Air conditioning wasn't as effective as I'd hoped

Bisognerebbe dare una rinfrescata alle pareti che sono datate e umide. La camera comunque è abbastanza piccola per il prezzo. Il lavello del bagno è un po’ piccolo.

Notre chambre donnait sur le hall d’entrée et c’était assez bruyant le matin, nous entendions tout . Pas idéal pour se reposer

Les chambres du rez-de-chaussée sont un peu bruyantes, notamment celles qui donnent sur la rue. Celle-ci n'est pas très passante et est plutôt calme la nuit mais le restaurant situé de l'autre côté de celle-ci peut être bruyant jusque vers minuit. On entend distinctement les gens qui parlent dans la rue ou la moindre valise à roulettes. Autre détail qui semble anecdotique mais peut gêner : l'ascenseur est très sonore quand il s'ouvre et se ferme. Par ailleurs (temporaire mais qui devrait durer un peu), l'hôtel d'en face est en travaux et il y a donc beaucoup de bruit dès tôt le matin. En résumé, sommeil léger s'abstenir, ou du moins pour les chambres donnant sur rue, à fortiori si elles sont au rez-de-chaussée.

There was no shelving in the bathroom to place your toiletries☹️ Unfortunately the view from our room wasn't great. The building across the way was being renovated & the builders were a bit noisy 😳 We appreciate this was out of the hotels control.

We were given a room next to reception and road , very noisy
The bathroom sink was so small water went everywhere, room small , we had an standing aircon machine which was so noisy we had to turn it off,couldn’t open window for air as too much noise outside,no coffee making facilities in room other than a coffee pod machine which you had buy pods for
Reception staff not engaging

On arrival the desk staff were not very friendly, did not ask of our flights or our welfare, in fact only seen them on arrival & departure, again no interest in if we enjoyed our room or how our stay was,, The Zaida was down a back street, which could be a little scary to a less seasoned traveller, but we felt quite safe. To be honest we thought the price was a little steep for this time of the season. But we chose it.

De lavabo was zeer klein en er was geen plaats om er iets rond te zetten. (Dit is het enige minder goede punt)

The room was ok, first impression. We left our luggage went to dinner and come back to take a shower. The drain was clogged, literally my feet was submerged in water. Of course reception was close at that time to change the room. The bed and sheets all ok. The night was terrible, the smell of septic tank was terrible, we couldnt sleep and you could smells mold, sure enough there was black mold beind the door to the bathroom and behind the bed ....humidity all over... they painted to hide but ...... It was an horrific night ... informed the recepcionist in the morning and showed her pictures of the room. We left the hotel not impressed at all. Needs a real renovation.
