La camera pulita, spaziosa

Cons:

Il servizio durante la colazione , non c’era personale che prendeva le ordinazioni perciò era necessario fare la fila x ordinare caffè/cappuccio/latte caldo.

Posizione non molto comoda, poco servita. Colazione con poca scelta senza lattosio (la colazione dolce prevedeva solo dei biscotti e Merendine confezionate). Abbiamo avuto una discussione col receptionist per aver ordinato una piadina da mangiare in camera perchè io avendo una malattia cronica e potendo mangiare poche cose avevo grossi problemi nella scelta : inoltre dovevamo uscire presto dall'albergo perchè avevo un concerto e toccava prendere l'auto (io avevo con me i miei cibi)
Quando mio marito ha proposto di mangiare all'esterno ci è.stato risposto di non fare "teatrini".
Concordo sul non mangiare in camera (magari inviare un disclaimer nella conferma di prenotazione sarebbe gradito così avvisavo delle mia condizioni di salute) ma magari essere coerenti e prevedere una buona scelta di alimenti per intolleranti ecc sarebbe stato preferibile. La merendina confezionata no.
In compenso la receptionist del mattino è stata molto gentile ad ascoltare le nostre segnalazioni.

Cons:

Per essere un 4 stelle lenzuola del letto non tirate perfettamente, tavoletta del bagno rovinata sotto, diciamo che un po' più di piccole attenzioni per un albergo a 4 stelle me le aspetto
