For the price we paid it was worth it, though the breakfast could have been better.

Good value for the money.
Pros:

The room, including the bathroom, was very clean. The room was very well equipped, had a mini fridge, iron and board, kettle, coffee, tea and milk, smart TV.

Cons:

My room had no water glass, no cup to make coffee. I asked for these and eventually they were brought to the room. There was no soap, shampoo or body wash- fortunately I had my own!!!! One if the two towels had a hole, the double bed flat sheet looked like it had a dirty mark on it. (Photo) The ironing board had no cover. My room 25, was next door to a storage room. During the night at 2.15 an and again after 4am someone was noisily moving around in that room. I did not feel safe. The bucket chair in the room was ripped in several places. For a room that was allegedly an upgrade it was a disgrace and not value for money. I did not get the chance to complain as there was no-one on reception when I left.

Would never stay here again.
Pros:

The shower was amazing and the room was ok but cold when we first went in as we was in th basement was ok when put the radiator on.

Cons:

Check in was way too slow nearly 40 minutes for two rooms !! Worst breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. Advertised as a buffet style but it’s delivered to your room. No menu in the room to see what they offer and no where to eat it in the room. It was cold when it arrived and poor quality ingredients. Very disappointing. It was a windy morning from about 3am and it whistled through the windows so sleep was also disturbed as no way of stopping it.

The bed was comfortable, but the carpet looked dirty, the bathroom was spotless which I liked, but you only left one bat

I highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the WiFi is the fastest I have experienced. As I travel around the UK for work and often stay in expensive hotels, the WiFi is usually quite poor, but this hotel truly surprised me with its high-speed connection.
