Cons:

A causa di un incendio al generatore (cose che possono accadere certamente), siamo rimasti fuori dalla camera come gli altri ospiti, causa mancanza di elettricitá. Ho visto un po' di approssimazione nella gestione delle chiavi fisiche per poter rientrare in stanza. L'unica cosa che funzionava era il bancomat, con la quale non hanno nemmeno fatto la belle figura di offrire per il disguido una birra, presa il giorno precendente. Per caritá, dovuta e nessuna polemica, ma mi sarei aspettato che visto l'accaduto, venisse offerta.

Als Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub in Assisi geeignet.
Pros:

Wir waren eine Übernachtung dort um Assisi besuchen zu können. Die Lage war dafür sehr gut und auch die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit war super. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Das in die Jahre gekommen Hotel müsste mal renoviert werden. Der Teppichboden am Gang hat mehr Flecken als schöne Stellen. Auch die Badewanne mit Dusche ist nicht mehr Standard bei einem vier Sterne Haus. Außerdem hat sich in unserem Zimmer Silikon aus einer Deckenfuge gelöst.

La presenza di una piscina rilassante e calda, e parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito

Camere obsolete piccole senza balcone con arredamento vetusto, si vede che era una Hotel importante ma forse 30 anni fa, giardino esterno poco curato con presenza di panchine metalliche arrugginite, all'arrivo mi è stato detto dove mettere l'auto ma senza un aiuto per portare i bagagli il parcheggio sotterraneo è comodo per l'auto, ma non per fare strada con pesi, per presenza di scale e porte

In short, a very miserable experience.
Pros:

The communication is difficult, a Grand Hotel should have staff speaking English, and printed folders should be available in English too. The room is dirty regarding deep cleaning: the floors are vacuumed and the bed is made, but the walls are smudged everywhere, the paintings have food crumbs behind the glass, the paint is coming off the walls and ceilings, there are cracks in the walls and there is mold in the shower. You do not get real glasses to drink from in your room, but low quality carton cups. There is no separate shower gel and shampoo, no conditioner or lotion. The water might be safe to drink but has a foul taste. There is no option to reuse towels, they will get replaced every day. The in room fridge is barely functioning, and gets very hot near the light. In the hallway just outside the hotel room, there is a speaker that sounds music, very loudly starting around 7.30 loud enough to hear inside the room, and the opera music makes it sound like there is an emergency right outside the room. The lamps shining on the front of the hotel beam inside the windows of the hotel room, making me have to choose between sleeping in the spotlights or closing the blind out curtains and not waking up with the sun. The breakfast had trouble resetting tables and putting out new cutlery, so you had to hunt down spoons and knives, because they were not provided elsewhere. The chairs in the restaurant almost all have had spills on them, that have not been cleaned. The carpets have uncleaned spills all over them, the baseboards are covered in dust. The public toilets inside of the hotel have a very peculiar smell. There is no wifi in certain spots of the hotel, and the doors to the public bathrooms are very tight, and hard to open and close. In short, a very miserable experience.
