Nour Arjaan by Rotana

Very nice hotel. Met all expectations. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious.

We stayed 11 nights at Nour Arjaan in the one bedroom apartment - we requested a room with a mosque view, which we received. The view was incredible and really elevated our stay.

We had a very comfortable experience, the apartment was spacious and open, with windows that opened and a lot of natural light.

After you check in, they’ll bring cutlery, dishes, pots and pans to the room - and if you need more, just ask and they’ll provide more.

All the staff were so kind and caring.

I think the only thing that could’ve been better was if they provided a sponge & dish soap.

Overall, I recommend staying here for both short and long term stays!

I booked this hotel for my brother and his family. They were super happy with their stay. It was a birthday gift for my niece and nephew. Break fast was good, room was super clean and pool was very clean. Staff is friendly and parking is free.

Very nice hotel, great location and helpful staff. Only issue we had was there wasnt any hot water coming out of the showers, which ruined the comfort part of things.

Staff were great for accomodating us before that though, got a little upgrade, let us have a later checkout so we could use the pool for longer and adjusted to suit our little one in the restaurant/bar

Good hotel to stay for a few days for an event in Fujairah, breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful.

For the ridiculously high price we paid for a 2 bed room suite, the service was very average. The rooms were not carpeted. The kitchen had no crockery, not even basic cutlery, glasses, and had to ask for everything. The kitchen did not have microwave oven, and no dish washing soap even after requesting. So I had to order from outside to wash kids feeder bottles. The breakfast list didn’t have my name even after paying in advance with booking, so they had to ask front desk to check and kept me waiting. Parking was in a different hotel building, with no signs leading to this hotel front lobby. If I had paid half the price that I actually paid for this hotel, I would be okay.

Not the best hotel Premium Suite experience but it was ok since we spend only one night

We really enjoyed our stay. I wish that the pool was a little warmer and I was a little disappointed that we were charged for ice.

This is a very comfortable hotel. The city is very oil business traveller focused with prices to hotel match.
