Pros:

Останавливаемся не в первый раз. Как всегда 10/10. Чистота, комфорт, тишина, очень приятный персонал. Великолепный завтрак и конечно же дизайн отеля. Расположение в самом центре. Приятным бонусом было повышение категории номера. Однозначно вернемся еще и не раз! В Одессе - только в этот отель!

Cons:

Минусов не было от слова совсем.

Pros:

Затишний дворик та видова тераса для сніданків на останньому поверсі, зручний номер, чудове місце розташування в центрі міста, але з вікнами на внутрішній двір, шум міста не чутно, милий балкончик, на якому приємно посидіти

Cons:

Недостатня шумоїзоляція стелі, чутно сусідів зверху більше ніж потрібно. Це недолік усіх старих будівель, але якщо раптом будуть робити ремонт, то було б добре цей дискомфорт прибрати

Pros:

Смена менеджеров ( Мужчина администратор и его помощник особенно ) из-за их сервиса хочется вернуться . Улыбаются , приветливые , все показали , Донесли чемодан , посадили в такси .
