Très bon emplacement, chalbre confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon.

Cons:

Le ménage dans les chambres pourrait être amelioré, pas mal de poussière entre le mur et le lit et bureau.

Hotel blisko mariny, na czym nam akurat bardzo zależało bo przylecieliśmy na rejs. Przemiła obsługa poczekała na Nas w recepcji mimo późnych godzin. Bardzo dobry kontakt z hotelem, informacje o zameldowaniu na bieżąco na booking i mailu.
Czysto, śniadanie w cenie, kawa i herbata w holu i w pokojach gratis.

La posizione perfetta, a due passi dal centro, e lo staff sempre molto gentile. La colazione ottima e ricca. Poi all'ingresso era sempre disponibile caffè, the e biscotti...una coccola quotidiana.

Cons:

Il fatto di non avere parcheggio (era in ristrutturazione) ed aver parcheggiato la macchina in un'altra struttura al prezzo di 350 NOK a notte (circa 32 euro)

Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis zentrumsnah

Während unserer Reise durch Nordnorwegen haben wir die letzten beiden Tage in Tromsø im First Hotel Skansen verbracht.
Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist dort wirklich super. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück sowie Kaffee, Tee und Gebäck standen jederzeit in der Lobby kostenfrei zur Verfügung. In ca. 5 - 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man im Zentrum, Lage also auch optimal. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten bequem. Mit Schränken haben's die Norweger nicht so ...

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zunächst hatten wir im Schwesterhotel First City Hotel einen Parkplatz gebucht. Der hoteleigene Skansen Parkplatz wird zur Zeit umgebaut. Seitens des Hotelpersonals bot man uns vor Ort allerdings einen Stellplatz im Fjellet Parkhaus an. Was für ein Glück! Die Einfahrt zum First City Hotel Parkplatz war eine Zumutung! Nichts für ungeübte Autofahrer und große Autos. Dort hätten wir uns beinahe festgefahren.

Alles in allem hatten wir dort einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
