Pros:

Very nice hotel. Very clean and lovely staff.

Cons:

We had room 205 the shower was either boiling hot water or freezing cold. Ended up having to wash in the sink. This is totally unacceptable. Lady on reception took our details for the Manager to look into and also put the room in OUT OF SERVICE Having paid £134.00 we expected some kind of a refund. The manager is going to contact booking.com to advise of our problem.
