Vintage, cozy, but pay more attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of the building, hopefully there will be more hotel guests, all staf very humble dan friendly.additional facilities and activities for children, If possible, add a room package including dinner

The hotel have a good concept, i love it, but the service is bad, the room so dirty at the edge and all over the floor 2, the restaurant is closed, water heater not working, the swimming pool is so dirty, the smell is so wet. I hope the hotel have a good operational and in the future will be the best place to staycation. Thank

Plenty good but need some facility improvements

It's good experience have vacation with good resort. It' s good choice for family. Good view of beach, swimming pool with water boom, its safe for children and have beach lagoon with wave barrier. Hav out door activity and indoor too. Good staff too.

古いからなのか、ウォータースライダーは劣化していて危なそうでした。
部屋にタオルが用意されていなかった。
キッチンがあるのでちょっとした料理は出来ますが、電子レンジが壊れていて使えなかった。
バナナボートなどツアーは充実しています。
アルコール飲料はありません。

人混みを避けて、のんびりするにはいいホテルだと思います。

We chose this hotel because I watched a youtube channel that said this was a good, very spacious hotel. Checked in & out was smooth, the room however was quite limited, not very spacious as the youtube channel reviewed. They provide toiletries, cooking tools (gas stove, pans, pots, plates, spoon, forks and even knives) things that you need if you want to cook. THere was no mineral water in bottles, but they provide you a water dispenser, fridge was available too. no electric kettle, we tried to boiled some water using the gas stove and it took almost an hour. the room floor felt dirty eventhough after I asked the housekeeping to cleaned it up. THe bathroom, was small, you should be extra carefully when you walked in because the floor were the kind that get very slippery when wet. after a shower, the water would get puddled in the door area. and it got leaked out to the room. Breakfast, was okay, they provide bread and jams, egg station, cereals, fruits, Indonesian food. You will have your breakfast with a view. The resto is facing the beach. that actually the extra credit for this hotel. they are so close to the beach, they even have private beach. They also have some big pools, kids will love it here. If you drive here, the parking were separated from the hotel area, it was located accross the hotel, no worries the hotel will help you to park or take your car from the parking area. However, if you want to park in front of the hotel you have to pay Rp.100.000,- but free of charge if you park accross the street.

The rooms was so comfortable with split bedrooms and living rooms, there's complete equipment for tiny kitchens. The views was amazing, sea views and swimming pool. Very enjoyed sunset from the balcony!

My trip is around 3 hours from my home in Cisauk, Tangerang. We went to Anyer in Saturday morning with enjoying travel together with family and back again on Sunday afternoon.. this is great short holiday with Fam in beach and enjoyong the sunshine

Staying at this hotel is quite pleasant, with affordable prices and complete facilities. But unfortunately, I had difficulty sleeping comfortably because the pillow gave off an unpleasant odor. Clean pillowcases, but dirty pillows, lots of stains (bekas iler) from previous guests. Pretty disgusting.

My advice: pillow should be washed more often. If the stains cannot be removed, add a zipper on the pillowcase so that it is completely covered and odors/stains on the pillow do not appear on the surface.

Iv never been to this location. must be a scam of some sort.

Booked for 2 nights but room is full and must change other room at second night.
First night AC not running well and after midnight totally dead and cannot sleep because room too hot
Bathroom not clean, water flow very slow and hot water didn't work
Second night was suprised because the neighborhood suite room allowed to installed big sound system and karaoke till midnight instead reception told only max at 21.30 and we cannot sleep again until karaoke is over
Last time before check out time about 11.00 water stop completely and no more cleaning or bathing before check out

The location is a bit far, the room was clean and neat, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room is packed with great scenery of the sea. However, the bathroom was a bit dull & the water was brownish in the first attempt of a shower. The sewage was a bit stuck, so the showering experience was not so good. But overall it was worth the price.

Clean n beautiful panorama, very quit n suitable to relax.

Hotel not as per picture. 3 Pools were green algae un usable. only baby pool which had electric cables hanging in the pool. And one other larger pool which was dirty open but was presenting brown foam and green. The booking included breakfast but no breakfast was available. The restaurant closed at 3 pm due to no staff and this was a 5 day public holiday week budy period so you had to drive to get dinner. The room in 3 days was never serviced and the events advertised were not open. Anyer itsself was disappoimting run down resorts , no people around. We left one day earlier could not stand it any longer . Expedia needs to remove this hotel from there booking

This hotel isn't worth for your money.
The crews don't implement the covid protocol.
The facility is worst for 4 stars hotel.
The pool is bad and also the food.
The garden, hotel rooms, etc are not cleaned well..

The hotel need upgrading in overall! I'm sorry to say this ! From the smelly bed room , the kitchen with dirty wok hanging , and broken oven toaster , the toilet very dirty and unpleasant smell need very good scrubbing ! in overall really need upgrading ! The food not much choices luckily we only stayed for 2 nights , the pool area very dirty most of the slides doesn't work broken tiles by the pool.

Fasilitas hotel ckp lengkap, tapi sayang tdk bisa leluasa ke pantai, krn fasilitas pantai yg ditembok dan berkarang, shg saya & klrg mncari pantai diluar hotel & harus bayar lagii..hiks.

Great for access to Krakatoa. Friendly staff. But that's about all on the positive side.
