Overall stay was very pleasant except washroom handshower or jet spray.
Pros:

The property is very neat and clean, rooms perfect, staff very friendly and cooperative. The stay was very comfortable.

Cons:

Hand shower should be provided and jet spray for toilet commode should be provided as guest from multiple countries visit everyone is not used to for tissue it didn’t give hygienic cleaning. It should be with all options.

Convenient location,comfy bed & staff.More frequent & thorough maintenance required.

Location very convenient for our requirements.

Cons:

Not enough clothes hanging space.
Unsafe shower as there was NO secure hand rail or suitable shelf for older people to hold on to as a safety whilst showering. NO hand held shower which would have been more suitable to prevent shower water spraying onto outer area floor thus wetting floor outside shower & toilet area.
It was necessary to use shower towel mat to wipe up excess water which had unpreventably sprayed out onto floor around toilet because shower screen does not adequately extend enough for type of shower head spray - this is very much a safety issue.Towel after wiping floor was quite dirty therefore questioning the cleaning method.
Curtains need washing & hanging hooks replaced ( part of curtain hanging off rail) plus a more suitable opening & closing of curtains preferred. Windows dirty, trim surround around hanging space top shelf detached, fridge freezer door broken (reported) obviously not checked by cleaning personal after last guest as there was a frozen icecream still in freezer from previous guest & freezer door broken off left just sitting against freezer opening.
A sharp small piece of wire sticking out of carpet did stick into my foot.

I liked the room we had it was clean and tidy had everything we needed it was beautiful.

The receptionist could've used abit more training with greeting her customers. Other than not greeting or talking to them she done an ok job.

Pros:

Clean, easy after-hours check in, perfectly located for our needs (and very close to large shopping centre). Under cover parking was appreciated.
