Did not meet expectations for price
Pros:

Nice and clean.Pleasant staff

Cons:

1.Over 500 per night for a superior queen room is way too much for a small rural city
2.The burger in the room service menu was grotesque.Sourced from a packet!
3.Buffet breakfast uninspiring
4.Hotel is dated and needs a spruce up!

Pros:

It was nice and quiet our room was clean and very comfortable the food was excellent the staff were very friendly helpful and listened to us. And the spa pool was amazing

The room felt dirty, the bins hadn't been emptied from the last guests, there was an empty salmon packet in the bin from the last guests that smelt.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly at check in and at breakfast. The room was spacious, with good facilities and a comfortable bed. The restaurant had a good selection of gluten free options and the quality of food was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. A shuttle bus was offered to take you to the town which was first for us.

Pros:

Everything was amazing!!!, my family and I had stayed in three different rooms and they were all clean. The beds were comfortable. I love how the toilets are separate from the shower and spa.
The breakfast was beautiful. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and spa..
