非日常感のリゾートホテル
Pros:

大きなソファーのあるロビーや露天風呂のある大浴場、部屋の大きな窓から眺める広々とした風景。非日常感に溢れていました。
朝食なしのプランでしたが、口コミを見てチェックイン時に追加しました。お野菜たっぷりのメニューでした。

Cons:

部屋にはコーヒーカップと湯沸かしポットのみでした。
シャワールームにガラスのコップがあったので共用でしょうか？

Pros:

綺麗で清潔感があった。
サウナや露天風呂もあって気持ち良かった。

Cons:

オートロックだが部屋の機密性が良いのか、扉がラッチにかかるまでちゃんと自動的に閉まらず、
鍵が掛かっていない状態で外出していた。全ての部屋が同じかわからないが、改善した方が良いと思う。

Cons:

大浴場の露天風呂スカイスパとうたってウェブ上に掲載されている写真と実物が違い過ぎて詐欺。女性用お風呂にはサウナ無いのも詐欺。脱衣所は人がすれ違えないほど狭く、洗い場も2つ洗面台は2つしかなく宿泊者数に対して圧倒的に狭くて使い辛い、渋滞してゆっくりなんてできないし衛生も保つことができない。部屋、浴場、フロント前に置かれているアメニティも種類は少なく低品質。水やお茶さえ部屋には無い。チェックインの際にフロントスタッフから館内施設の説明は無くてほぼただ鍵を渡されただけに近い、完全に説明不足で枕貸し出しの説明もなかった、教育不足なのか怠慢な仕事なのかは不明。その割に宿泊料金は安い訳じゃない、素泊まりで2人14000円払ってビジネスユースのセミダブルベッド1台の狭い部屋だった。部屋のWifi電波が弱くてパソコン作業ができなかったため1階フロント付近の共有スペースに行ったがパソコン用のコンセントが何処にも無くてワークスペースがない。旅行にしてもビジネスユースにしても、利用する価値がないホテルで残念でした。二度と利用しません。

ロケーション良し。
Pros:

九州道、熊本インターから近い。阿蘇まですぐそこ。今回は高千穂に行く旅行で2泊宿泊しました。車で高千穂に行くのにもアクセス良かったです。無料の駐車場と屋上のお風呂が良かった。

リーズナブルに泊まれたのは本当に良かったけど、朝食が残念だった。

Cons:

①朝食で私個人の好みのメニューが少なかった。田舎料理が多かった印象。
　しかし、「手作り豆腐」は美味しかった。
②最上階のお風呂が、掛け流しではなかったので、お風呂のお湯が少し不衛生で、ぬるかった。

Pros:
