ゆっくり過ごせました。快適でした。
Pros:

温泉にゆっくりつかれました。
部屋もキレイでした。
朝食、種類がいっぱいあって和酒でも洋食でもどちらも選べるのがいいですね
朝から、お腹いっぱいになり美味しかったです。

Cons:

ゴールデンウィーク中で人も多いい事もあり、温泉でシャワー使えるのを待たないと行けなかったのがちょっと残念でした。

また利用したいホテルでした。
Pros:

露天風呂の雰囲気や清潔感が良かった。新しいホテルなので、お部屋も清潔でキレイだった。お部屋からきれいな田んぼが見えて、良かったです。当日は熊本市内観光後にホテルへ移動して、翌日は阿蘇への移動だったので、スムーズに移動できました。

Cons:

徒歩5分以内に飲める居酒屋がなかったけど、駅の方まで5－10分程度歩けば、食べるお店は結構ある。

Pros:

フロントのスタッフがすごく丁寧だった。
タクシーの手配もやっていただいたが、凄くスムーズにしてくださった。
また、子供連れでしが、子供への対応も優しく子供用のパジャマも用意されていたので助かった。
駅も大人なら10分くらいで着くのと、コンビニが近くにあるので便利だった。
また機会があれば利用したいです。

朝食が美味しかった
Pros:

朝食のビュッフェの品数が多く、特に卵かけご飯用のお醤油の種類の多さには驚いた。あと温泉がついていてよかった

Cons:

駅から遠いので、歩く。あとコンビニも結構歩くので、立地条件はあまりよくない
