Abschließend würde ich das Hotel nicht unbedingt empfehlen. Man kann dort übernachten und essen, sollte nichts im Zimmer
Pros:

Das Hotel an sich war okay. Es hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, alles ist von hier gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer wirklich sehr klein, aber da wir hier nicht viel Zeit verbracht haben, störte das nicht.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Schrank, nur eine Kofferablage, was wir so auch noch nicht erlebt haben.
In dem winzigen Bad gibt es es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und die Handtuchhaken waren links und rechts von der Toilette. Da die Sauberkeit im Bad vermuten ließ, dass ganz sicher die Wandfliesen nicht regelmäßig gereinigt werden (es gab sogar auf dem Boden noch Spuren der vorherigen Gäste), ein absolutes no go für mich. Da habe ich mein Handtuch lieber an die Gaderobe gehängt.

Wirklich sehr ärgerlich war, dass ich meine Bang & Olufsen Beoplay sowie mein Ladegerät und Kabel in einer der beiden Ablagen vergessen habe. Ich hatte sie im Hotel ausgepackt, dorthinein gelegt und während des Aufenthaltes nicht benutzt. Deshalb weiß ich so genau, dass sie genau dort gelegen haben. Nach der Abreise ist es mir noch auf dem Flughafen aufgefallen und mein Mann hat sofort an das Hotel geschrieben und als Antwort erhalten, dass dort nichts in dem Zimmer gefunden wurde. Da unser Flug storniert wurde und wir 2 weitere Nächte in Tromsø verbracht haben, haben wir wiederum Kontakt zum Skansen aufgenommen und gesagt, dass wir nochmal vorbeikommen würden, um selber nachzuschauen, aber das war ausdrücklich nicht erwünscht. Offensichtlich hat sich jemand über die hochwertigen Kopfhörer gefreut. Ob es ein Hotelmitarbeiter war oder bereits die nächsten Gäste, weil das Zimmer nur notdürftig schnell wieder hergerichtet wurde und die vergessenen Dinge gar nicht gefunden wurden, vermag ich nicht zu beurteilen. Aber ich war auf jeden Fall sehr enttäuscht.

Een goede ligging in het centrum van Tromsø.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Kleine kamer.
De elektronische sleutel werkte vaak niet.
Smalle bedden met veel te zachte matrassen.
Elektrische verwarmingsconvector viel uit zijn hengsels uit de muur en zorgde voor een gevaarlijke en onveilige situatie.
Uiteindelijk heeft men ons een ander kamer gegeven met dezelfde kenmerken, maar met verwarming die wel in orde was.

Cozy central stay
Pros:

Great location, staff super friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and we had a direct view towards the arctic cathedral. Breakfast was also nice, not a very wide selection, but good enough for the two days we were there. Would stay here again

Cons:

A bit expensive but that’s just Norway :)

Hotel no centro, mas com tranquilidade
Pros:

na rua principal de Tromsø, mas numa zona mais tranquila. funcionários super atenciosos, o nosso check-out foi durante a madrugada e prepararam-nos dois sacos de pequeno almoço com panquecas, uma sandes, iogurte, fruta, bolachas, tudo a que tínhamos direito. o quarto tinha uma vista fantástica para o fiorde, estava super limpo e cheiroso, a cama era muito confortável. sem dúvida que voltaria a ficar aqui alojada
