総合的に良かったです。また宿泊したいです。
Pros:

今回、家族4人でアパートメントタイプの部屋（最上階）に宿泊しました。

下記の4点が、私達ファミリーにとって良かったです。良くなかった点もありましたが、総合的に良かったので、評価を高くしました。

・場所が中心部（観光に◎）
・キッチン付き
・1 bedroom で、広く子供が喜んでました(ロフト付き　写真1枚目)
・ベットのマットレスも良く、しっかり眠れました（シーツは清潔でキレイ）

Cons:

下記の5点が気になりました。この部分を直していただければ、満点の評価💯かな

・ケトルの底が綺麗でない（写真2枚目）
・前の方の汚れた食器がそのまま入ってた（写真3枚目）
・鍋のフッ素加工が剥がれ、汚れていた（写真4枚目）
・ベットルームの小さめの窓が蜘蛛の巣（写真5枚目）
・バスルームの棚が一部剥がれてました（写真6枚目）

Een aanrader voor een verblijf van 1 a 2 nachten voor het bezoeken van een geweldige stad.
Pros:

Prima ligging. Eenvoudig hotelletje maar hygiënisch alles in orde. Het ontbijt van 12 euro per persoon werd ons om mum van tijd bereid door de aanwezige persoon, en was zeker in orde.

Cons:

Geen lift was voor ons wel een minpunt. De parking was een openbare parkeergarage, een 150 meter verder. Dit verkiezen we wel in een grotere stad. Maar we hebben er een nacht gestaan en er werden ons toch twee volle dag tarief aangerekend, dus een totale prijs van 15 euro, vond ik er wel over.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentrumsnah in einer ruhige Seitengasse.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat wohl schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Möbel waren teils kaputt, die Sanitärinstallation sehr alt und es gab kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche.

Colazione buona e varia, posizione comoda a piedi per il centro. il personale è gentile ma non è sempre presente nella struttura, le camere sono spaziose e comode, bagni puliti

Cons:

l'avrei valutato meglio ma l'assenza di parcheggio è un problema, si trova in area a pagamento e non ha un parcheggio interno, bisogna scaricare le proprie cose e cercare un parcheggio nelle vie limitrofe che però sono tutte a pagamento o allontanarsi per trovare posti gratuiti

Miserabel!
Cons:

Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang begrüßte mich nicht. Die Brandschutztüren sind weit geöffnet. Die Dusche ist abschüssig und man droht, in der Dusche auszurutschen! Das Frühstück wird lieblos angerichtet (der Teller mit den Wurstwaren wird auf den Teller mit dem Käseaufschnitt serviert, ohne dass eine Folie dazwischen liegt). Die "Küche" ist winzig und der Empfangsmitarbeiter richtet hier das Frühstück her - er trägt keine Handschuhe noch hat er sich die Hände gewaschen.
Im Abstellraum für die Fahrräder liegen große Haufen mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern auf dem Boden, es riecht unangenehm (ist das die Bettwäsche, in der der Gast wieder schlafen muss?).
Mein Mann hatte nach dem Aufenthalt äußerst unangenehm nässende, juckende Pusteln.....
