Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage und herrlicher Pool. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht überall zufriedenstellend. Das Fitness war ziemlich heruntergekommen und die Geräte wurden nicht gewartet.
Ansonsten war alles ganz ok und ich würde die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen.

Karaokebar direkt vor dem Zimmer, schlecht isolierte Zimmer, kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Keine Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher. Sehr kalte Zimmertememperatur, wir haben gefroren. Baten um zusätzliche Decken. Die erhielten wir, waren aber unbezogen und fleckig. Zimmer wurde gemacht, aber die Betten nicht neu bezogen.

Ein sehr gutes Mittelklassehotel. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 7. Stock mit Meerblick. Der Ausblick war toll. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert aus Energiespargründen erst ab 27 Grad, daher haben wir mit offener Balkontür geschlafen. Leider war es nachts ziemlich laut durch Lärm auf der naheliegenden Straße. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber zweckmäßig. Insgesamt ist alles eher hellhörig. Der Pool ist toll. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Von Hotel aus geht man ca 5 Min zum wunderschönen Strand von Sa Coma. Das Essen war vielseitig, es gab immer verschiedene Fleisch- und Fischangebote sowie vielfältige Salate und eine große Auswahl an Nachtischen. Was mir gefehlt hat, waren landestypische Speisen wie Kartoffeltortilla oder Paella. Insgesamt stimmt hier aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Points positifs : Personnel professionnel (surtout la dame de l'accueil elle fait très bien son travail) et souriant, l'hotêl est confortable et bien pour un long séjour. le buffet était assez bien et varié, les cocktails également. Le personnel s'est montré disponible et chaleureux. Je m'y suis sentie bien. Hotêl bien situé, tout près de la plage et des restaus

Pistes d'amélioration : si vous voulez dormir au calme avant 2h du mat, demandez une chambre de l'autre côté de la rue principale car il y a un karaoke en face et les gens chantent fort ou parlent dans la rue.
Les femmes de ménages : l'une qui jette mes habits sauvagement sur le canapé au lieu de juste me demander, les autres qui discutent de bon matin devant la porte c'était assez bruyant et celle qui a ouvert ma porte alors que j'étais toute nue. Je n'avais pas l'étiquette de porte ne pas déranger donc je comprends.

Il manquait aussi quelques détails dans la salle de bain : crème, chaussons...

Globalement l'hotêl est sympa, cosy, je reviendrai si c'était à refaire, j'ai adoré la piscine chauffée, il y a un spa et possibilité de se faire masser. Ambiance familiale
