Dishonest business practices - avoid this hotel
Pros:

Location excellent as I needed to visit a sick person at The Alfred Hospital

Cons:

I spoke with 2 reception staff while at the hotel regarding my expenses and still had my credit card incorrectly charged.
I have sent 4 emails and had 3 conversations with the hotel. I have still not received an invoice outlining the charges. No money refunded. Their verbal response was they would have to check with the supervisor and when they called back insisted I provide them with a photocopy of the deductions on my credit card. I obliged them however they still have not sent me an invoice to identify the charges despite repeated requests by me. This is ridiculous business practice and they have fraudulently taken more money than they were entitled to take.

Fantastic
Pros:

Beds are huge for 4 adult size people. Bath and toilet were separated by a wall from the room. Breakfast was fantastic!

Very nice service!
Pros:

部屋は広く毎回清掃してくれた。
クロークもありトイレやシャワーの水圧も大変良かった。
トラムも近くを通っているのでシティにも出やすい、またパークが近くにあるので朝のランニングにも良い。
とても素晴らしい滞在でした。

Cons:

ドライヤーが温風では無く冷風だった。
