Hipotels La Geria

This was our 5th or 6th time staying at this hotel, and it was a really relaxing, enjoyable stay.
The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, some of the towels though could do with throwing out as there was stains on them. The remote control for TV didn’t work but it was replaced swiftly,
The employees from reception, housekeeping and bar/restaurant were all really polite, nice and engaging.
We look forward to rebooking our next stay.

Spacious hotel, relaxed

Great hotel, designed to ensure all rooms have a view of the ocean and pool. Well managed by helpful and polite staff both at reception and breakfast buffet/pool bar. Room spacious and clean, with a nice balcony.
Always space available by the pool (at least when we went in Feb). The pool is surrounded by a a well kept garden with tall palm trees, from the pool are you can leave the hotel by a side gate, cross the street and you are on the beach.

Lots of fresh fruit and savoury/sweet options for breakfast, well presented. We did not try the restaurant on site simply barbecue we opted to explore the local restaurants in the evening. It's a part of the cost not as busy/noisy as the Puerto del Carmen, which I prefer. There is plenty of shops and restaurants and pubs along the main street, but not as loud and busy as in other areas. Equally you can reach the old town in 10-15min by taxi for something like 8 euros.

It was my friend’s birthday and, even if we did not mention it, the staff surprised us with a special breakfast and a bottle of wine in the room. It was a very nice touch, much appreciated!

Also very easy to reach the airport, 10min drive, so you can enjoy the sun until the very last minute!

Tolle Lage, schöne Anlage super fleißiges und freundliches Personal. Auch das Essen war gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns die abwechslungsreiche Abendunterhaltung!

The hotel done an amazing surprise gesture marking a special anniversary. They really done an excellent service for us. Highly recommend the hotel. Will be back soon!

Initially, I had a small problem - management was immediately concerned about it and very effective in resolving the problem completely.
In all-inclusive holidays, food is sometimes a concern: not here! Something good for every taste always.

A Fantastic stay as usual, everything we wanted for an enjoyable break in the sun.

Mis à part la hammam qui ne fonctionnait pas, tout était conforme à la description. Chambre avec vue très propre, ménage quotidien, bonne literie. La clientèle était appréciable, tout comme le personnel (surtout celui à l'accueil qui m'a aidé à récupérer ma valise perdue ainsi que mon blouson oublié dans un taxi). Un arrêt de bus se situe à proximité de l'hôtel et permet de se rendre dans tous les points d'intérêts de l'île à un prix très abordable (en comparaison d'un taxi ou d'une location de voiture).

The location is perfect for me, very short walk to nice quiet area with shops, bars and restaurants. 40 min walk to busy area. Staff are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
