Definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und alles ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut wenn auch wenig abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt und abgewohnt. Abgeschabte Böden, Risse in der Bettdecke, fleckige Vorhänge etc. Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern funktioniert nur begrenzt, der kleine Kühlschrank funktionierte gar nicht und es gibt keine Klimaanlage in den Gängen, Fahrstuhl und Frühstück/Abendessenssaal. Ich konnte ohne Handventilator dort nicht frühstücken. Alles absolut kein 4-Sterne Standard sondern eher 3 Sterne! Den Pool, auf den ich mich sehr gefreut hatte, konnte man ganz vergessen denn das Wasser war so heiß wie ich es noch nie bei einem Pool erlebt habe! Der wird erhitzt… warum erschließt sich mir beim besten Willen nicht!
Zu guter letzt: Ich war in Zimmer 421 - das hatte zwar einen tollen seitlichen Meerblick aber direkt an der Straße unter meinem Zimmer ist die Honky Tonk Bar - dort war die Musik bis min. Mitternacht so ohrenbetäubend laut und schrecklich plus grölende Leute, das ich nicht mal bei geschlossenen Fenstern (null schalldicht) ein Gespräch im Zimmer hätte führen können. Als ich das an der Rezeption besprach, hatte ich die einzige definitiv unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin dieses Hotel vor mir, eine ältere Dame, die mich nur belächelte und mir allen Ernstes sagte: „was erwarten Sie denn hier in der Gegend?!“.. Ich sagte : Ehrlichkeit und Kulanz, denn für knapp 3000 Euro für 2 Wochen habe ich nicht erwartet quasi IN einer Disco zu schlafen! Ich bin schließlich nicht in Arenal! Sie belächelte mich weiterhin nur und bot mir ein Zimmer im untersten Stockwerk an oder im Nebengebäude, die dann natürlich überhaupt keinen Meerblick gehabt hätten und noch weniger 3000 Euro wert gegessen wären. So etwas wie Kulanz würde es nicht geben sagte mir die Dame und lächelte mich weiterhin so an, als würde ich völlig übertreiben.
Nie wieder!!!!!!!!

RELAX EN UN EXCELENTE HOTEL DE PLAYA
Pros:

Desayuno excelente, la cena excelente, mucha variedad. Nos ha gustado todo, la ubicación, espectacular, las instalaciones, la habitación, la cama, el baño, la terraza, en fin, todo. Y el personal, sin duda. Es un tópico decir que son muy amables y demás, que lo los son y si quieres trabajar de esto no puede ser de otra forma pero, realmente personas muy agradables y cercanas. Un ONCE para ellos y ellas. Y un saludo para las trabajadoras de la 4ª planta, muchas gracias por vuestro trabajo

A lovely stay on the sea front
Pros:

Beautiful seafront location. The pool was lovely and there were no problems getting sunbeds by the pool. Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel itself could do with some modernisation. Some carpets and decor is a bit tired. Food at the bar and breakfast was ok (not amazing), but I was glad we were only B&B.

Fantastische uitvalsbasis om lekker te chillen
Pros:

De locatie ligt aan de rustige kant ten opzichte van de winkelstraat, dat is erg fijn. hierdoor kan je altijd wel in de buurt parkeren met de huurauto. De winkelstraat bereik je met enkele minuten lopen. Het strand ligt echt op 50 meter afstand, ideaal! En vanuit het zwembad kan je met de pas van de kamer door het hekje direct nar het strand. Het hotel is van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kan heerlijke massages bijboeken (aanrader!). Het ontbijt is goed en de bar bij het zwembad hebben wij veelvuldig gebruikt. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het is een Adults only, maar de adults zijn ook wel behoorlijk op leeftijd. Met onze groep meiden van tussen de 40 en 50 waren wij ruim de jongste bezoekers. Niet erg, maar het is dus heel rustig en als je dan wat te lachen hebt val je wel op.

Definitely not a 4* Hotel
Pros:

The location right next to the beach and promenade. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The hygiene was top level. The junior suite with sea view was spacious.

Cons:

The fact that all the furniture looks outdated. The fridge didn’t properly work (and on that heat we couldn’t have a cold drink). There was no AC in most of the Hotel so when you go through the corridors and in the elevator was like a sauna. The AC in the room was barely managing a beareable temperature although we had to leave it working all the time. There is a nice pool outside but with the outside temperature from 40 degrees a heated pool is just nonsense. The restaurant is also without AC (breakfast) and the breakfast Buffet is very poor and every day the same.
All and all it is definitely not a 4* Hotel.

Åker gärna tillbaka till Cala Millor och detta hotell.
Pros:

Ett mycket bra hotell som ligger 50 meter från stranden i Cala Millor. Servicen är bra. Personalen hjälpsam. Frukosten tillräcklig och allting rent och snyggt. Poolområdet är inte jättestort men funkar bra. Hela Cala Millor stranden är välordnad och välstädad. Vill du hyra solsäng på stranden kostar det 20€ per dag för två sängar. Strandpromenaden är kantad med restauranger och barer vilket gör det lätt att hitta lunch eller middagsställen.

Cons:

Väldigt hårda sängar.

U celom hotelu je cisto, plaza je u blizini, preko puta hotela i jako je lepa.U blizini ima puno kafica, restorana, prodavnica.Hrana je bila predobra, mi smo imali polupansion, bila sam iznenadjena raznovrsnoscu i kvalitetom hrane.
Sve u svemu proveli smo prelepe dane o ovom lepom hotelu i razmisljamo da dodjemo opet.

Para el olvido.

Location is the only thing.

Is not a 4 star hotel as the rewiews say. First day room 622 flooded the bath, no change of towels from the room nor the pool, bad smell in the corridor and in the hotel in general. It is for adults third age with difficulties of mobility. Breakfast has many things but all low quality. Pillows are old, smell and bad. Room TV went black. Overall a terrible stay. Paid 4 days and abandoned in second day, they would not refund money. No parking, very old infraestructure.

Era un geriátrico para alemanes, la gente nos miraba como extraños, todo muy feo y viejo
