Pros:

Worst hotel experience ever!! If you want to feel ike your in Mumbai, and don’t mind NOT sleeping all night, then be their guest! Groups of guests roamed the corridors all night, talking and laughing very loud, slamming doors, listening to music, with no consideration to anyone else, and with the staff not doing anything to stop them!! Sound insulation is bad, and there’s an inch gap under the front door that lets every sound, and lots of mosquitoes, come in at night…STAY AWAY!!!!

Pros:

Would have given 5 * but no fridge? Have been traveling since Nov.09 and first room without a fridge. Also too dark in bathroom, who designs no light between you and the mirror? Superb staff, comfortable bed, quiet room and very clean.

Pros:

I travel a lot and many countries all ove the world, but this was one of the baddest experience ever, even I choose it from high ranked hotels from hotels.com (9,2 points).

All 4 days we did not get warm water at all (just paper that they try to fix it but never happend). They complain that it is in whole area, but our friends stay and live near by different apartments/hotels and they don’t have this issue. Also staff was mainly rude.

Just happy that never need to go there anymore

Needs better attitude by reception.
Pros:

The room is modern and clean. Same male staff member on reception had poor attitude on check in and departure. Pool area is small. Lift did not require key card to access bedrooms. Breakfast average.
