Ottimo soggiorno in una bella struttura
Pros:

La struttura è moderna ed accogliente, camera spaziosa e la notte è stata serena senza rumori esterni. Ho soggiornato qui per un evento all’unipol arena che in macchina dista pochi minuti.

Pros:

Super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Feines Frühstück und angenehmes Zimmer.

Cons:

E gibt nur zwei Ladestationen für E-Autos. Die sind extrem langsam und (zum Teil nur 4 kW Ladeleistung) und gleichzetig unverschämt teuer für diese Performance: 0.7 Euro per kW. Sehr schade. Das trübt den Aufenthalt.

Hotel blisko lotniska co było dla nas ważne. Czysty, zadbany. Śniadanie różnorodne

Nie doczytałam że zamykają basen o 19. Jak przyjechaliśmy i chcieliśmy skorzystać był już nieczynny a w zasadzie dlatego wybrałam ten hotel

Séjour agréable
Pros:

L’accueil était sympathique, établissement agréable, petit déjeuner et repas correct

Cons:

Établissement dit qu’ils acceptent les animaux, mais toutefois je pense qu’ils devraient refuser les animaux.
Pourquoi : car en fin de compte les écouter inacceptables que un seul chien et un petit chien.
Donc on se retrouve dans une situation un peu compliquée, et pourtant j’ai l’habitude de faire tous les mois des Hôtel régulièrement avec mes Trois Chiens.
Donc cela serait plus simple pour tout le monde de dire que n’accepte pas Les Chiens.
Nous quittons notre chambre, nous ne laissons pas comme certains pleins de saletés par derrière Chien ou pas. Chien.

Felt like we did not belong

Recepcionist was rude from the very beggining of interaction.
The hotel was hosting a party and when she saw us it seemed like she thought we were a burdain and not welcome. There was no parking space available, bacause they were all ocuppied by participants of the event.
I asked her about the parking space - included and specified in my booking - and she advised me to park my rental car outside, in a far and dark place, wich I did not agree considering security reasons.
Also because of the event, the hotel restaurant was not open, so we had to have dinner somewhere else.
Additionally, we had no access to the pool area as advertised (and paid for). Apparently they gave us a different room, because it faced the back of the hotel and there were no separate beds as asked and confirmed by the hotel.
Would have been much better if we were previously informed us about the event and we would have a choice to keep or cancel the booking.
My advice is if you are not going to an event hosted at the hotel, check before. Otherwise you will be treated as an intruder.

One night only kind of place !
Pros:

The breakfast was much better than I had anticipated with a wide variety of choices. The hotel is located just off the motorway and handy as a one night stop over for a break from driving.

Cons:

Our room was basic and very over priced for what it was - very small. The pool is unwelcoming and no drinks or food allowed whilst sitting poolside which is the only place we have come across in our years of travelling - had to sit on the unkempt grass area to eat or drink ! Had dinner in the restaurant, got poured the smallest glass of wine I've ever had because waiter obviously didn't want to open a fresh bottle. My husband had to send his meal back as he didn't get what he asked for and the green salad was just a bowl of limp lettuce - very poor.
