Trotz aktueller politischer Situation ein sehr netter und empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage! Mitten in der Altstadt, Bushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt, ein Supermarkt um die Ecke. Zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt (Hauptbahnhof) sind es nur wenige Fußminuten. Außerdem die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Zimmers! Insgesamt habe ich nicht mit so viel Komfort und Service gerechnet und bin wirklich sehr positiv überrascht. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten, auch mit meiner Familie.

Cons:

Ich habe überhaupt keine Kritik beizutragen. Nur einen persönlichen Wunsch: Beim Frühstück gern mal Speck (Bacon) anbieten und einen kleinen Getränkeautomat in der Lobby für die späte Stunde mit Wein und Bier. Aber das ist keine Kritik, sondern nur ein Wunsch :-)

Загалом проживання в готелі залишило приємні враження. Дуже сподобалося розташування готелю — зручне та комфортне для відпочинку. Номер був чистий і охайний, а персонал привітний, уважний та завжди готовий допомогти.

Cons:

Проте є й деякі недоліки. Кухня не зовсім виправдала мої очікування — хотілося б кращої якості та різноманітності страв. Найбільшим мінусом стала дуже погана звукоізоляція. Було таке враження, ніби стін між номерами взагалі немає: чутно було всі розмови сусідів, що суттєво впливало на комфорт відпочинку.
Незважаючи на ці недоліки, загалом перебування було приємним

Близко к центру , это единственный плюс

Персонал не приветливый , по вопросу любому ничего не знал, как будто не мы не местные , а они. Я звонила говорила что приедем раньше так приходит поезд , я знала что заселение в 14.00, но хотя бы предложили бы что-то , посидеть я не знаю , элементарное что-то, они просто смотрели на нас пока мы не знали что делать с чемоданами. По отзывам читала , то все супер , но нет . Звонила перед выездом спрашивала за принадлежности для ванны , сказали все есть. Все -это мыло общее в банке для всего причем! На завтраке кофе платное первый раз такое вижу , сколько где не езжу . На постели был чужой волос, и пятно с кровью это вообще треш. Однозначно не вернусь! Была в других отелях в Одессе это небо и земля.

Отличное соотношение цены и качества! Всё на высоте: расположение очень удобное, завтраки вкусные и сытные, номер убирали каждый день без напоминаний. Персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь. Удобства как в номере, так и в отеле в целом — на уровне. Однозначно рекомендую!

Нажаль в номері штори не рухались - довелось наніч їх прищіплювати своєю заколкою. Також були складнощі із телевізором

Nice silent place in the heart of a beautiful city
Pros:

.Clean, cozy place with a good sense of taste in the furnishings and a feeling of subtle luxury throughout. Natural stone is used extensively in the interior design: marble on the stairs and bathroom walls, granite elsewhere. Everything is executed in a restrained manner, without any "nouveau riche" feel. The paintings are either extremely well-executed reproductions of Ayvazovsky's works or original pieces by talented painters.
A nice stay, in other words.
