Pros:

The location is awesome just 10 mins walk to Citraland World (big mall), the room and bathroom is spacious. The room rate is very reasonable, for sure i will come back next time when i am in town.

Cons:

Suggest to have a flexible shower and life music in the bar😄

Great Hospitality, Nice Decor
Pros:

This hotel is quite old, but it's well-maintained. The lobby is spacious, luxurious and clean. Check-in was quick, but they should have had previous guests' information, so they wouldn't have asked for ID again. However, they said their database was still being restored, so they needed to re-enter my information. They provided two key cards, which I appreciated, but they didn't provide a welcome drink. When we asked the staff, they said I should have received a welcome drink voucher from the receptionist, but it seems they forgot. When we asked the receptionist, they gave us a voucher for the welcome drink.

The room wasn't particularly spacious because it was a superior room, but the AC was very cool and the bathroom was quite spacious. The room had a few issues, such as a broken electric kettle lid and a TV that wouldn't work with the remote or the TV buttons. However, the staff helped us replace the units. The reception staff were very friendly when contacted.

The breakfast was varied and delicious. The decor of both The Cafe and The Avenue Lounge Bar was beautiful and luxurious. Overall it was a pleasant stay, with great hospitality and experience.

Pros:

We get an upgrade from 2 roomsvto an apartment that was very nice

Cons:

We have to cancel our breakfast after waiting for 3 hours and after explsining that the ac in our room doesn't want to stop we ask the. Staff to fix it.after all day our ac wasn't fixed

Prima budgethotel voor een doorreis
Pros:

Fijn bed en kussens, prima ontbijt en vriendelijk ontvangen.

Cons:

De kamer was niet geheel schoon. De vloer was vies en de vloerbedekking verouderd. Ook het verdere meubilair was verouderd. Ook was de kamer gehorig, waardoor je mensen op de gang hoorde praten en lopen.
