Sehr geeignet für Urlauber, die Speyer umfassend erkunden wollen und denen Komfort zweitrangig ist
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und wurde am Platz serviert
Das Zimmer war groß genug mit Ausblick auf die Altstadt
Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum und enthält den Charme der Altstadt

Cons:

Frühstückszeiten sind zwischen 8-10 Uhr, deshalb für Geschäftsreisende vielleicht nicht nutzbar
Kein Fahrstuhl für schwere Koffer
Mit dem Auto darf man nur ca. 15-30 Minuten vor dem Hotel parken, dann gibt es in der Nähe (4 Minuten zu Fuß) ein Parkhaus für 7,50€/Tag

Wir hatten nur eine Übernachtung. Dafür war es in Ordnung.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig.
Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich.

Cons:

Es ist auf Grund des Alters des Gebäudes sehr verwinkelt.

Wir fühlten uns allgemein nicht sonderlich willkommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel lag zentral.

Cons:

Die Rezeption war bei unserer Ankunft (15 Uhr) nicht besetzt. Ein Gast hat uns die Tür geöffnet und wir wiederum 3 anderen Gästen etwas später, die dann warten mussten, genau wie wir.

Steckdose im Bad defekt.
Kein Klopapier.
Duscharmatur defekt.
Generell machte das Hotel einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck.

Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen für Durchreisende,die später als zur regulären Öffnungszeit in die Unterkunft kommen müssen.
Trotz Angabe der Ankunftszeit um 21:30h hat uns kein Mitarbeiter mehr empfangen ,noch uns einen Link für die vorhandene Schlüsselbox geschickt oder auf unsere Anrufe reagiert. Das ist ganz schlechter Service!
Zum Glück hat uns ein Hotel um die Ecke noch aufgenommen.
Unserer Bitte um Rückzahlung sind sie nicht nachgekommen und haben sich auch nicht
entschuldigt. Enttäuschend und ärgerlich!
