Not worth it at all.

Water started leaking from ceiling in middle of the night. No water bottles were given by the hotel.

Overall it’s fine
Pros:

Breakfast, Gym

Cons:

The Reception staff ( Shrestha) assure me to get good room in higher level with city view a day before check in. When we were checking then found out it was in lower level with no view. Cleaning need improvement can see bathroom was not cleaned as per standard including corridors.

Having my partner in the Alfred Hosptial this is the perfect place it’s walking distance from the hospital.
Great pricing staff are amazing from the time you check in , ordering room service to checking out. Very clean

Hugely disappointing

Cons:

Very Noisy patrons on the 4th Floor at 2am, verey loud door closes. We came for our 10th annivery but had a terrible nights sleep. sound proofing poor in the rooms. we will not recommmed this property and will definitely not go back. breakfast was poor myself and two daughters had fried eggs for breakfast and they were all over cooked partially burnt. overall a underwhelming experience.
