europe. The rooms were first rate, and the accommodations went well beyond our expectations. When I return to Milan with my family this will be the first and only place I will stay at.

Cons:

Nothing...there was nothing to not like, PERFECT LOCATION and perfect people.

I was deeply impressed by the staff — incredible, kind, and attentive people. Thank you so much for the spaghetti and sauce — such a lovely gift. We arrived quite late, and of course all the cafés and restaurants were already closed, so your present turned out to be a delicious lifesaver.

And that wonderful scent — I’d even call it your signature aroma — it greets you right in the courtyard and wraps around you. The place itself is truly lovely. The only thing that worried me a little was the small step leading to the kitchen area inside the room — I was just concerned for my husband, who walks with a cane. But we were careful, and everything went perfectly.

The kitchen is outstanding — absolutely top-notch.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal ligne de métro à proximité immédiate. Accueil à l’arrivée comme pendant le séjour très chaleureux. Logement très propre, bien équipé. Cadeaux de bienvenue de qualité appréciés.

Pros:

The residence is at an ideal location (you can walk to metro line in 2 minutes). The room came fully furnished with all equipment you could need on a short trip (oven, dishwasher, hair dryer, cutlery), there are a washer and a dryer (3 euro each use) where you can wash your clothes. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Wifi is free and has a strong connection. Definitely recommend and will be back given the chance!

Cons:

No hot water in the evening (only lurk warm). I don't see insects in the room but got bitten a lot after I wake up.

Pros:

Nicely equipped kitchen and bathroom, spacious wardrobes, cleaning service included every second day, very welcoming staff. They issued a bussiness invoice without any problems. Nice inner courtyard garden with benches, good soundproofing. Its just next to the citylife complex and conference center!

Cons:

Everything was great.
