Gutes 4-Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt an einem kleinen Park gelegen. Zum Strand durchquert man diesen und ist nach ca. 3 Minuten am feinsandigen Strand. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr groß und sauber und für Familien hervorragend geeignet. Die Poolanlage ist super, Planschbecken und ausreichend großer Pool. Das Personal war auch wirklich sehr freundlich, alle haben sich sehr gut auf die Kinder eingelassen.

Cons:

Das Essen war insgesamt ganz gut, Fleisch und Fisch hätten aber ein bisschen besser gewürzt sein können.

Pros:

Soggiorno ideale per famiglie con bambini. Stanze ampie e pulite, piscina e parco giochi per bambini. Staff divertente e non invadente. Cibo buono e vario. Servizio all inclusive eccezionale, frutta fresca, yogurt, gelati, panini in ogni momento. Consigliato!

Pros:

Location great, pool area great but restaurant not so good. Although it is open 6.30 to 9 in the evening, if you went in after 8 pm you find that dishes were not being replenished . The quality of the food, ok n our opinion, was not 4 star, 3 at best
Staff were working under intense pressure and were always polite and friendly, but it was not a relaxing atmosphere.

Zona este foarte frumoasă și sunt numeroase locuri și plaje de vis.
Pros:

Hotelul este localizat aproape de mare și de magazine. În zona sunt cateva locuri de parcare fara taxa . Camerele sunt foarte curate și mari . Este liniște noaptea ( dinspre est) .

Cons:

Pe holurile hotelului nu este ventilație și astfel era foarte cald și neaerisit. Mobilierul și parchetul din camera este vechi, are un ușor iz de umezeală ce persistă tot timpul , clar necesită o schimbare. Ușa de la balcon nu are nicio plasă contra insectelor. Personalul de la recepție nu a fost atent la solicitarea noastră cu privire la aerul foarte cald și îmbâcsit de pe holuri , chiar ne-a răspuns obraznic . Micul dejun este același în fiecare dimineață și oricum nu este suficient de variat .

Couple break
Pros:

Just returned from 11 night stay , both myself and my wife loved it , staff were very pleasant and very helpful at all times of day . Pool area immaculately cleaned and swimming pool water quality was great .
Room was excellent and cleaned to high level every day without fault .
I’m gluten intolerant and they prepared me a gluten free meal every night , also plenty of sweets to have and starters , breakfast was excellent. Staff were so helpful with my food intolerance, they couldn’t do enough , unfortunately didn’t get there names but they all know who they were thank you so much for making myself and my wife so welcome .
We hope to see you all very soon

Fast alles hat gepasst
Pros:

Tolle Poolanlage, insbesondere auch der Baby-Pool (nur 35 cm tief und beschattet, hinter den 2 Duschen gibt es zudem Spielsachen, die alle verwenden dürfen). Das Essen war gut, am besten ist jeweils der live zubereitete (bei der Kaffeemaschine) - manchmal ein besonderes Dessert, manchmal eine Hauptspeise usw. Das Animationsteam ist super freundlich und humorvoll.

Cons:

Das Hotel richtet sich unter anderem an Familien mit Kindern. Unsere eineinhalbjährige Tochter kann zwar alleine schlafen, benötigt aber "Einschlafhilfe", weshalb wir ein Element vom Schlafsofa mit Leintüchern umwickelt und neben das Schlafsofa auf den frischgeputzten Boden gelegt haben. Nach 2 Tagen wurden wir zur Rezeption zitiert, wo uns mitgeteilt worden sei, dass das nicht ginge - aus hygienischen Gründen. Die Putzfrau müsse jeden Tag den ganzen Boden wischen und das einzelne Polsterelement störe. Das empfinden wir als sehr unflexibel. Alle Eltern wissen, wie dankbar man ist, wenn das eigene Kind gut schläft. Das Argument mit der Hygiene überzeugt nicht, wir haben das Element ja auf den sauberen Boden gelegt und es ist absurd, wenn die Putzfrau sodann täglich auch darunter (wo überhaupt kein Schmutz hinkommen kann) wischen müsste.
