Lage war gut. Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Preise für Übernachtung und Frühstück waren zu hoch. Zum Frühstück wurden für 2 Personen 4 (Aufback-?)Weizenmehlbrötchen, 5 Aufschnittscheiben Wurst, 4 Käsescheiben, etwas Gemüse, Marmelade und Butter serviert. Müsli war vorhanden aber kein Joghurt geschweige denn Milchalternativen. Somit war es kein Buffet für 14,50€ - Mangelhaft bis Ungenügend. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig (Abortfliegen waren im EG WC massenhaft und Seife wurde mindestens einen Tag lang nicht nachgefüllt. Dieses WC diente auch als Resteraunt-WC). Balkontür verriegelte nicht richtig, Verletzungsgefahr, und die Duscharmatur war locker. Ebenso waren alle handwerklichen Ausführungen mangelhaft (Schimmelbildung in Fugen und gerissen, hängende Stromkabel, Putz blättert in Restaurant ab) und der Eingangsbereich wirkte wenig durchdacht und stilvoll.

Ich war sehr gerne dort und würde wieder dort buchen.
Pros:

(4Nächte) Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber in kurzer Fahrdistanz zu allen „Hotspots“ der Region, mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Bergpanorama. Nette Menschen in Hotel und Restaurant. Hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Hübsch renovierte Zimmer. Gutes italienisches Essen im wunderbaren Biergarten. Sehr üppiges Frühstück (kein Buffet).

Cons:

Bei Hitze dünstet leider der Kunststoff des Bodenbelags des Balkons (Einzelzimmer) sehr stark aus, so dass es dort nicht so angenehm ist wie es sein könnte. Auch der Abfluss der Dusche roch nach Gebrauch sehr stark. Fliegenschutz am Fenster wäre super.
Es wäre schön, wenn Hausgäste einen Getränkekühlschrank außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants zu vergünstigten Preisen nutzen könnten (nicht für 6,80€ die Flasche), da der Weg zum nächsten Supermarkt eher weit ist.

Nice place to stay for a couple of days.
Pros:

Nice location for walking and close to the Alpsee and Immenstadt im Allgäu. The rooms are nice and big with a bureau and a place to sit. Our room had a great view and a spacious balcony.

Pros:

The staff was super kind, always looking for a solution, and very welcoming. I can only praise them, every single one of them! They tried to fulfill all my requests and helped in any way they could, which I would really like to highlight.

Cons:

However, my room lacked all amenities; the only thing provided was a hair dryer, and even that worked intermittently. It was furnished with cheap, youth-style furniture in the most spartan way possible. The toilet was leaking, and while they really wanted to fix it, they couldn't manage to do so during my stay. Noise from the hallway carried through very loudly whenever someone arrived or left, almost constantly until dawn. There was continuous slamming of doors and fumbling with locks, which was baffling since I have no idea where the other guests could possibly be returning from at all sorts of dawn hours on a mountaintop. Because of this, getting a peaceful night's sleep was impossible for me, even with earplugs.
