Very convenient location. The staff were kind and the facility was okay, but the room was not clean. Seemed like the sheets were the only clean things in the room.

Michele and Felicia were very helpful in accomodating a changing work schedule that changed my stay duration a couple of times.

Everything

Everything was great the room was modern and clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also quiet . They only charge 40 for a dog . The only thing was they need to unplug the drains in the tub and sink and fix the bathroom fan . But it was just minor . I would stay there again .

After driving for six hours to our hotel
We were warmly welcomed by Felicia.
She checked us in quickly and made us feel welcomed. Her cheerful disposition was cativating and confirmed we made the right choice. This place lives up to it's name and it's staff is terrific!

The room was surprisingly clean and well kept. However, the hallway was very hot due to an issue with the air. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant, and the staff was awesome. Including the kitchen staff.

The staff was great, place was clean. Could use improvement with tv instructions in the room and the pool was pretty dirty.

The room was so so clean and the front desk attendance were very polite. I ended up having to leave a day early do to a death in the family. As I was checking out I went to ask if there was anything they can do about the second day I reserved. I told them I understood if they couldn't being short notice. The attendance went back to talk to the manager and came back telling me the manager said since I booked it through hotels.com there was nothing she can do, but she would’ve refunded it if I booked it directly through the hotel. The Attendant advised me to call Hotels.com since it was before noon and see what they could do. So, I called hotels.com and they went ahead and contacted the manager of the hotel. Spent 20 minutes on the phone and they finally got back to me and said the manager said its the policy of the hotel not to go ahead and give refunds on short notice. It would of been nice if they were honest upfront! It left me irritated and annoyed. So I will not be doing business with them again.

Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

The only complaint is the trash is not empty on a daily basis you have to call house keeping i called a couple of time and still didn't show. Was there for 5 days only emptied 2 days trash over flowed. Over all i was completely satisfied would stay there again.

Overall, our stay was okay. However, there were a couple of issues that made the experience less pleasant. First, there were no alternative breakfast options for guests who don’t eat pork—pork sausage was the only meat offered, which was disappointing for our family.

Also, we were running late for check-in and called the hotel over six times to confirm that our room would still be available. No one answered. When we arrived, we found the hotel attendant in the lobby on the phone, which made the lack of response even more frustrating.
