Krabi Home Town Boutique

I liked the cheap rate for a night .. however , 2 km down the road was Chill @ Krabi hotel , high class for only $2 more per night.
The Krabi Home looked better on a pictures than in a reality

Really nice and maintained place with excellent and friendly staff

Pretty close to the airport and city, No hot water, smelly bathroom. Nice pool and parking. Okay bed but the mattress was old. Fair for the price but the room needed some cleaning. Working fridge. Staff were on site at most times. Also nice landscaping and reception area.

Vistelsen var absolut bra, det var ett rymligt rum med skön säng och stora fönster vilket uppskattades. Däremot var badrummet aningen smutsigt. Läget på hotellet är inte optimalt om man vill ha nära till saker och ting, det ligger ganska off men för oss var det skönt då det innebar lugn och ro efter hektiskt resande.

Personalen var trevlig och erbjöd god service.

Værelser var meget slidt, og specielt badeværelset var meget beskidt.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben uns geholfen einen Transfer für Phi Phi Island zu buchen der eigentlich schon ausgebucht war. Haben nur eine Nacht dort geschlafen daher können wir die Umgebung nicht beurteilen. Das Bad war in einem schlechten Zustandand, der Wasserhahn war komplett verrostet und auch das Waschbecken und die Dusche dreckig. Klima vorhanden und Bett war sauber :-) würde ich wieder buchen

Hotellet ligger väldigt avlägset från affärer och restauranger vilket vi visste innan. Rummet var väldigt smutsigt när vi kom dit med skräp över hela golvet, kladdigt kylskåp och ofräscht handfat. Kvinnan i receptionen förstod ingen engelska alls så vi fick kommunicera med Google translate. Mannen som jobbade under natten var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était extrêmement agréable et toujours prêt à nous aider. Ils se rendaient disponible pour nous. Aucun soucis durant ce séjour.

Checkin Process
Had to pay 500 baht deposit
They gave me and my partner 2 single beds instead of one double or queen bed
Had to complete a form and sign it and they gave me a receipt for the deposit

Ground floor near main entrance
Shower only toilet sink all in one
Single Mattress a bit uncomfortable
Tipped cleaners everyday and they did a good job
Glass sliding door to balcony would not lock and they were unable to repair it so security is an issue as my balcony was accessible to anyone.

Pool Area
Okay pool area but a bit small. Mosquitoes come out to hunt from about 430pm so if you are around the pool area you will get eaten.
Pretty good to relax around the pool area with a drink but many families on a budget with children will disturb you.

Location
Nothing in walking distance such as shops or restaurants.
Need transport to get to Krabi or Ao nang about 400 baht each way. Hotel offers a free shuttle service to Krabi and the airport but at specific times such as 8am in the morning when nothing is open. Nearest 7/11 is about 1 kilometre away but you can order food with the hotel and they will go and pick it up for you if you want to eat in.

Everything was perfect during our 4 days staying there except the 50 baht we were asked to pay for a simle and local phone call to the bus company which had been.delayed to come after.the check out....

Pleasant stay, good customer service. It will be good if they provide breakfast along with the hotel stay.

Lovely and quiedt if you want to rest.3 tumes a day yo u have shuttle to take you to crabi town.

Le personnel est très sympathique et efficace. La chambre est grande et spacieuse. L'hôtel est situé à environ 5 kilomètres du centre ville de Krabi aussi il est préférable d'être véhiculé. Le débit d'eau est moyen mais suffisant si l'on est pas trop exigeant. Le lit est grand et le matelas d'une qualité moyenne. Je reste 16 jours dans cet hôtel très calme loin du bruit de la ville et des véhicules qui se trouvent en retrait car il y a un grand parking gratuit qui nous séparent de la route. Je compte revenir au mois de Juillet dans cet hôtel.

J'ai une très grande chambre avec vue sur le jardin d'un côté et la piscine dans l'autre fenêtre. La salle de bain aussi est immense et l'eau chaude est correcte mais avec un débit moyen. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique.

Par contre il est indispensable d'avoir un véhicule car c'est vraiment très isolé. Il y a toutefois à 500 mètres environ un petit restaurant qui peu vous dépanner et l'hôtel vend aussi trois modèles de plats préparés surgelés ainsi que des soupes en boite. Le lit peu surprendre par sa taille et je me suis cogné à trois reprises en 24 heures dans les jambes à cause de son entourage en bois. Maintenant je fais très attention dc ne plus me blesser avec celui ci. Le wifi et la télévision fonctionne parfaitement. L'hôtel est situé à mis chemin entre krabi et ao nang. Toutefois une navette gratuite peu vous emmenez trois fois par jour à krabi town à 8 h 00 - 17 h 00 - 20 h 00 aller et retour.

Hotel was awesome, clean an staff were great l would definitely recommend to everyone! Was very close to Krabi Town.

It's a nice building not so well maintained. Far away but enough good to stay a night, specially if you have an early flight. Free shuttle to the Airport.
