Lindo hotel con mala atención

La comodidad de la cama y la ubicación de hotel. La atención de George en la cafetería.

Cons:

Lo peor, la atención en la recepción. El trato descortés de la recepcionista. No estaba lista la hab. Y tuvimos que esperar 2 hs desde las 14.00, sin ofrecernos nada en compensación además nos cobraron antes y después nos avisaron que no tenían lista la habitación. Después de hacer el debido reclamo y pedir algo en compensación nos ofrecieron 2 cafecitos para el desayuno. Cuando fuimos a la habitación nos encontramos terrible carro de limpieza atravesado en la salida del elevador. Estaban las ruedas trabadas y no podíamos salir del mismo hasta que forzando lo lo pudimos correr un poco para destrabarlo. También el baño es bastante precario con cortina en la ducha qué moja todo el piso. Son detalles de la mala atención que se puede mejorar fácilmente con un trato más cordial con el huésped.

Séjour de fête dans le centre de Bruxelles.
Pros:

Petite chambre mais super confortable. Pas énormément de place pour de grandes valises.

Pros:

Le personnel et l' emplacement de l'hotel étaient vraiment top.. La chambre était très jolie . ( J'ai eu a faire a une jeune fille a l accueil , vraiment souriante, agréable , sympathique . On est très bien accueilli. )

Cons:

La cuvette des toilettes était cassée . La douche faut attendre 5 grosses minutes avant d'avoir de l' eau chaude . Sinon le reste n'a rien a dire .
