Pros:

Hôtel parfait très bien placé
La chambre familiale était très spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain
Piscine très agréable et magnifique restaurant en rooftop où nous avons très bien mangé

Cons:

Il faut savoir que le taxi ne peut pas vous déposer devant l'hôtel et il faut un peu déambuler dans les rues pour y arriver!

Breakfast average and evening dinner restaurant was poor menu choice and no atmosphere. outside hotel was a building site and noisy. Definitely not 4 star, in need of upgrade.

Nice place, great place good location but needs better mosquito control.
Pros:

Lovely accommodation. Very authentic. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There are lots of ways plant areas with standing water so too many mosquitoes - they need to spray to keep them under control.

Great location in stone town, sone parts of hotel really lovely. Better staff training needed.

Great location, wonderful rooftop restaurant.

Cons:

Poor service. Staff on reception were unfriendly. Service at roof top restaurant unbelievably slow. One bar nan claimed they’d no spirits so couldn’t make cocktails but literally saw another staff member carrying done out minutes later. Dated tired decor in rooms.

Pros:

Hotel molto pulito e ben arredato. Bella atmosfera e vista dal ristorante.

Cons:

L'hotel non è raggiungibile con la macchina e non ha un parcheggio convenzionato. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovarlo e si deve lasciare l'auto/taxi a 200m per poi raggiungere l'ingresso a piedi passando nei vicoli.
Affaccia su una piazzetta che la sera è frequentata da giovani locali che sostano con musica alta e schiamazzano.
La camera era molto piccola e buia, con le finestre che affacciavano sui vicoli per cui la distanza dal muro di fronte era massimo 2m e non entrava luce. Gli interruttori della luce funzionavano male e c'era una finestra fra il bagno e la camera per cui di notte se si accendeva in bagno si illuminava anche tutta la stanza.
Il menu del ristorante era abbastanza ripetitivo e nessuna scelta di vini.
La SPA chiude alle 18 per cui è difficile usufruirne.

Ca aurait pu être mieux.

Le petit dejeuner un vrai fiasco.
Si on aime pas les oeufs que fait on?
A part deux trois propositions d'oeufs rien a manger. Le service a la carte au lieu d'un buffet.
C'edt tres long. Le café refroid quand le plat arrive.
Je suis tres decue par le le petit dejeuner
