Pros:

Die Lage mit wenigen Laufminuten zur Fußgängerzone. Ruhige Lage.
Sehr schönes Frühstückt.
Sehr freundlicher Service.

Cons:

In zumindest einem der Zimmer im 1.Stock befinden sich die Fenster in 3 m Höhe. Eines davon gekippt und (laut Rezeption)nur mit mit einem langen Stock zu schließen (falls einen die Geräusche aus dem unterhalb gelegenen Hof stören). Nur gibt es diesen Stock nicht im Zimmer, und die Rezeption später auch nicht mehr besetzt.
Für eine Nacht war‘s ok, aber für mehrere Nächte meiner Meinung nach unzumutbar. Der Preis für dieses Zimmer sollte das berücksichtigen.

Diese Unterkunft war früher einmal gut und könnte deutlich besser sein - aber nur mit mehr Personal.
Pros:

Die Aircondition war hilfreich an einem heißen Sommertag. Zimmer ansonsten soweit OK. Ausstattung etwas lieblos und seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr upgedated bzw. repariert.

Cons:

Erstes Zimmer: Kühlschrank defekt. Zweites Zimmer: Auch dort kühlte der Kühlschrank nicht. Konnte er auch nicht, denn man hat sie in einen dicht schließenden Schrank eingebaut - und das funktioniert einfach physikalisch nicht, weil das arme Gerät nur heiße Luft ansaugen kann. Sobald man die Schranktür auflässt, kann der Kühlschrank auch arbeiten - davon jedoch hat der Zimmereinrichter offenbar noch nie gehört...

Auch das Frühstück war ein Ärgernis. Man hatte am Vorabend extra gefragt und wir hatten 08:00 Uhr angegeben. Leider fand zu dieser Zeit weder für uns noch für die anderen ca. 12 Gäste ein Frühstück statt. Es wurde zwar in der Küche rumort, aber erst um 08:15 Uhr hat die zuständige Kraft (übrigens offenbar eine 1-Mann-Armee, die seit dem Vorabend dort tätig war) es endlich geschafft, den ersten Kaffee an die 6 besetzten Tische zu bringen.

Bei einer so katastrophalen Personalsituation kann einem natürlich das Personal selbst leid tun, aber wie dieses Haus zu solch einer Bewertung kommt, erschließt sich mir mir nicht - und ich arbeite in der Tourismusbranche.

Zimmer mit Klimaanlage sehr gut. Personal sehr träge
Cons:

Frühstück nach Auskunft erst ab 8:00 früh. Da es um 8:30 Uhr noch nicht fertig war, habe ich das Geld zurückgefordert und bin ohne Frühstück abgereist.

Lage super, Rest naja
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Sehr schnell überall zu Fuß. So weit alles sauber. Aber es gab halt einige Einschränkungen.

Cons:

Schimmel in der Dusche und die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch nicht richtig. Fenster ließ sich nicht auch verdunkeln. Die Elektronik dafür ging nicht. Der,in der im Zimmer liegen Infomappe, angegeben Kühlschrank im Zimmer war auch nicht vorhanden.

Chambre simple, mais très confortable, avec climatisation et au calme. Hôtel très bien situé au centre ville. Bon petits dejeuners

Douche qui pourrait être plus grande. Accord avec parking à proximité pour tarifs préférentiels

Ontbijt ok. Broodjes goed!
Geen buffet en geen keuze hoe je ei wilt hebben.

Cons:

Wat achterstallig onderhoud. Vloerbedekking in gang viezig en laat los. Wij hadden 3 kamers. Airco en tv deden het niet in alle kamers. Gordijnen van kamer 13 waren elektrisch maar deden het niet. Douche van kamer 17 stroomde bijna over. Koffie, thee zag er niet fris uit.

Cons:

Frühstück wurde einfach alles auf den Tisch gestellt ohne zu Fragen was man wirklich braucht.
