Pros:

Pas du tout, il n y a pas du tout hygiène , la piscine n est pas nettoyée, les employés ne sont pas sympa.

Cons:

Tout , pas d hygiène, manque de sympathie, l emplacement , la piscine.

The pool was nice.

Cons:

the room was very unclean. The sides and mirrors were covered in dust and dirt, the chairs on the balcony were caked in black dirt (unable to sit without staining clothes) , the fridge had not been wiped, the drain in the bathroom was clogged with hair, the tap was covered in limescale and was very loose. There was also no hot water.

Für eine Nacht okay für einen längeren Aufenthalt ungeeignet.
Pros:

Schöner Pool und ruhige Lage

Cons:

Zimmer sehr heruntergekommen und an vielen Stellen massiv kaputt. Aus der Dusche kommt kaum Wasser und trotz das wir nach Check-In Zeit ankamen war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig und wir mussten eine Stunde warten.

The staff were great, and location good

Cons:

The entire hotel was run down, alot of broken things such as aircons, shower heads, side tables, curtains were torn, black mold in bathrooms, no WiFi, deck around pool loose and broken. We had to move rooms 3 times as so many things wrong or not working, very frustrating!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo hotel, ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata molto piacevole.
Circa due giorni prima dell’arrivo siamo stati contattati tramite Booking per comunicare l’orario di check-in; abbiamo risposto indicando che saremmo arrivati intorno alle 12:30. Al nostro arrivo, però, il personale non sembrava essere a conoscenza né della nostra prenotazione né di chi fossimo.

Dopo circa 20 minuti di attesa ci è stato comunicato che la camera non sarebbe stata pronta prima delle 14, quindi siamo stati costretti ad aspettare. Nel frattempo abbiamo deciso di utilizzare la piscina: esteticamente carina, ma purtroppo non molto pulita.

Dopo circa due ore siamo finalmente riusciti ad entrare in camera. Era grande e spaziosa, ma le condizioni lasciavano abbastanza a desiderare (alleghiamo le foto per permettere di giudicare).
Il personale, va detto, è stato gentile; tuttavia abbiamo trovato poco corretto il fatto che la stanza venga pulita anche quando sulla porta è esposto il cartellino “non disturbare”.
Oltretutto il frigo puzzava di marcio e i bicchieri lasciati dallo staff erano palesemente sporchi e stati usati poco prima.

Nel complesso l’esperienza non ci ha soddisfatti e difficilmente torneremo in futuro.
Non so perché Booking gli dia 4 stelle ma se ne meriterebbe 2 come massimo

I liked the cheap rate for a night .. however , 2 km down the road was Chill @ Krabi hotel , high class for only $2 more per night.
The Krabi Home looked better on a pictures than in a reality

The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a 1 night stopover from airport

Cons:

Took a little while for staff to find out booking.com booking. There was a party going on in bar next door which we were concerned about when we arrived but actually couldn't hear from our room at the back.

Pros:

Pretty close to the airport and city, No hot water, smelly bathroom. Nice pool and parking. Okay bed but the mattress was old. Fair for the price but the room needed some cleaning. Working fridge. Staff were on site at most times. Also nice landscaping and reception area.

Pros:

Vistelsen var absolut bra, det var ett rymligt rum med skön säng och stora fönster vilket uppskattades. Däremot var badrummet aningen smutsigt. Läget på hotellet är inte optimalt om man vill ha nära till saker och ting, det ligger ganska off men för oss var det skönt då det innebar lugn och ro efter hektiskt resande.

Personalen var trevlig och erbjöd god service.
