Готель залишив дуже приємне враження. Персонал привітний та уважний, завжди готовий допомогти. На рецепції постійно є приємні дрібниці для гостей — свіжі фрукти, прохолодна вода з лимоном та холодний чай, що особливо тішить у спеку.

У номері нас також чекали фрукти та цукерки — дуже приємний комплімент. Прибирання проводиться щодня, все чисто й охайно.

Сніданки смачні та доволі різноманітні, проте асортимент практично не змінюється щодня, що з часом трохи набридає.

Загалом — гарний готель для комфортного відпочинку, з приємним сервісом і турботою про гостей.

Cons:

У номері відсутній кондиціонер, тому в спекотну погоду перебувати та спати в номері дуже некомфортно.

Також паркування при готелі є платним — 5 франків за добу, що варто враховувати при бронюванні.

Sehr freundliches Personal, super saubere Zimmer. Das Abendessen im à-la-carte Restaurant des Hotels war köstlich. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ansprechend.

Lovely hotel in a lovely little town
Pros:

Great central location, 2 mins walk to train station and surrounded by restaurants. The staff were exceptional and extremely friendly and the rooms have spectacular views of the mountains.

A delightful stay with friendly service in Meiringen
Pros:

Despite being located almost directly across from the Meiringen railway station, our first‑floor room (facing the side) was very quiet, even with the window open at night. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the gondola lift (Gondelbahn) to Hasliberg.
The room and bathroom were spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a cozy lounge downstairs where you can relax and read, with hot tea and fresh water available at all times.
Breakfast was excellent and thoughtfully prepared. The restaurant and bistro were warm and inviting, and the food was delicious.
I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.
