Other than a faulty lift, it was a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Good breakfast, nice bar, clean room

Cons:

Lift was not working. I have to wear a support brace because of a very bad back so this extremely disappointing especially as there were no ground floor rooms available.

Friendly staff; modern, well-fitted rooms and ample parking.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but empty dishes weren’t replaced fast enough. Location perfect.

Cons:

Breakfast dishes needed refilling sooner as well as the milk. There was a power cut so no water in our 3rd floor rooms but that wasn’t their fault. The showers needed a proper clean as there was a buildup of dirt in some corners.

The first staff member we met at reception was friendly and helpful

Cons:

We came down later to get some more supplies for our room and there was no one at reception, no bell to get there attention, so i had to go and find them, i found them in the kitchen chatting to the kitchen staff, he came back into reception and then put the bell back onto the desk! This wasn't the same person who we saw at the reception earlier, he had finished his shift.
Also, there was no shower gel or shampoo again, this happened on my last visit.

There were three of us in the room but we were only given 2 towels and we were only given 1 pillow each, but after I explained this to the staff they gave us extra

A convenient, simple and well priced accommodation offering which will challenge conventional hotels.
Pros:

The B&B Hotel concept is a “no nonsense” hotel, offering comfortable accommodation without unnecessary frills. The hotel staff are efficient and followed through with dealing with an issue we had with the room being serviced/cleaned.

Cons:

My impression is that this hotel model is under staffed, and we often had to wait to be attended to at reception. Furthermore, the room cleaning/servicing is sub-contracted, and the contractor missed servicing our room on one day and only did a half job the next.
