The location was perfect for my needs.
Room was very good, hotel had good facilities and close to public transport.
Hotel is a little distance from hops and the like but, but public transport is juts outside the door.
It is close the hospital
I was told that I was given an upgrade, but the room was exactly what I had booked and paid for. The room service staff walked in on me whilst I was in the room without waiting to be let in - this was an unexpected intrusion to provide robes for the room. The room should have been prepared in advance as I checked in late in the day. The beds were made each day but the room wasn't tidied and mini bar items weren't replaced. The carpet was very worn, mould in corners of the bathroom and tiles cracked and jutting upwards behind the door. I also requested a soundproof room but was kept away by sirens and tram noises. I stay often along st kilda road and have not been kept away by these noises elsewhere. Ultimately I would not stay there again.

Everything was great with room and service. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, and staff were helpful and great. Breakfast buffet was reasonable and adequate but not great. Overall a very good experience and place to be when visiting Melbourne.
The only thing that was an inconvenience was the carpark that was very tight, but that was bearable given the whole experience of the View.
