Чудовий чистий і стильний готель
Pros:

Все чудово. Чисто!!, центр, стильно, брали номер з балконом, але не курящим він і не потрібен, якщо плануєте активно відпочивати, а не сидіти в номері.
Цікава задумка готелю. Сніданки на терасі на даху - вау. Сніданки шведська лінія з 8-10 будні, з 8-11 вихідні. Приходьте раніше, бо найсмачніше зʼїдають 😅
Шумоізоляція чудова.

Готель хороший, добрі сніданки є кондиціонер і тд, але персонал на рецепції банально не вміє нормально спілкуватися

При бронюванні я тричі вказував що нам потрібно саме ранішнє заселення, потяг приїжджає о 6:50 від вокзалу до готелю десь 15хв на таксі, коли ми приіхали хостес сказала що нажаль раніше бронювання не можливе бо там зараз проживають гості з її слів «ситуации меняються» питання чому НІХТО не попередив про це ми щойно з потягу хоче заселитись але нам кажуть шо це не можливо хоча під час бронювання казали зовсім інше. Але вжа добре, це був понеділок 7 ранку, можливості шукати інші варіанти не було тому що розуміли що більшість готелів уже заброньовані через сезон, ми залишили валізу та пішли гуляти, коли повернулись бо вирішили взяти змінний одяг, ми попросили віддати валізу на що нам відповіли що вони не можуть постійно заберати та повертати валізи коли захоче гість!! Мова знову зайшла за раніше бронювання і через декілька хвилин вони нам кажуть шо як комплімент дозволяють заселятись в вільний номер. ПИТАННЯ в чому була проблема зробити це раніше?

Прекрасне місце для проживання, краще в центрі Одеси немає. Гарна ціна, смачні сніданки на гарній терасі з різноманітним вибором. Щодня прибирали, міняли постільне та рушники
