Krungsri River Hotel

Krungsree hotel looks like a lavish large hotel from 1980s era. While it is nice clean big but it looks dated in comparison to modern hotel expectations.. A simple half litre water bottle will be charged. The rooms are all good , clean. Breakfast is lavish, large spread, although not to the likings of a typical indian vegetarian taste. Hasgood parking space for both cars as well as scooters.

Aufenthalt für eine Nacht. Das Hotel liegt nicht ganz so günstig da man eine große Schleife nehmen muss um ins Zentrum zu kommen, also mindestens 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Definitiv in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich.

During my stay, I discovered that the shampoo bottle in the bathroom was damaged, causing leakage and making it very inconvenient to use. I wonder why the housekeeping team did not check the shampoo bottles before the guests checked in. I promptly reported the issue to the front desk, they send someone change immediately ,but upon check-out, I was asked to pay 150 baht for the damaged bottle and 100 baht for the towel cleaning fee.

After explaining the situation to the manager, they only waived the towel fee. However, this handling and the unpleasant communication process did indeed affect my overall experience. I hope the hotel can conduct more thorough inspections of room facilities and ensure staff provide more professional and respectful service, along with showing more understanding and flexibility in customer communication to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

Additionally, I requested an extra bed, but the front desk staff responded very rudely, asking me if I wanted it "now," and when I asked if that was possible, she didn't respond. I had to ask three times , other staff come to said yes to me . This kind of attitude from the staff was very disappointing, especially considering it was around 9 PM, not late at all.

J'ai demandé un fer à repasser, j'ai repasser ma chemise elle a cramé ma chemise, une grosse tache toute jaune qui ne part plus ! Un grand hôtel avec un fer à repasser de bas de gamme. Je leurs ai dit pourquoi m'avoir donner un fer à repasser qui es tout rouiller!!

Der große Pool war das beste an dem Hotel, das Gym war auch für ein Hotel-Gym sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war für Thailändische Verhältnisse unfreundlich. Es liegt ziemlich gut. Man kommt schnell überall hin und ein 7/11 ist auch nicht weit.

Hôtel très bien situé, très propre et avec parking. La restauration est excellente et variée. La piscine est un peu petite et froide.

Dejligt ophold i Ayuthaya med udsigt til floden. Alt fungerede fint, og prisen var god. Morgenmadsudvalget var enormt, men blot ikke til vores vestlige smag. Morgenkaffen var ikke god. Vi lejede cykler og kørte rundt i byen, super dejligt. Fantastisk restaurant tæt på, Tarn, den ligger i en smuk træ pavillon, nærmest på floden bag et hotel i retning mod togstationen.

仕事で利用しましたが、日本人でも十分納得できるレベルのホテルです。価格も安価な割に、４つ星以上の中国だったら５つ星レベルの朝食、設備、スタッフのサービスだと思います。
そのせいか、欧米人が多いですね。ほとんどが欧米人の宿泊者です。
9階のリバーサイドに泊まりましたが、あまり景色に感動したりすることはないのですが、なかなか良い眺めだと思います。wifiも湯船も広さも満足です。

Great clean room with nice view of the island. It looked like the room had been newly renovated. Very fresh. Nice breakfast with good selection, considering it's an Asian breakfast.

Due to road construction it was a bit of a hassle to get back and forth over the bridge to visit the island.

Vi fick ett mycket bra rum, bra frukost, hjälpsam personal.

アユタヤ駅から歩いていけたので、駅から歩いて行きました。
13時30分頃に着いたのですが早めにチェックインもしてもらえて休憩できたので大変助かりました。
ホテル前のトゥクトゥクの方に2時間チャーターで500THBで3ヶ所遺跡をまわってもらいました。相場より若干高いくらいではありましたが写真を撮影してくれたりサービスしてくれたので結果的によかったです^_^、

Great location. Close to train station. Perfect for 2 nights and visit ayuttahya.
Good restaurant near the river and good music played by 2 peoples during dinner.

good beds and pillows, good size room and bathroom, good breakfast Asian buffet. Location is not ideal, there are no dinning options walking around. Overall good hotel

I think Krungsri is the only 4 star hotel in Ayutthaya. Just 10 mins walk from Ayutthaya railway station. Good hotel on the outside of Ayutthaya Island. To get to Ayutthaya historical park, you take a tuk tuk for 100 to 200 baht. Alternative you walk to the station ferry pier and take the ferry across to Ayutthaya Island for 10 baht per person and walk 30 mins. Excellent breakfast. Good size quiet room. Only complaint about the room is insufficient power points for charging phones.
