Terrible
Pros:

Had dinner in the pub it was absolutely terrible, French onion soup was horrible merky not pleasant to eat at all. Certainly would not recommend. Staff are lovely

Pros:

The room was functional and warm.
The restaurant is available and also a pool, that we couldn't use because people booked it for a party.

Cons:

We wouldve stayed somewhere else had we of known we couldn't use the pool.
The new girl at reception with the brown ponytail and glasses was very new and not great at communication
I asked about room service fee and she said there was none
When I went to pay in the morning she blatantly lied and said she told me there was a fee.
She could've just owned up and said sorry I'm new here.
