Will Never Stay in This Place Again
Pros:

My boss had the unfortunate idea of making reservations at this place after a recommendation from someone. It's by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Brasilia. Overall it looks run down and apparently has changed names and hands. Front desk is slow and unhelpful. Rooms are overall old-looking, windows are horrendously dirty and so are the glasses of the panoramic lifts. My fridge had a used Coca-cola bottle with water in it. TV set was old and failing, aircon control a mess. Internet was useless. The bed had bed clothes stained from what looks like too many washes, pillows were uncomfortable. Shower was substandard to say the least and soap provided rather bad. For a little bit more money there are decent options in the same vicinity. I am definitely avoiding this place for the future!

Not as bad as I thought..
Pros:

I was somehow forced to book a room here as all the other hotels around were fully booked. With all the review I read here, I was really afraid how the experince would be. But it was much nicer than what I had thought., Yes, the hotel is old and the rooms are crampy, but it was not super dirty and at least the staff were quite helpful. Not the best for sure, but not the worst I have experienced...

This hotel scares me!
Pros:

Think about one terrible hotel, we will talk about one of them.

I never thought to face a place worse than the hotels in Rio de Janeiro downtown, but it is!

It is old, it is ugly, the service is a joke and the food ridiculous.

The locacion is terrible, but is the best thing about this place.

The breakfast is poor and restaurante seems a abandoned place.

They do not replace the water of mini bar. The room has a air condition system that sound like a tractor, the curtains doesnt make the job and bathroom is a crap.

Wifi. You can connect, but you cannot navigate.

Whatever, I have no good words for this hotel. When I was going to my check-out I had stuck on elevator and nobody answered the emergence ring! I SENT A EMAIL TO RECEPTION ASKING HELP!

The hotel has facing some improvements, but I really do not belive it will work.

It is serious, untill this hotel I thought that never will face a place worse than many hotels in Rio de Janeiro downtown, but this place got one level down. It is sad cause you have many people working there that probably has the same disappointment than I had, but daily.

Really sad.

Very bad service!
Pros:

Very old hotel, the service was extremely bad and not kind at all. I would never recomend this hotel, the price is very high considering the bad standards of the hotel. Just in front of the hotel there is an old buiding that is occupied by a group of homeless people.

Terrible
Pros:

Room is strange, looks nice by the first view, but is terrible. Terrible bathroom, terrible restaurant, small TV... Don't ever stay there, they probably are going bankrupt... Hadn't have my breakfast yet.

Stay way
Pros:

Just plain bad and old hotel. Had trouble finding it because it looks like an abandoned building. Cannot recall one positive thing about my stay. Move to another hotel after 2nd night.
Spiders on the bed, old decor, dirty and cramped.

Try staying somewhere else!
Pros:

I stayed here as part of an event in Brasilia and I'm glad I didn't know beforehand as I might not have gone! The rooms are very basic and the bathroom needs updating. There were tiles missing in the 'shower' cubicle and the wood around the bathroom mirror was coming off the wall. The shower door was difficult to shut and there was mould around the sink...and there were always little insects around the sink too. The hairdryer in the bathroom was positively lethal! I tried it for about 10 seconds and gave up due to the noise and smell! The air con was very noisy, so you either had the noise from that, or the noise from outside - there was always noise outside, even with the window closed. The beds were small, and only 1 pillow was provided, so I had to use a blanket underneath. There is nothing but a few chairs in the reception area, and I really struggled to communicate with staff due to their lack of English...maybe my fault for not speaking Portuguese. Breakfast was very basic, but at least the cake was nice!

Worst Hotel in Brasilia if not in Brazil
Pros:

Hotel is, old, dirty. Personal is not trained and cannot address any issue.
Room service is slow and must be paid in cash when receiving the meal.
Internet is expensive and does not work.
Breakfast room is dirty and should be closed by the sanitary inspection
Hotel should be paid in advance
Air conditioner does not have control either is on or off
There is zero acoustic isolation.
Never stay at this hotel.

Absolutely Terrible
Pros:

All of the other reviews (except the one that gives the hotel 3 stars) are correct. The hotel is falling apart, and the rooms are dirty and dated and have some unpleasant smell that I couldn't identify. Stay away like the plague, or you may very well GET the plague.

When I was checking in a prostitute drove into the entrance way and tried to get the attention of the customers checking in, and the staff simply ignored her. I guess this is normal.

Luckily I only stayed one night and checked in at 10pm. At 6am I woke up, and after some hesitation I took a shower, and then checked out and when across the street to the Mercure and paid R$30 for breakfast. I decided not to risk the free breakfast at the Airam.

The only pleasant experience that night was that breakfast I paid for at the Mercure.

The worst hotel ever
Pros:

During the Confederations Cup I spent 5 days at this dump, for starters the room looks like silent hill literally the bath room is falling apart, the windows are paper thin with a 15 cm gap between them you can ear the bus stop and open its door from the 14th floor, the elevator is a death trap, breakfast is disgusting, I saw the employee filling the water drum from the tap hiding behind the door, internet is charged even if your a gest 20 real and it downloads at 14 kb when asked for the money back they blamed my computer. Avoid at all cost you will regret ever been there...i left a dead roach on my room floor and it stayed there for 3 days...the cleaning girl didn't even brushed it away. they should be arrested for posting these fake photos of the rooms.

Looks like it is still in the 80s
Pros:

Poor maintenance of what seemed to be a nicer hotel decades ago. The breakfast was OK, but emmployess are not well trained. I would not recommend. One Sunday, half the staff simply did not show off and service at breakfast was horrible.

A true roach paradise (should be closed by Health Dept.)
Pros:

Roaches are running free in the lobby restrooms. Breakfast bar is full of flyes some laying eggs on the food. Service is terrible. I checked-out before going to the room. Paid for one nite "penalty" and went somewhere else. Simply disgusting.

Conclusion: Better than sleeping under the bridge, but not by much
3 stars? you have to be kidding . I would give it 1/4 star at best if there is such a rating. DONT STAY THERE!!!!

This used to be Eron Palace. Boy has it taken a nosedive.

Should be shut down by authorities
Pros:

Dirty, simply dirty. Mattress was damaged, AC did not work and the hotel only had 1 remote for the entire floor. Disaster wouldn't start to describe it. Get my advice, stay away for good. This hotel - more likely to be called 3rd class pension shouldn't even be licensed to operate.

Rubbish !
Pros:

Dirty accommodation building that one could hardly call this as a hotel. Staff is unpolite, bedrooms are terribly smelly and bathroom leaks everywhere. Breakfast is very sad and lacks hygiene.
In sum, run away from this place!

Stay Away!!
Pros:

I was booked in this hotel by the official travel agency of the National Conference I went on... too bad I didn't check trip advisor before... The hotel, sold for us as a 4-star, barely makes 2: dirty rooms, cheap and old furniture, old bed sheets and towels, really poor breakfast, noisy and the wi-fi simply doesn't work!! Stay away!!

very nice
Pros:

Booked this hotel via despegar.com, very nice hotel, great breakfast buffet, very clean and close to all other hotels in Brasilia.

My only problem was with the staff, that one my husband called asking for me, they told him that I had never checked-in (when I actually had checked in several hours before). When he phoned again they told him "My co-worker already told you sir!"

He was very worried and contacted my family, worrying everybody. The following morning he called again, and this time a different person picked up the phone and transfered the call with no problems.

So, besides the rude people from the night shift, I would recommend this hotel. Just let your relatives/friends/family overseas know that if they call you they might be told that you never arrived.
