Contemporary clean hotel with rooftop restaurant with stunning views
Pros:

Stunning boutique hotel, reception staff were professional and helpful. It's clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the rooftop restaurant...has a beautiful view. The shower was spacious and the room contemporary in design. It is close to Stone town main streets and market.

Cons:

Just a few suggestions for breakfast service:
1) To put more glasses for the juice station..the staff would only put 2 glasses out at time. Guests had to keep asking for more
2) To consider having a self-service coffee machine/ tea.
3) To train the staff to provide milk, sugar and teaspoons, when they serve tea/ coffee. Guests had to keep asking for these.

No nos dieron la habitación que habíamos reservado. Fue difícil conseguir que nos devolvieran el dinero porque la habitación que nos dieron era más económica. El desayuno era francamente mejorable.

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location. Restaurant staff were lovely. Both breakfast and dinner very nice. Good view from the roof top.

Cons:

Our room looked straight into a brick wall so was very dark. Ensure you select a room with a view. I had only just turned the shower on and stepped in and it was evident it was blocked as the water rose up and started to flood the bathroom. It couldn’t be used like that so my husband went and asked for assistance. They came and mopped the floor but that was it. So he asked for a plunger and tried to unblock it himself which didn’t have much impact. For the two days we were there we had to use the low hand held device, instead of the overhead rose, and turn it on & off between soaping up. Not good for a 4 star hotel. Some of the front desk staff were very unfriendly.

Gorgeous hotel in Central Stone town
Pros:

Overall feel of the hotel was quite colonial, which was lovely. Rooms were gorgeous and spacious and facilities were good.
Breakfast was good and staff were lovely.

Cons:

The only downside was the plants in the downstairs lobby area i believe had mosquitos. Two of our party were bitten lots of times just when waiting in reception or by the pool. We loved the plants but they needed spraying!

Cons:

Breakfast average and evening dinner restaurant was poor menu choice and no atmosphere. outside hotel was a building site and noisy. Definitely not 4 star, in need of upgrade.

Pros:

Hôtel parfait très bien placé
La chambre familiale était très spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain
Piscine très agréable et magnifique restaurant en rooftop où nous avons très bien mangé

Cons:

Il faut savoir que le taxi ne peut pas vous déposer devant l'hôtel et il faut un peu déambuler dans les rues pour y arriver!

Nice place, great place good location but needs better mosquito control.

There are lots of ways plant areas with standing water so too many mosquitoes - they need to spray to keep them under control.
