Buen hotel para visitar Lanzarote
Pros:

La atención del personal excelente, mención especial a chica gallega de la limpieza de habitaciones y al chico de recepción si mal no recuerdo kristoff. Muy cómodo el hotel para recorrer la isla y cerca del aeropuerto. Muy recomendable.

Cons:

El desayuno un poco tarde sobre todo si tienes el vuelo temprano. Nos dieron un desayuno frío que no nos gustó.

Eccezionale. Zona tranquilla a due passi dal centro.

Todo en general. Los baños de las habitaciones recién reformados, no sé si van a mejorar las habitaciones con mobiliario más moderno. El secador de pelo todo un acierto!!! Muy potente!!
También quería agradecer el detalle que nos dejaron en la habitación por ser reincidentes en su Hotel

Cons:

Para ser el paraíso de los plátanos, que no hubiera ni un solo día de una semana plátanos en el desayuno. !!! me encantaría que hubiese más productos canarios.
Podría haber un poquito más de variedad y calidad en la zona de los embutidos.
Como sugerencia, estaría bien si cuando se reforme la piscina pudiesen poner el agua aclimatada para poderla disfrutar los días que están temperaturas tan bajas

Szép szálloda, jó helyen
Pros:

Tisztaság, rendezett kert, medence. Kristóf a recepciós nagyon kedves, barátságos, segítőkész.

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel très beau, très bien situé et avec beaucoup de services au sein même de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner c'était le meilleur que j'ai jamais eu, un choix incroyable de produits frais et de qualité. Le personnel du restaurant, de l'accueil et des animations étaient au top, toujours avec le sourire.

Cons:

Nous avons été délogés des transats à la piscine comme des mal propres. Le secouriste est venu avec un panneau où c était écrit réservé et sans un mot il nous a demandé de partir et nous montrant le panneau. J'ai halluciné, on s'est senti trop bêtes et on a dû quitter la piscine alors qu'en revenant plus tard le transat en question était vide. Je souligne aussi qu'on nous avait parlé à l'accueil d'une machine à café en libre service 24h sur 24, quand on a demandé au bar on nous a dit que si on n'était pas all inclusive on n'y avait pas droit..

En primer lugar, lo más apreciado por mí/nosotros ha sido el excelente trato de todo el personal, en general, y el de Joaquina en el comedor, en particular. Esta Sra. es muy eficaz, muy atenta a las necesidades de todos, y, sobre todo, muy cariñosa en su trato y dedicación a las personas. Nos ha sorprendido muy gratamente.
La comida en el comedor es muy variada, abundante y buena de calidad.
La piscina y su organización son excelentes y las habitaciones muy cómodas.

Cons:

No hubo nada que nos disgustara.
