Unpleasant and disturbing. Couldn’t wait to get out. Would NOT recommend.
Pros:

Staff were kind but that is all I liked about the property.

Cons:

Not clean, found a used condom in the room which upset me as I was travelling with kids. Another room door in hotel was open as occupants must have checked out and there were soiled bedding which made me feel uncomfortable.

Decent quality for the money, friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is in a central district, very close to the city center attractions, and their staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is amazing.

Cons:

We booked a standard room at it had no windows. Granted, it showed in the pictures of these particular rooms and we didn't check, so this is merely a heads-up for you to check before booking. We upgraded to another room for a decent cost. However, what we didn't like was that the rooms were not very clean. The bidet faucet was also leaking badly.
