Готель має чудове розташування, що дуже зручно для відпочинку. При заселенні на нас чекав приємний сюрприз: наше бронювання покращеного номера безкоштовно змінили та надали просторий двокімнатний номер. Сам номер був дуже чистий і комфортний. Проте загальне враження дещо зіпсували нюанси, зокрема неприємний запах у ванній кімнаті.

Cons:

Враження від перебування залишилися неоднозначними, насамперед через дивний підхід до клієнтоорієнтованості. Готель був напівпорожнім, проте персонал категорично відмовився заселити нас раніше ( хотіли переодягнутися, та поїхати на море).Така ж ситуація повторилася і під час виїзду: коли ми попросили про затримку всього на 30 хвилин, нам виставили ультиматум — оплатити половину вартості доби. Жодної лояльності чи бажання піти назустріч гостю в абсолютно банальній ситуації.Щодо самого номера: у ванній кімнаті відчувався неприємний запах (проблеми з каналізацією або вентиляцією). Сніданок- дуже середній . Інтернет не працював.
