Good hotel in good location
Pros:

Polite and helpful reception staff. Good location. Good breakfast menu.

Cons:

The daily cleaning wasn’t so daily or punctual. Could have done with a fridge and safe.

A pleasant stay on storgata
Pros:

The facility was clean, the 1 bedroom was clean, the bathrooms were very nice. I appreciated the extra toilet roll and hair blow dryer in the bathroom. I also appreciated the separate entrance for hotel guests. Breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the lactose-free milk, soy milk options. The majority of westerners are lactose intolerant. I also liked that the hotel offered to-go breakfast for those checking out early.

I noticed there is a small patio on the first floor. I recommend a small vertical stand, grow several pots of cloud berries! The guest will LOVE to sample that at breakfast.

Cons:

The majority of the bacon was too soft. Just a tip to the kitchen cook, don't be afraid to make the bacon crispier! We like a good crunch!

Perfect stay in a central location
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Skansen Hotel. The double room was spacious, clean and modern. The hotel is situated right in the city centre, at a very convenient location for walking everywhere or taking the public transport. The complimentary tea/coffee and cookies at the entrance were a nice touch. We also really liked the breakfast, nice variety of products and everything was tasty. We would certainly stay here again.

Cons:

Our only minor issue was the wifi, as we had frequent connection problems from our room in the second floor. Other than that, no other complains :)

Pros:

Posizione perfetta per girare a piedi in centro.
staff gentile e disponibile, camera con arredi nuovi e pulita.
Colazione semplice ma buona.

Cons:

Camera un po' piccolina, avrei messo più prese di corrente (ce ne sono solo 2 in tutto lo spazio e concentrate in un unico punto). Manca il frigorifero in camera

Value for money hotel in Tromso
Pros:

Best value hotel with very good staff and service and clean and cause rooms. Value for money deal given the price of hotels in Tromso. We stayed for one night, the astray was pleasant and calm. Room with very good view of the mountains. Hotel is situated in the heart of the city with easy connectivity to public transport and the major attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was good and delicious. Over all perfect hotel for staying on Tromso

Pros:

Close to the centre of Tromso, so easy to get around on foot.
Clean, warm & friendly staff.
Car parking available.
Breakfast was plentiful, fresh & enough choice.
The most comfy beds too!

Cons:

The seagulls waking us at 5am! To be expected though when staying in a coastal town.
