Pros:

Emplacement parfait et personnel très sympathique, serviable et efficace.
J’ai eu un problème avec la douche et on m’a proposé de changer de chambre en quelques minutes, avec un upgrade.

La ubicación, a 3 min. andando de la Grand Place.

Cons:

La poca luz del baño, por decir algo, pero pasa en muchos otros hoteles. Lo demás todo muy bien.

superb location, spacious rooms. loved it only disappointed due to multiple staircases

location, spacious room and staff very professional

Cons:

the stairs the room access has to go through stairs which we did not like. if someone is hold would be very difficult for them to access the rooms. its not just one staircase there are multiple staircase to cross before access the rooms. if you are young its all good.
its not just one room the rooms which are on top floors you have to go through multiple staircases

O banheiro é muito pequeno, não tem.box no chuveiro, apenas uma cortina, o que faz com que o banheiro fique todo molhado. A roupa de cama e banho mostrava sinais de muito uso. Não recomendo e, de modo algum, voltaria
