War insgesamt sehr schön, wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Ein sehr familienfreundliches Hotel mit hervorragendem Essen. Die Lage ist perfekt – direkt am Strand. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten, sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Küchenausstattung: Geschirr und Töpfe waren zwar vollständig und hochwertig, jedoch fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Gewürze, Öl oder Salz

It was very relaxing. We would stay again
Pros:

Great location opposite the sandy beach with only the prom & a grass area in between the hotel & our hotel swimming pool. No road between our hotel grounds & the seafront. Quiet area but easy walk to shops & cafes, (There is a Lidl & an Aldi in Cala Millor.) We were fed well & families felt very welcome. Great staff. A special mention to the lifeguard, Lucas, who was great with our 3 year old grandson. Also the young lady in charge of the children's activities.

Cons:

We had apartments but also Half Board. There was a lovely, fresh range of choice. Our only suggestion would be to try to keep hot food hot. Grilled food is prepared to request at the grill but requires a wait while it cooks.

Sinceramente. La ubicación y la comodidad de.las camas y lonlimpio de llo en el cuarto total.

Cons:

Una falta de respeto en anunciar el plus de entrada ilimitada al supuesto "SPA' . donde jamás decía el control de las instalaciones.
Al llegar alli. Piscina climatizada con ocupación full.
Preguntamos donde era y el recepción. Nos dice que es bajo costo TODO !. PERO QUE NO ERA EXCLUSIVO. LO CUAL PODRIA PAGAR 10€ Y ENTRABA EL QUE QUISIERA. LO MISMOS EN LA PSCIINA DE BURBUJAS SUPUESTO JACUZZI. DONDE ESTA LLENO DE NIÑOS. Y RODO MUNDO ESTABA.
APARTE AL SER UNA PERSONA EXYRANJERA NO PRUNUNCIE BIEN (EL SAUNA - LA SAUNA)
LO CUAL CORRIGIÓ DE IM3DIATO LEVANTANDO LA CEJA Y PRONUNCIANDO MAS FUERTE.
En verdad es triste que ponga un valor mas por unas instalaciones. Que de verdad le quita el nombre a un Spa* y que tofo sea de público.
Aparte el recepción conteste de esa manera y solo de inf de ser profesionales.
Eso no daño la estadía total.
Lo cual mi intención. Era celebrar mi cumpleaños y relajarnos en un spa. O sauan o lo que diga que tuvieran.
Cabe notar que el hotel es antiguo y las instalaciones y decoraciones en sí son viejas.
Nos falto varias luces del baño aparte el jabon no funcionó.

Prima verblijf!
Pros:

Perfecte ligging,fantastische bedden en goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

Cons:

We hadden een appartement boven het buiten terras. De schoonmaaksters begonnen hier iedere ochtend om 7 uur met een hoop lawaai met schoonmaken. Daarna hoor je constant alle stoelen schuiven van de ontbijtgasten.

Verder is het hotel aan een renovatie toe,vooral de badkamer. De WC spoelde niet door,de airco is heel muf.

Bardzo miła obsługa, zwłaszcza Patricio w restauracji i Pan w recepcji :) serwis sprzątający na wysokim poziomie. Jedzenie nam bardzo smakowało. Z okazji urodzin córki personel wręczył jej prezent i zaśpiewał sto lat po hiszpańsku. Cała rodzina otrzymała piękne koktajle. Lokalizacja wspaniała, wszędzie w hotelu czysto i pachnąco. Mogłam korzystać z silowni w sąsiednim hotelu za darmo. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Cons:

Drobnostki, które w ogóle nie wpłynęły na ocenę.

Établissement propre et personnel très professionnel
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appart'hôtel et avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté irréprochable des lieux. Bien que les appartements soient d'un style un peu ancien, ils sont très bien entretenus et la literie est tout à fait correcte.
​Nous avons toutefois rencontré un problème d'isolation phonique qui rendait le séjour bruyant. Je tiens cependant à souligner le professionnalisme exemplaire de la direction et de l'équipe de réception. Ils ont été à notre écoute, ont compris nos difficultés et ont procédé au remboursement des nuits non consommées avec beaucoup de correction. Un grand merci à eux pour leur réactivité et leur sens du service client. Un établissement sérieux qui prend soin de ses hôtes, même en cas de litige.
