The location was lovely, food was exceptional and room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The car park was extremely pokey and I expected more from a five star property. There was also quite a bit of noise heard in the room from the restaurant in the early mornings and late at night.
Cathy at the front desk was uber professional and friendly. Talked me into breakfast at the restaurant, and it was very very delicious!

Room 1 Needs a little attention soon lights not working A/C vents need cleaning and maybe carpet needs to be replaced
Great location close to fay
We loved everything about our stay the location, the breakfast, the Bath and especially the Sun Room in our Suite, took us back to a bygone era. Very Special!
I didn't like leaving!
I love the location and decor
My last stay I had a very small room alongside an abandoned swimming pool that was totally green and putrid in the neighbouring property. Our windows didn’t have fly screens so I had to keep the windows closed the whole time. Not the most pleasant view out the window.
The terraced restaurant for breakfast
Hard to access late at night in the dark. Couldn’t find light switches and getting bags upstairs in the dark was difficult.
It was small and secluded away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk to see the sights.
The staff were always super helpful and friendly.

Felt that some cool jazz music would have enhanced the atmosphere for drinks at Roof Top bar also when we dined at dinner.
Lovely old money feel. Understated charm. Fabulous staff and great location to restaurants
Just be aware there is no lift if you have heavy cases but thats the only minor thing
