Wonderful staff. Even a departig gift that was nice. Overall very nice place.
What a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
We absolutely loved staying at this property during our visit to Puerto Vallarta. The location was incredible, just 10 min walk to the beach. The views were stunning and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We stayed in Estrella, and our balcony and bonus room were perfect. Breakfast in the morning was fresh fruit, coffee and toast with jam. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool area. Definitely wear good shoes as the property is on a very steep hill and the raods are cobblestone. We had no issue walking down from the property to the beach but took an Uber back, which was very inexpensive and definitely worth it. Will stay here again!
Beautiful place and exelent service
Great stay! It is definitely a hike to get to. It’s not far from the Malecon or centro, but it is up many many stairs and hills! It is dark at night so be careful walking. Beautiful rooftop pool though, amazing staff, and very clean! It’s a beautiful quiet stay above the city.
Has Iron security door and a few don’t have the key, no Staff on duty most of the time on front desk to open.
They will only provide a physical one key per room
La vista muy hermosa fue lo único bueno. El lugar queda en un cerro muy alto muchas escaleras para subir y bajar al malecón el lugar está muy sucio los lugares comunes están infestados de cucarachas la cocina extremadamente sucia y me pareció curioso que compartimos la cocina con los empleados de el lugar asian uso personal de la cocina algo que nunca avía visto y no limpiaban después de usarla . La seńora que preparaba el desayuno muy amable
This property is beautiful, it’s very authentic and a wonderful feel of PV. The rooms were clean , bed was comfy and a/c worked great ! Breakfast was coffee, toast and fresh fruit plate that was delicious and beautiful on the patio . Now the pool is not big at all but the rooftop is big and over looks the city and you get beautiful pics . There are no fridges in your rooms which I feel would have made the stay better but there are fridges so you can stock your food or drinks and we always felt safe . The staff is remarkable and so accommodating. Get ready for lots of walking and wear comfy shoes , it’s all part of the experience of PV! We loved our stay ! 10/10 stars for this property.
Great views, rooms are adorable, scenery is mesmerizing. Staff is very friendly. Would definitely come back again. Breathtaking views of el malecon and beach from the roof top.

Amazing view. Bur, almost no staff, but rooms are nice and clean, pillows a bit hard for my confort, somebody else my like them.
Dirty pool.
I loved this hotel. It is walking distance to restaurants, the Malecón and art district. Or a very affordable uber to Zona romantica or anywhere else!!!
View was spectacular. But walking to anywhere including Malecon very difficult due to steepness and cobblestone streets.
Loved this place. Great area, close to everything
This is like staying at a friend's house in Mexico. It is a beautiful villa. It is on a hill so you do have to walk up whenever you want to get back to the hotel. The pool is small and has an absolutely gorgeous view, but was not as clean as I would have liked. I am very picky. The room was fine- standard not perfect not gross. Just kind of like staying at a traditional friends house in Mexico, a rich friend lol. The people there, staff and guests, were very friendly.
The views are unbeatable! The staff is very accommodating & sweet.
