Lontano dal centro città ma accogliente
Pros:

Stanza pulita e staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Niente. Sono stato per lavoro. Quindi anche se non è un albergo al centro della città é servito al mio scopo.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels haben meinem Partner und mir sehr gut gefallen. Ein großer Vorteil war es, dass man Barrierefrei mit dem Aufzug in die Zimmer gelangen konnte. Für ein einfaches Hotel ohne viel Erwartung - ist dieses zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass es in der kühlen Jahreszeit (Herbst) darauf geachtet wird, dass man in den Zimmern intakte Heizkörper hat. In unserem Zimmer waren sie komplett ausgeschaltet / oder kaputt. Dazu kommt, dass Möbelstücke wie das Bett etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind (Bsp.: Bettquietschen).

Pros:

Check-In und Check-out waren schnell und problemlos

Cons:

Das Hotel ist einfach alt und überall kaputt, die Stühle durchgesessen das Bett durchgelegen und es knarzt beim umdrehen. Man hört deutlich den Zimmernachbar schnarchen. Der Fahrstuhl funktioniert nur während der Rezeptionszeiten.

Wasserdruck sehr niedrig. Heizung war trotz eisiger Temperaturen runtergestellt. Es wurde nicht richtig warm.

Am Anreisetag waren die Zimmer kalt - unangenehm wenn man schon den ganzen Tag im Freien arbeiten musste.
Wenn man dann noch etwas fernsehen wollte musste man feststellen, dass die Fernseher entweder gar nicht oder nur mit
einem sehr eingeschränkten Programm liefen. Auf unsere Anfrage gegenüber der Rezeption erhielten wir nur den "Hinweis",
dass wir ja alle Handys haben und auch dort schauen könnten ...

Eine so schlechte Unterkunft hatten wir bisher noch nie.
Pros:

Absolut schlechter und ungepflegte Zustand. Über den Brandschutz wollen wir gar nicht reden. Ein Zimmer von uns war die Sammelstelle im Brandfall, weshalb die Tür von jedermann von außen zu öffnen war. Ein absolutes nogo. Aber mangels nicht vorhandenen Feuermelder oder Rauchmeldern, wird diese Situation wahrscheinlich gar nicht eintreten.
