Location cleanliness service and welcoming me with a positive experience the receptionist was so welcoming and professional loved the room, cleanliness and quiet area great for resting and well being plus staying opposite to where my family lives great stay and holiday perfect 😊👍🙏

The set up of unit

Cons:

Toilet roll too hard to reach when sitting on toilet (it was behind the toilet seat lid). Would be better hanging from bottom of basin.

Excellent location - close to eateries/shops -so despite few issues, I would return to stay again
Pros:

Did not have breakfast, chose this location for close proximity to relatives - very comfy bed 🙂

Cons:

On previous stays I was on upper level - this time I was on ground , so more road noise plus occupants next door were talking loudly on balcony late evening/early morning next to my bedroom. Shower pressure very low/toilet seat very loose, had to defrost icebox to get anything in space. QR code on ref card near TV had expired so unable to access info on things in room/facilities. Previously staff had been welcoming but did not experience this with young receptionist at my check in/out this time - not even a ‘welcome’ or ‘hope you enjoyed your stay with us’

Great option for our MTB road trip
Pros:

Very modern, well designed and executed room. Comfortable, with everything we needed.
We didn't have pets with us, but we noticed that the place is pet friendly, great to see dogs in the corridors, etc.

Cons:

We were on a MTBing road trip, it's not advertised as bike friendly, but it would be great if there were basic facilities to cater for that.
