Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but we will probably choose a different hotel next time.
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. The views from both the balcony and the restaurant are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection every morning. Laura at the reception was exceptionally kind, welcoming and always willing to help with anything we needed.

Cons:

The housekeeping could have been more thorough. The floor was not mopped for several days during our stay. We also missed having a refrigerator in the room, which would have made our stay much more comfortable, especially during the hot summer weather.

La limpieza era buena y el personal muy amable

Cons:

El colchón de la habitación estaba un poco duro a decir verdad, era como dormir es una piedra. La alcachofa de la ducha tampoco se sujetaba en su sitio.

Pros:

Ci siamo trovati fantasticamente! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Anche se il check-in era previsto solo dalle 15:00, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli già al mattino. L'hotel si trova in cima a una scogliera direttamente sul mare: la vista e il tramonto sono meravigliosi. La colazione era deliziosa e abbondante. Lo raccomando al massimo a tutti!

nuostabi lokacija, paplūdimys yra nusileidus nuo kalno, galima eiti arba galima naudotis liftu, kurio kaina 1€ į vieną pusę. Merginos registratūroje yra nuostabiai paslaugios, parekomendavo kur pavalgyti ir paaiškino visą susisiekimo struktūrą. Pagrindinis viešbučio pliusas yra vaizdas pro langą jeigu pasirinksite kambarį su vaizdu į jūrą. pamačius vaizdą tiesiog užgniaužė kvapą :) kambariai tvarkingi, pusryčiai skanūs - Itališki :)

Toller Aufenthalt und ich würde mich immer wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden
Pros:

Wir haben ein Upgrade und dadurch ein Zimmer mit großen Balkon und Meerblick erhalten. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Wir konnten alles innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichen.

Cons:

Einen Fön haben wir „erst“ auf Anfrage erhalten.

Very good location and splendid view from the balcony! Magic sunset in Piano di Sorrento! Helpful staf! Very nice options for breakfast! Wonderful beach and restaurants right under (at the sea level) by the lift at 150m from the hotel.

Vista incrível e ótima estrutura
Pros:

O hotel oferece uma experiência muito agradável, com portaria 24h — algo essencial para quem pode ter atrasos de voo ou trem. Equipe extremamente prestativa. O quarto é muito bom, com destaque para o balcão de frente para o mar, que é simplesmente lindo. O café da manhã também é bom e atende bem às expectativas. O elevador é pequeno, mas não foi um problema para nós.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto é realizada diariamente, o que é um ponto positivo, porém, durante nossa estadia de 5 noites, as toalhas de banho não foram trocadas nenhuma vez, o que poderia ser melhor organizado. Por esse detalhe, a nota não foi máxima.
