It was relaxed and comfortable.
Pros:

I appreciated my request for blankets, not a doona, being accommodated.
I always appreciate having a window that opens.
The room was spacious and lights and taps, etc all worked well.

Cons:

I was surprised there was no mini bar.
I would have appreciated some herbal teas in the room - e.g. peppermint, cammomile.

Comfortable bed, about 20 mins to the cbd via trams, great staff service, good restaurants below. Good room size as well to keep it affordable for travellers.

Cons:

That the gym and swimming pool were still closed contrary to what it said on booking.com at the time of booking.

Very nice motel for a good price in Melbourne. Have stayed before, will stay there again.
Pros:

The view, clean, comfortable, room service and quiet.

Cons:

Take holding fee, with for it to be returned. A simple swipe of card to record details should be sufficient.

My daughter was impressed with the location as she went and saw Ed Sheeran and said getting back to her accommodation was very easy for her. She said the bed and the room was really comfortable and very quiet.

Pros:

Quiet mostly - location made it quiet but the Reno’s on our floor one arvo weren’t quiet. Gave us completely late checkout so made for it. Wouldn’t have minded the noise as much if we were warned
