Pros:

Location is great! They provide fans since there is no a.c. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The shower had water spraying everywhere. The refrigerator didn't work.

Ik had 3 kamers gehuurd, waarvan 2 kamers niet alles in order kamer 301 was de haar droger niet goed. Kamer 302 was de douche niet goed werkbaar.
Tevens geld voor deze accomodatie als je in de zomer boek dan zijn de kamers warm.i.v.m gern airco alleen en fan.

Van de 3 kamers die ik geboekt heb waren 2 kamers niet in orde..1 douche was stuk en vior de damens was de haardroger stuk.
Geef dit hotel een onvoldoende ivm de gebrekren en hygiene..

Not The Best
Pros:

The location was great. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No air conditionjng (my bad). Staff constantly changed, did not seem they wanted to be there. The restaurant and bar and coffee machine in the lobby no longer functional and no plans to fix. The shower head was leaky and was taped with electrical tape. This hotel needs some love to get it back to a good shape.

Excellent location, but a bit expensive for its value
Pros:

The hotel is positioned at an excellent location, very close to the city center. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the hotel was friendly.

Cons:

The room has seen better days and should be renovated. The toilet and shower were passable but could be improved.
Overall, the cost is a bit high for the quality of the facilities.
Moreover, we stayed during a heat wave, and the room was very hot (no fan, no airco), but this is clearly mentioned on Booking.com so we knew this beforehand.

Bra budgethotell med fantastiskt läge!
Pros:

Läget! Så nära till allt! Och mysig byggnad och väldigt fin entré till hotellet.
Det var svalt trots högsommarvärme och avsaknad av AC. Bra öppningsbara fönster, och golvfläkt fanns på rummet!
Och tyst och lugnt trots läget mitt i den livliga gamla delen av Bryssel.

Cons:

Hade bokat det minsta dubbelrummet, och det var något för litet för två vuxna…

Och lite tråkigt att kylskåpet var ur funktion.
Vi påpekade detta, och de hämtade det, men vi fick inget nytt…

Unik beliggenhet og fantastisk service
Pros:

Beliggenhet er fantastisk. Resepsjonspersonalet og spesielt daglig leder, var fantastiske. Vi måtte gjøre noen endringer underveis, og serviceinnstilling var utmerket.

Cons:

Hadde rom uten AC, det var til tider varmt

Excellent place to stay in Brussels :)
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the staff was very helpful. It was very easy to navigate and get there. The room was a great space. I had read some reviews that there was a concern of bed bugs, but our room was very clean and had no issues.

Cons:

When the window is open, I can hear other people talking on the balcony,so it was hard to sleep with the sound and the window open.
