No Air Conditioner
The room was clean and had did have decent facilities.
Not happy that I couldn’t get business rate for my room using your booking site. The room also didn’t have air conditioning.
Geweldige locatie in het centrum van Sun Peaks de ene ingang komt uit in de main street en de andere aan de zijde van de de straat i.v.m. parkeren.
Er is een geweldig steakrestaurant in het hotel
Betaald parkeren dat is wel jammer, in de winter snap ik het in de zomer zijn er heel veel parkeerplaatsen vrij.
I liked the location of this property. The property is very clean and well looked after. The check-in process was fast and efficient.
The only thing I do not like about this day was we bought a truck and we had to pay for parking, which I did not understand.
The room was a good size
The desk clerk was very young and had a hard time deciphering our concerns upon check in. We wanted to extend our stay if they had availability. She did not explain the parking very well to my husband. We got to our room and some of the towels were soiled. There is no air conditioning at this hotel. And no breakfast in the hotel. The tv is quite small.
We stayed in this hotel for one night on the way to Jasper.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and welcoming. It was in a central village location, which was convenient.
We were part of a coach tour and it was a challenge checking in as there was only one lift to the rooms. Not a huge deal though.

Nice location in a nice hotel in the centre of the resort. Only stayed one night as part of a longer coach trip in Canada. Comfy room and facilities, if slightly dated. Central location means only a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Enjoyed our brief stay.

Front desk was often not attended. The off season is not the best time to come as many shops and restaurants were not open.
O localização do hotel é muito boa, fica no centro da vila, faz-se tudo a pé.
O hotel tem dois prédio com garagens no sub solo de cada prédio, e apesar de estar hospedado no prédio 1, me deram vaga de garagem no prédio 2. Um desconforto, pois tivemos que carregar malas por fora do prédio, e também com chuva.
Limpeza dos quartos acho que vai até as 10:00 am, pois deixei o quarto as 11:00 e não foi feita a limpeza.
Horários de Check in e check out injustos. Check in após as 3:00 PM e check out até às 10:00 am. Completamente fora de prepósito e do que se vê mundo afora.
