Pros:

フロントのスタッフがすごく丁寧だった。
タクシーの手配もやっていただいたが、凄くスムーズにしてくださった。
また、子供連れでしが、子供への対応も優しく子供用のパジャマも用意されていたので助かった。
駅も大人なら10分くらいで着くのと、コンビニが近くにあるので便利だった。
また機会があれば利用したいです。

朝食が美味しかった
Pros:

朝食のビュッフェの品数が多く、特に卵かけご飯用のお醤油の種類の多さには驚いた。あと温泉がついていてよかった

Cons:

駅から遠いので、歩く。あとコンビニも結構歩くので、立地条件はあまりよくない

Pros:

Short walk from JR station. Nice to have a hot spring bath on the top floor. Good breakfast !

Cons:

Guests put their used clothes which were provided by the hotel outside the room on the floor all along the hallway! It was not very nice to see people's laundry first thing in the morning!
Provide baskets for the guests maybe a good solution.

Comfortable short stay hotel

非日常感のリゾートホテル
Pros:

大きなソファーのあるロビーや露天風呂のある大浴場、部屋の大きな窓から眺める広々とした風景。非日常感に溢れていました。
朝食なしのプランでしたが、口コミを見てチェックイン時に追加しました。お野菜たっぷりのメニューでした。

Cons:

部屋にはコーヒーカップと湯沸かしポットのみでした。
シャワールームにガラスのコップがあったので共用でしょうか？

Pros:

綺麗で清潔感があった。
サウナや露天風呂もあって気持ち良かった。

Cons:

オートロックだが部屋の機密性が良いのか、扉がラッチにかかるまでちゃんと自動的に閉まらず、
鍵が掛かっていない状態で外出していた。全ての部屋が同じかわからないが、改善した方が良いと思う。
