Pros:

Goed ontbijt en de locatie was rustig en alles was netjes en scho

Cons:

Douche kop bleef niet op zijn plaats en de tv was te klein en slechte ontvangst.

Gute zentrale Lage , freundliches Personal , leckeres Frühstück

Cons:

Das Appartement bedarf einer gründlichen Reinigung . Lichtschalter , Zimmertüren und Küche waren stark verschmutzt . Die Möbel stark verstaubt .

Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal. Der ÖVNV in Speyer ist gut organisiert und sehr preiswert.

Cons:

Dringender Renovierungsbedarf in unserem Zimmer, aber besonders im Bad und den Fluren. (Teppichboden, Fliesen, Duschkabine)
Das Frühstück ist auf Grund der Eintönigkeit und der aufgebackenen Brötchen seinen Preis nicht wert.

Pros:

Très bien situé pour découvrir la ville. Nous nous sommes garés dans la rue. Délicieux petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Il faut prévenir de son heure d’arrivée.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.
Die Lage des Hotels ist schön und vor allem ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Der Reinigungszustand der Dusche siehe Bilder Schimmel auf Silikon.
Die Duschstange sprich die Halterung für den Duschkopf. Diese war äußerst Primitiv und hat nicht gehalten.
Nachdem ich dies an der Rezeption angesprochen habe ist leider genau nicht´s passiert.
Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt vorne und hinten nicht.
Auch fragwürdig für mich ob dies ein 3*** Hotel ist.


Ein Auszug aus den Kriterien für 3*** Hotel´s:
Ausstattungen und Einrichtungen sowie die interne und externe Hotelinfrastruktur sind voll funktionstüchtig, in mangelfreiem Zustand und ohne erkennbaren Renovierungsstau.

Pros:

Snídaně byla v pohodě. Čerstvá, ale není možnost výběru. Recepční je zároveň kuchař, takže obsluha trvala trochu déle, ale jinak vše OK.

Cons:

Mohla by být lepší kvalita povlečení (bylo roztrhané prostěradlo) a po celém hotelu je cítit slabý zápach (asi staré koberce).
Jjnak na přespání dostačující, ale nečekejte zázraky.

Pros:

Ich war beruflich unterwegs und brauchte etwas Unkompliziertes. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, das Haus ruhig. Damit war alles gesagt.
