Pros:

The location worked well for me and getting around was easy. The staff at check-in were polite and the bed itself was comfortable for a good night’s sleep.

Cons:

The room was not in good shape. There were stains, the hallway had a strange smell, and the curtains let in a lot of light at night, making it hard to sleep. The walls were very thin, so you could hear almost everything from the neighbors.

The bathroom felt old and poorly maintained, with an exposed cable, broken switches, no ventilation, and overall a crusty impression. Lack of ventilation especially raises concerns about mold or fungus over time.

The AC situation was frustrating. At reception it was dripping water. In the room, the cleaning staff lifted the key card during the day so it didn’t cool. In the evening the system was too weak to properly lower the temperature. The unit only has on or off, with no auto mode, which means you either sleep hot or keep it blasting all night.

Common areas also had problems. Smoking at the main entrance drifted into the lobby and made it smell bad. At the pool, despite a rule against reserving, people were already claiming sunbeds with towels before opening.

Finally, the overall atmosphere wasn’t very pleasant. Many guests walked around half dressed inside the hotel, which gave the place a rather uncomfortable vibe.

Min dotter 16+ och jag bokade, betalade och skulle bo på detta hotell i en juniorsvit för att fira hennes födelsedag och få en lugn, trivsam och skön semester tillsammans, extra viktigt att det är lugnt och tyst då hon är väldigt ljuskänslig.
När vi anlände till hotellet efter en lång resa fick vi veta att vi inte fick bo här eftersom just detta hotell är adult only 18, alla andra adults only hotell är 16, något som det inte informeras om någonstans på booking.
Istället för en lugn och mysig hotellvistelse nära vår familj, blev vi iväg skickade till ett barnhotell i en annan by, långt ifrån stranden och dessutom på ett hotell avsett för småbarn!!!!
Istället för lugn och ro blev det öronproppar och inte sömn på hela vistelsen, dessutom dyra taxiresor hela tiden för att kunna träffa morföräldrarna som bor i Cala Millor där det hotell vi bokat ligger.
Helt sjukt dåligt att vi inte fick bo där, speciellt när det är ni som gjort fel, så otroligt taskigt gjort och hela semestern blev förstörd! Ni måste förstå att ni MÅSTE informera bättre på alla ställen ni annonserar och på alla ställen man kan boka boende hos er för att undvika klagomål och för att göra era betalande gäster nöjda.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Auch am Hotelpool findet man immer freie Liegen und kann wirklich total gut entspannen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Abends gab es ein Buffet, das variiert. Wir fanden es super lecker und vermissen die leckeren Gerichte und Nachspeisen jetzt schon!

Alles, wirklich alles! Vom Check-in, wo wir dachten, dass wir uns mit einem Änderungswunsch der Lage des Zimmers unbeliebt gemacht hätten, über die Servicemitarbeiter beim Frühstück & Abendessen, die Sauberkeit, die Ruhe, die Aussicht, die Lage… bis zum Fitnessbereich!

Die Lage ist top, das Essen wirklich super und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer geräumig, Bett sehr bequem

Beim Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite eine Kneipe mit täglicher Live-Musik ab 21.30.. von dort ist es bis ca 2.30 Uhr morgens. so laut,dass man nicht mal bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen kann.auf meine Bitte um Zimmerwechsel wurde mir gesagt, dass schon 5 weiter Gäste auf einen Zimmerwechsel aus diesen Grund warten würde und es nicht möglich sei . Null Erholungseffekt -wenn man selbst erst morgens ins Bett geht ist das natürlich kein Problem ansonsten schönes Hotel.

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Alles perfekt. Super Lage direkt am Meer. Das Zentrum mit Läden, Bars und Restaurant ein paar Schritte zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Hotel ist einfach super. Alles im Hotel und auch die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Buffet am morgen und abends sehr vielseitig und sehr gut, alles schön hergerichtet und immer ausreichend vorhanden.
Leider hat der Whirlpool nicht funktioniert, scheinbar die ganze Woche nicht, das fanden wir schade.
Aber sonst wirklich alles perfekt.

Gemütliches Frühstücken dann tolles Zimmer

Cons:

Hatten zunächst ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick (Zimmernr. 523). In der Gasse direkt unter dem Balkon befindet sich eine Bar die bis Mitternacht laut Musik spielte. War nicht ertragbar. Nach Reklamation wurde nach 1 Tag auf unserem Wunsch eingegangen und wir bekamen kostenlos ein zimmerupgrade mit direkten Meerblick und vorallem ruhigen Abenden.
Zunächst wollte die Rezeption dies gegen einen Aufpreis , ein Tag später war es aber kostenlos. Auf Grund der Buchung bei Booking war nicht klar welche Zimmerkategorie wir wirklich gebucht haben. Wir konnten daher nicht wirklich feststellen ob wir das richtige Zimmer bekommen haben
