Very quiet period when stayed. Pool was very clean and enjoyable. Good size rooms.

Another perfect stay here at Patong Palace. I just love the gardens, the staff, the pool area and everything else actually. This is a favourite place of mine to stay at whilst holidaying in Patong. I always enjoy my stay here. Its good for the soul. Thankyou. Regards Lorraine Howard

I think this is a great place to stay for the price, especially if you just need somewhere to sleep. I had day trips planned every day and just wanted somewhere quiet and safe to stay at a good price, and that’s what I got with Patong Palace. The staff is incredibly attentive and nice, always smiling and willing to help. This is not a place I would stay if I wanted to just hang out at the hotel for a good portion of my trip - I don’t think there’s enough amenities for that. But I did see some folks just hanging out at the pool/restaurant and they seemed happy. This has a central location so there’s good coffee and good food nearby as well.

We had a great stay, very and safe. Within walking distance to the beach and Bangla Road.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay! Despite being located off a very busy road, the hotel provided a calm and peaceful atmosphere within the resort. Its location was excellent, with just a short walking distance to the central area and the beach. The overall experience offered great value for money. Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxing stay without breaking the bank!

Central location, nice rooms, great pool.

Vi stannade 2 veckor på det här hotellet. Rummen är lite slitna och skulle må bra av en renovering. Kvaliteten på rummen kan variera mycket. Speciellt de på övervåningen verkar mycket slitna. Så be om ett rum i markplan. Sängarna är ganska hårda men duger. Hotellet har ett antal hårda kuddar av "memory foam". De är omöjliga att sova på, be att få byta ut dem till mjukare kuddar. Påpeka de problem du hittar så är de snälla och försöker rätta till saker. Städpersonal och reception är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Poolområdet är trevligt och det brukar finnas plats vid solstolerna. Frukosten är mycket sparsam och de har inte ens ägg i någon form. Frukt, rostat bröd och någon enklare Thaimat är vad du kan hitta. Hotellet ligger bra till i Patong. Du kan promenera till Bangla på ca 12 minuter eller stranden ca 6 minuter.

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel and for the price you will not be disappointed. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Grounds are spacious and very well maintained, so too is the pool and surrounding areas, with quite a number of sunbeds and umbrellas. It is surrounded by other properties, but you never feel overlooked because of the lovely trees and planting. The rooms are a good size with plenty of storage and a good sized bathroom, plus an outside seating area. (The bed I found to be a little firm, so too the pillow, but this didn't stop me sleeping for 11 hours a night) Breakfast is mostly buffet style with plenty of choices, plus eggs to order any way you like. It's just off a very busy road, but the entrance to the rooms is through the grounds so making it a very quiet property. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of eating places, shops and bars very near. I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel, and would certainly like to visit again in the future.

not that good

We stayed here for 9 nights in a delux room upstairs. The location is about 7 minute walk to beach and surrounded by all services you need eg laundry, shops, mini mart etc. the breakfast is good with choice of eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal and thai dishes. The older lady in the breakfast area is abrupt and not very welcoming to guests but the other staff were all good. The delux room was spacious but older with nice seating area or balcony. (The standard rooms have the same) my only issue was with the cleaning as no bench top or bathroom sink got wiped or cleaned and no mopping for the whole 9day stay. I witnessed this everyday. To me unhygienic. I bought cleaning wipes and did myself. Also no safety lock box in your room although they have at reception so keep this in mind. The pool is a good temperature and nice and clean. We ate at the restaurant khun geo which is connected to patong palace a few years ago and the pork knuckles are a must if you go there. Overall an average to good stay.
