Lovely hotel - spacious rooms and nice staff in a central location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. The room was spacious with large window and good desk space. The refurbishment has been thoughtfully done.
Everything was immaculately clean and the staff were helpful.
It's close to the market and main shopping areas and all public transport, with Albert Park lake close by.
It has a nice vibe and I hope to stay there again.

Nice hotel close to city center and the beach, ideal for business travellers.
Pros:

Het is de tweede keer dat ik hier verblijf voor werk. Grote kamer, goeie locatie, dichtbij openbaar vervoer en tussen CBD en st Kilda. Rustig en goeie restaurants in de buurt.

Cons:

Deze keer was er een constant geluid, te luid om zonder koptelefoon met noise cancellation naar tv te kijken. Ik slaap toch altijd met oordoppen, maar gasten zouden niet kunnen slapen zonder. Ik werd aangeboden om van kamer te veranderen, maar door mijn kort verblijf ben ik gebleven.

Could have been cleaner, walls, skirting boards, shower grout etc. didn’t love that there was no plates, bowls in the room, ordered room service but no plates were provided to share our dishes between 3. Rooms were too warm even with heating off

Almost Perfect.
Pros:

Great location, easy walk to the Lakeside Pavilion. Reasonable on-site parking. Staff friendly and attentive, and very helpful. They called right away when I left property behind. Excellent.

Cons:

Would have scored a 10 if not for the uncomfortable Ridge in the centre of the bed.

Pros:

Size of the room for a family was fantastic. Location was great. Price was excellent. Having parking, restaurants and room service all in the one place is just wonderful when you have a family. Everyone was helpful, having the text messaging on the whatsapp is so convenient and easy.
With a family this has been the best place we have stayed so far.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like.

As a family of 4 the layout of the room was good, and spacious, but sadly doesn’t have any view. The location and breakf

Great location. Good breakfast and the family room was a good layout and size.

Cons:

The family rooms are all located right next to the lifts. It wasn’t as noisy as expected, but we could hear the lifts and people exiting at times. Family rooms are also all located on the rear side of the building and just look at a blank building wall, where as other rooms on the front side have a beautiful view and seem to be more updated/modern.
