Ganz in Ordnung für kurze Aufenthalte, einfach und sauber
Pros:

Ich habe das Hotel viel besser vorgefunden als die letzten Rezensionen es beschrieben haben . War angenehm überrascht. Der Eingengsbereich bis hinauf in den 3. Stock sind mit richtig ansprechenden Gemälden ausgestaltet. Auch im Zimmer schöne Gemälde. Die Teppichböden in den Fluren und meinem Zimmer sauber. Das Zimmer war rundum ansprechend sauber. Auch das Mobiliar ansprechend wie auf dem Foto der Webseite. Die Aussicht aus dem 3. Stock geht direkt auf ein kleines Naherholungsgebiet an einem See. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Matratze war weder schlecht noch wirklich gut. Der Hauseingang ist Tag und Nacht offen. Kein Frühstück und auch kein annehmbares Lokal oder Bäckerei (außer man mag Burger King) in der Nähe. Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet und einer gut befahrenen Straße. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Gut für 1-2 Nächte wenn man beruflich in der Gegend zu tun hat und keinen Luxus benötigt.

Schimmel und Realität vs. Werbeprospekt!
Cons:

Im ersten Hotelzimmer wurden im Fenstersims, sowie im Bad, als auch an anderen Ecken zum Teil tellergroße Schimmelecken gefunden. Die Lampen an den Betten hatten lauter defekte und zum Teil angeschmorte Lampenschirme. Die Sauberkeit war äußerst oberflächlich und trauriger Tiefpunkt war der Duschvorhang, der vom Ende bis ca. 15cm hoch durchgeschimmelt war. Insgesamt war die Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und glich eher einer zusammengetragenen Sammlung an ausrangierten Möbeln für den Sperrmüll. Leider entsprach das Hotel in keinster Weise den Werbebildern, welche einen viel zu positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels haben meinem Partner und mir sehr gut gefallen. Ein großer Vorteil war es, dass man Barrierefrei mit dem Aufzug in die Zimmer gelangen konnte. Für ein einfaches Hotel ohne viel Erwartung - ist dieses zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass es in der kühlen Jahreszeit (Herbst) darauf geachtet wird, dass man in den Zimmern intakte Heizkörper hat. In unserem Zimmer waren sie komplett ausgeschaltet / oder kaputt. Dazu kommt, dass Möbelstücke wie das Bett etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind (Bsp.: Bettquietschen).
