Nice and comfortable
Pros:

Lovely stay, comfortable room and nice restaurant.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise out in the courtyard from the wedding venue until near midnight.

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location to where we needed to be. Also the staff had amazing customer service! Rooms was clean and was ready for us to check in

Understanding staff and very clean hotel

Pros:

I really liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfortable bed, and how modern the bathroom was with a large shower. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially in the bar and reception areas. The Wi-Fi was strong, the TV was a good size, and both the heating and air conditioning worked well. The bar area was also a highlight and had a great atmosphere.

Cons:

The only minor downside at this hotel was that you could hear people talking outside the room, and check-in took a little while because of a queue. Aside from that, there wasn’t really anything I didn’t like.

When booking I was advised the location was 7.9km from the venue we were attending. However, it was 30-45 mins away so e

Lovely quiet location and very clean. Staff were polite and helpful

Cons:

Bar staff were also on reception so had to ring them for slow service…understaffed in the evening.

Cons:

Not cleaned well, rubbish from previous people left. Attic room with hardly any good lighting in the evenings. No lift so have to carry luggage up the stairs.
