Pros:

Lovely size in room, carpark outside, easy to get to our dinner location.

Cons:

Shower nozzle a bit feeble.
Room too close to smokers area. Lots of noise after hours that should be monitored by night staff. So consideration for guests sleeping in close by units- not affected.
