Het eten was geweldig en de locatie helemaal top
Helemaal niks
A localização em virtude de ser uma zona de muitos bons acessos
We stayed at this hotel, being slightly cheaper (3*) than its sister hotel called Fuengirola Park(4*). However, they link up with a short path. Being in this hotel enabled us to use all facilities of the other hotel, including the restaurant.
The location is perfect as it is very close to the beach, bus connections to Fuengirola, with its old town etc and the Torreblanca Train Station.
The hotel itself is adequate. It is quiet, extremely clean, with daily room servicing (unlike some hotels in UK, where you have to request a change of towels etc)! Everything works perfectly in the room, especially the air con! It’s the first hotel of many that this has been the case! The room, was a reasonable size, the only thing is it could do with new tiling in the bathroom. We found the handle to the terrace door was loose, reported it and to our amazement there was a hotel maintenance man with us in less than 3 minutes to put it right!!!
The food choice is very good too.
All staff are very helpful and appear happy in their work, especially David on reception, who helped us so much with information/transport detail as he spoke perfect English.
Would highly recommend either hotel and in fact we have re booked already
for 2026.
Would highl
Just come back great location, great value for money, rooms spotless, food very good. On the reception David is very helpful and professional i would definitely go back
Ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de la playa. Limpio y cómodo. Desayuno y comida en general bien.
El café y el zumo del desayuno
Parking sin disponibilidad a la llegada.
Instalaciones antiguas.
This is a lovely and quiet sister hotel attached to Fuengirola Park. I absolutely love it here. My highlight was David on reception. Warm and professional. A kind and empathetic person who helped me to translate legal paperwork as I was over as a victim of a crime that had happened in Torremolinos. He was so helpful and made me feel I was safe whilst staying here. Location is perfect. Not busy like main Fuengirola but still a stone’s throw to get to. David needs to be promoted to Manager or more in my opinion. He’s such an asset to the hotel.
Para pasar unos días y visitar todo lo más importante de la provincia perfecto.
Buen desayuno y muy bien la limpieza.
Great hotel for what you pay. Rooms a little dated but have everything you need, food typical all inclusive but tasty and you'll find something to eat, drinks actually decent and the staff friendly. As long as you come with the right expectations you'll have a great time. I'd happily stay again.
Pretty basic room but what else do you need,, great staff very helpful and friendly. Situated 100 yards form the beach front. We went half board so we bought refreshments on site which was very reasonable. Would definetly recommend here. Plenty of sun loungers large and small pools, entertainment and the food varies with plenty of choices
The closeness of the bar, pool, cafe, parking and dining hall
Under staffed so when the downstairs bar opened the upstairs bar closed this happened at 8pm
No snacks available
The restaurant in the hotel is very large in area, because it serves guests from two related hotels.
There is an unpleasant odor in the restaurant that can be noticed immediately upon entering, probably due to chemical treatment.
The restaurant is very noisy, as chairs make loud noises when pulled out from tables, plus very noisy English pensioners, although the local Spanish ones try to keep up with them.
The food is very monotonous, boring, and becomes tiresome after 3 days. Breakfast is especially dull, and although there seems to be a choice for lunch and dinner, the food itself is tasteless. It's mass-produced, I would say conveyor-belt food, designed for quantity rather than quality.
The food is also very greasy - pasta floats in cold water, fish is all in oil, fried eggs are swimming in oil to the point you could blot/soak them, and the meat/fish is fatty. It's very unhealthy food, and this is the biggest drawback.
In addition, we saw a fat cockroach near the "cakes and pastries" section - see the photo. And if you want to see cockroaches upfront, just open the lid of the ice cream compartment, and you'll see about half a dozen cockroaches crushed by the lid itself, which no one even bothers to clean up.
Dishes are often greasy, with food remnants, with some yellowish stains on the plates. The coffee is simply terrible. The juice is artificial. Desserts are tasteless.
Overall, the impression is very negative - we were so reluctant to eat in the hotel restaurant that despite having paid for full board, we were forced to eat in restaurants in town.
The hotel owners need to decide: either they want to save money, whatever the outcome may bw or they need to change the chef because this food is inedible.
We do not recommend this hotel - it has only one positive aspect: it's a two-minute walk to the beach, and that's where it ends.
The sound insulation in the hotel is poor, all doors slam, and the staff is quite helpless. You'll end up more tired than rested!
Overall, we rate it a C minus.
