Hade bokat det minsta dubbelrummet, och det var något för litet för två vuxna…

Och lite tråkigt att kylskåpet var ur funktion.
Vi påpekade detta, och de hämtade det, men vi fick inget nytt…

Hadde rom uten AC, det var til tider varmt

When the window is open, I can hear other people talking on the balcony,so it was hard to sleep with the sound and the window open.

The room was very dirty. The shower was full of limescale and there was clogged dust on the vent. Inside of the shower, the shower hose and head were broken and connected with duct tape... The air quality was also bad. No AC and one of the windows was broken. For 175 euros I was expecting a better quality. This is the first time I've paid this much for a room and I am very disappointed.

No A/C but a good fan

Dotazione camere. set bagno totalmente assente. pulizia scarsissima, odore malsano, di muffa, assenza condizionamento. porta ingresso degradata, con serratura malfunzionante, doccia scarico totalmente intasata, degradate anche molte finiture interne. Tende parzialmente assenti, sporche e rovinate. stesse valutazione per cuscini e copriletto. frigobar microscopico, stivaggio per solo due bottiglie da 50 cc. e poco refrigerante, prob. molto vecchio e datato. Ingresso, locale reception/accoglienza e vani comuni, compreso ascensore, assolutamente obsoleti, mal manutenutati e soprattutto degradati. Classificato come 3 stelle ne vale forse 1. Disponibilità assolutamente negata (anche da Booking), dopo mia richiesta di un'altra sistemazione presso un'altra struttura a loro discrezione, anche pagando la differenza di surplus. Con, anche meno della cifra richiesta, ho avuto personale riscontro, di 3 strutture adiacenti o vicinissime di ben altro livello, a partire dal condizionamento camera, disponibilità dalle receptions e livello di pulizia e dotazione camere. Alla fine ho dovuto restare in quanto avrei cmq pagato almeno due pernotti (non usufruendogli cmq!!!!) per rinunciare alla prenotazione. Tengo a precisare che ho dovuto saldare tutto l'importo prima di depositare i bagagli in camera!!! Esperienza devastante. Ho viaggiato per quasi 50 anni e mai mi è capitata una situazione del genere. Premetto che sono una persona comprensiva e disponibile, chiedo solo camere pulite ed minimamente dotate. Questa è la mia prima recensione. ma, dovevo assolutamente farlo per renderlo noto a chi avesse intenzione di prenotare una camera in questa struttura di tenersi ben lontani. Non allego foto (ne ho fatte parecchie) per semplice discrezione. Cmq sia, Mai, mai più:

Our stay turned into a complete nightmare. We had to change rooms three times during a single stay.

From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the hotel was old, poorly maintained, and visibly lacking in cleanliness. There is no air conditioning, and because of the summer heat the hotel provided fans. Unfortunately, the fans were covered in dust, making it clear they had not been cleaned for a very long time.

In the first room, we found insects in the bed. The staff insisted they were ants and moved us to another room.

In the second room, the shower drain was completely blocked, causing the bathroom to flood every time we tried to shower. We removed someone else’s hair from the drain ourselves, but the problem remained. This was both unhygienic and unacceptable. We then spent hours waiting at reception while staff attempted unsuccessful repairs before moving us yet again.

In the third room, we discovered multiple bed bugs in the mattress. We found several of them hidden in the bed and have photos and videos documenting everything, including blood stains left after crushing some of them. This was the final straw. We immediately left the hotel and booked another accommodation at our own expense because we no longer felt safe staying there.

The hotel eventually refunded the full cost of our stay, which was the only appropriate decision given the circumstances. However, a refund does not compensate for the stress, the hours wasted changing rooms and waiting at reception, the inconvenience of having to find another hotel, or the fact that our vacation was seriously disrupted.

The following day, I woke up covered in intensely itchy bites all over my body, consistent with bed bug bites.

Not prepared for hot weather, there was no AC just a small fan, rooms were excessively hot at all times, not comfortable at all. Also not all tvs worked so they moved us to a small room.
