Although it is close to National Convention Center in Shanghai, there is few options of restaurants and shopping that is possible go wlaking.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
The hotel was located directly next to a railroad. Heavy trains passes by every 10-15mins. Unfortunately my room window was facing the railroad. If I close the Window for too long, the room gets stuffy. If I open it, the noise from the train goes directly into my room 24 hours! No matter which mode I switch the air condition to, it was still in heater mode which will make the room even more stuffy. And stay here only if you’re visiting the expo. Or else, there is basically nothing surrounding this hotel.

No free breakfast provided. Unpleasant smell from restroom. Mattress is too soft. Quilt is too thick. TV was not available on 15/09/2023 due to system change/upgrade. Free WIFI access is not available in common areas inside the hotel.

Report on website that this is a premium hotel near the CIFF Exhibition. We had to cancel the reservation and move hotels as it was so bad + I was charged for the night despite not staying. I have requested my money back but have not received any response back from Booking.com

The location, really close to Hongqiao railway station to commute.
The staff in the hotel didn't know English at all. Really hard to communicate at least a property like Wyndham can have some staff who know English, would be much easier to communicate.
