EL MEJOR HOTEL DE CALA MILLOR.
Pros:

Queremos felicitar al personal de , limpieza , restaurante , mantenimiento y muy , muy , muy especialmente a CLAUDIA . Gracias Claudia , eres una crack . Tanto tu como todo el equipo de recepción , con vuestra continua atención , hacen que tus vacaciones sean verdaderamente placenteras .
El hotel esta genial en primerísima linea de playa , habitaciones superluminosas, con terraza vista mar, cocina , sofás cama que verdaderamente son 2 camas individuales (fuimos con nuestra hija de 18 años y nuestro hijo de 12 y descansaron muy bien) .
Gracias por todo, sin duda volveremos .

Beautiful hotel close to the beach. Good quality food and amazing staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with swimming pool and also located next to the public beach. Food quality and options were great. Big rooms. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. There is not parking but it is easy to find a parking spot close to the hotel. Swimming big pool depth is around 150cm and entertainment is mainly for kids (ideal hotel for family with small children)

Great hotel for a great value!
Pros:

- breakfast bufet was amazing, dinner was also great, but had limited offer for vegetarians
- hotel is directly on a beautiful beach (we were lucky, there were absolutely no algae in the water, but there were some im the other parts of the beach and it seems like they appear and dissapear on different places)
- the staff is very professional, helpful and kind
We had great time in the hotel with our kids.

Cons:

There is an evening amusement in the other hotels and the music can get quite loud until 22h, but it's not really fault of this hotel, it's the area.

Très bien situé sur l’île l’hipotel Mercedes est une Très bonne formule pour des vacances avec des ados, studios très confortables, bien équipés pour une cuisine légère, très bonne literie, grande salle de bains,terrasse sur la mer, propreté et ménage hors pair ! Et Il suffit de pousser la porte de la piscine pour être sur la plage!
A signaler également la qualité de la demi pension , excellent petit déjeuner et dîner avec des choix quotidiens très variés !!!

Pros:

It was a good location with good breakfast for the first two of 3 days.

Cons:

We were hugely disappointed by the incident during the breakfast time on the last day. Our breakfast was paid for two adult (online) and two children (at the reception on arrival). On the same guy at the breakfast time checked in for the first 2 day without any issue (as expected). the last day he have insulted saying we didn't paid for the two children. He continue 3 time, despite we said please check with your reception (less than 5m away from the breakfast area). While cheeking out, the rection people apologised but that not revers back the insult that they made to us during breakfast time.
