Pros:

Honestly i am disappointed because The hotel doesn’t have parking so i have to park my car in paid parking location for which i paid 45 euros that makes my total cost room and parking 200 euros. The Hotel should before hand clarify the parking situation before booking.

I will never book a hotel which doesn’t have parking or which doesn’t clarify parking situation before booking.

Chambre donnant sur la rue et donc assez bouillante. On a eu un pressentiment quand l’hôtesse nous a proposé des boules quies. 🤔Enfin petit-déjeuner très noyées.
Avoir dépensé une telle somme pour une nuit pour un tel résultat, je trouve vraiment pas cela normal et j’aimerai bien qu’on m’explique. Booking ? Merci

Lovely helpful staff. We knew we would be arriving very late and Ayush provided helpful instructions for checking in.
We were also on a late-departing Hurtigruten ferry and the staff kindly let us sit and relax in the lobby until late at night.

Gute Lage in der Stadt.

Cons:

Ich hatte extra einen Parkplatz gegen Gebühr reserviert, was mir auch per Mail bestätigt wurde. Ich habe sogar eine Anfahrtskizze erhalten. Der Parkplatz ist wohl seit einiger Zeit eine Baustelle. Dies hat mir das Hotel aber vor Anreise und vor der Stornierungsfrist nicht mitgeteilt. Dann hätte ich nämlich noch kostenfrei stornieren können und mir
etwas anderes suchen. Beim CheckIn wurde ich dann 750m weiter in das Parkhaus eines Schwesterhotels geschickt. Ich konnte dann unser Gepäck durch die Stadt schleppen Dafür habe ich gnädigerweise dann 100NOK Nachlass auf den Parkpreis für die Unannehmlichkeiten erhalten.

Pros:

Un alojamiento totalmente recomedable. Muy bien situado para ir andando a todas partes. El desayuno también muy bueno.
Destacar la gran amabilidad del personal de recepción. Emma habla perfecto español. Me recomendó lugares para visitar, se encargó de que tuviera preparado el desayuno para llevar el último día ya que me iba muy pronto, me ayudó con el transporte al aeropuerto... Fué de gran ayuda en todo lo que pude necesitar durante mi estancia.
